CVE-2025-62231 4 Debian, Ibm, Redhat and 1 more 11 Debian Linux, Aix, Vios and 8 more 2026-11-05 N/A 7.3 HIGH
A flaw was identified in the X.Org X server’s X Keyboard (Xkb) extension where improper bounds checking in the XkbSetCompatMap() function can cause an unsigned short overflow. If an attacker sends specially crafted input data, the value calculation may overflow, leading to memory corruption or a crash.
CVE-2025-62230 4 Debian, Ibm, Redhat and 1 more 11 Debian Linux, Aix, Vios and 8 more 2026-11-05 N/A 7.3 HIGH
A flaw was discovered in the X.Org X server’s X Keyboard (Xkb) extension when handling client resource cleanup. The software frees certain data structures without properly detaching related resources, leading to a use-after-free condition. This can cause memory corruption or a crash when affected clients disconnect.
CVE-2026-5201 2 Gnome, Redhat 18 Gdk-pixbuf, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 15 more 2026-11-04 N/A 7.5 HIGH
A flaw was found in the gdk-pixbuf library. This heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability occurs in the JPEG image loader due to improper validation of color component counts when processing a specially crafted JPEG image. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw without user interaction, for example, via thumbnail generation. Successful exploitation leads to application crashes and denial of service (DoS) conditions.
CVE-2024-3183 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Aus, Enterprise Linux Eus and 2 more 2026-11-04 N/A 8.1 HIGH
A vulnerability was found in FreeIPA in a way when a Kerberos TGS-REQ is encrypted using the client’s session key. This key is different for each new session, which protects it from brute force attacks. However, the ticket it contains is encrypted using the target principal key directly. For user principals, this key is a hash of a public per-principal randomly-generated salt and the user’s password. If a principal is compromised it means the attacker would be able to retrieve tickets encrypted to any principal, all of them being encrypted by their own key directly. By taking these tickets and salts offline, the attacker could run brute force attacks to find character strings able to decrypt tickets when combined to a principal salt (i.e. find the principal’s password).
CVE-2024-0229 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, X.org 8 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Aus and 5 more 2026-11-04 N/A 7.8 HIGH
An out-of-bounds memory access flaw was found in the X.Org server. This issue can be triggered when a device frozen by a sync grab is reattached to a different master device. This issue may lead to an application crash, local privilege escalation (if the server runs with extended privileges), or remote code execution in SSH X11 forwarding environments.
CVE-2026-46300 3 Linux, Redhat, Siemens 9 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Aus and 6 more 2026-10-29 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: skbuff: preserve shared-frag marker during coalescing skb_try_coalesce() can attach paged frags from @from to @to. If @from has SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG set, the resulting @to skb can contain the same externally-owned or page-cache-backed frags, but the shared-frag marker is currently lost. That breaks the invariant relied on by later in-place writers. In particular, ESP input checks skb_has_shared_frag() before deciding whether an uncloned nonlinear skb can skip skb_cow_data(). If TCP receive coalescing has moved shared frags into an unmarked skb, ESP can see skb_has_shared_frag() as false and decrypt in place over page-cache backed frags. Propagate SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG when skb_try_coalesce() transfers paged frags. The tailroom copy path does not need the marker because it copies bytes into @to's linear data rather than transferring frag descriptors.
CVE-2026-34486 2 Apache, Redhat 7 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Els and 4 more 2026-10-26 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data vulnerability in Apache Tomcat due to the fix for CVE-2026-29146 allowing the bypass of the EncryptInterceptor. This issue affects Apache Tomcat: 11.0.20, 10.1.53, 9.0.116. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.21, 10.1.54 or 9.0.117, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-39979 2 Jqlang, Redhat 14 Jq, Ai Inference Server, Ansible Automation Platform and 11 more 2026-10-26 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
jq is a command-line JSON processor. In commits before 2f09060afab23fe9390cce7cb860b10416e1bf5f, the jv_parse_sized() API in libjq accepts a counted buffer with an explicit length parameter, but its error-handling path formats the input buffer using %s in jv_string_fmt(), which reads until a NUL terminator is found rather than respecting the caller-supplied length. This means that when malformed JSON is passed in a non-NUL-terminated buffer, the error construction logic performs an out-of-bounds read past the end of the buffer. The vulnerability is reachable by any libjq consumer calling jv_parse_sized() with untrusted input, and depending on memory layout, can result in memory disclosure or process termination. The issue has been patched in commit 2f09060afab23fe9390cce7cb860b10416e1bf5f.
CVE-2019-9948 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more 11 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 8 more 2026-10-14 6.4 MEDIUM 9.1 CRITICAL
urllib in Python 2.x through 2.7.16 supports the local_file: scheme, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass protection mechanisms that blacklist file: URIs, as demonstrated by triggering a urllib.urlopen('local_file:///etc/passwd') call.
CVE-2025-31277 4 Apple, Redhat, Webkitgtk and 1 more 15 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 12 more 2026-09-21 N/A 8.8 HIGH

CVE-2026-31431 10 Amazon, Arista, Canonical and 7 more 60 Amazon Linux, Cloudvision Agni, Cloudvision Portal and 57 more 2026-09-08 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of the associated data. There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the source and destination come from different mappings. Get rid of all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the AD directly.
CVE-2023-4806 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat 22 Fedora, Glibc, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 19 more 2026-07-14 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an extremely rare situation, the getaddrinfo function may access memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when a NSS module implements only the _nss_*_gethostbyname2_r and _nss_*_getcanonname_r hooks without implementing the _nss_*_gethostbyname3_r hook. The resolved name should return a large number of IPv6 and IPv4, and the call to the getaddrinfo function should have the AF_INET6 address family with AI_CANONNAME, AI_ALL and AI_V4MAPPED as flags.
CVE-2023-4527 4 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more 32 Fedora, Glibc, H300s and 29 more 2026-06-17 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
A flaw was found in glibc. When the getaddrinfo function is called with the AF_UNSPEC address family and the system is configured with no-aaaa mode via /etc/resolv.conf, a DNS response via TCP larger than 2048 bytes can potentially disclose stack contents through the function returned address data, and may cause a crash.
CVE-2021-3672 6 C-ares Project, Fedoraproject, Nodejs and 3 more 17 C-ares, Fedora, Node.js and 14 more 2026-06-17 6.8 MEDIUM 5.6 MEDIUM
