| CVE-2023-4813 | 4 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more | 21 Fedora, Glibc, Active Iq Unified Manager and 18 more | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an uncommon situation, the gaih_inet function may use memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when the getaddrinfo function is called and the hosts database in /etc/nsswitch.conf is configured with SUCCESS=continue or SUCCESS=merge. | |||||
| CVE-2026-22051 | 1 Netapp | 1 Storagegrid | 2026-10-25 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| StorageGRID (formerly StorageGRID Webscale) versions prior to 11.9.0.13 and 12.0.0.6 are susceptible to a Information Disclosure vulnerability. Successful exploit could allow an authenticated attacker with low privileges to run arbitrary metrics queries, revealing metric results that they do not have access to. | |||||
| CVE-2023-2829 | 2 Isc, Netapp | 12 Bind, Active Iq Unified Manager, H300s and 9 more | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A `named` instance configured to run as a DNSSEC-validating recursive resolver with the Aggressive Use of DNSSEC-Validated Cache (RFC 8198) option (`synth-from-dnssec`) enabled can be remotely terminated using a zone with a malformed NSEC record. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.16.8-S1 through 9.16.41-S1 and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.15-S1. | |||||
| CVE-2023-2911 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Isc and 1 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Bind and 11 more | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| If the `recursive-clients` quota is reached on a BIND 9 resolver configured with both `stale-answer-enable yes;` and `stale-answer-client-timeout 0;`, a sequence of serve-stale-related lookups could cause `named` to loop and terminate unexpectedly due to a stack overflow. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.16.33 through 9.16.41, 9.18.7 through 9.18.15, 9.16.33-S1 through 9.16.41-S1, and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.15-S1. | |||||
| CVE-2023-2828 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Isc and 1 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Bind and 11 more | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Every `named` instance configured to run as a recursive resolver maintains a cache database holding the responses to the queries it has recently sent to authoritative servers. The size limit for that cache database can be configured using the `max-cache-size` statement in the configuration file; it defaults to 90% of the total amount of memory available on the host. When the size of the cache reaches 7/8 of the configured limit, a cache-cleaning algorithm starts to remove expired and/or least-recently used RRsets from the cache, to keep memory use below the configured limit. It has been discovered that the effectiveness of the cache-cleaning algorithm used in `named` can be severely diminished by querying the resolver for specific RRsets in a certain order, effectively allowing the configured `max-cache-size` limit to be significantly exceeded. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.16.41, 9.18.0 through 9.18.15, 9.19.0 through 9.19.13, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.16.41-S1, and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.15-S1. | |||||
| CVE-2023-23915 | 3 Haxx, Netapp, Splunk | 12 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 9 more | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A cleartext transmission of sensitive information vulnerability exists in curl <v7.88.0 that could cause HSTS functionality to behave incorrectly when multiple URLs are requested in parallel. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS instead of using an insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in the URL. This HSTS mechanism would however surprisingly fail when multiple transfers are done in parallel as the HSTS cache file gets overwritten by the most recentlycompleted transfer. A later HTTP-only transfer to the earlier host name would then *not* get upgraded properly to HSTS. | |||||
| CVE-2023-27535 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 2 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libcurl and 11 more | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in libcurl <8.0.0 in the FTP connection reuse feature that can result in wrong credentials being used during subsequent transfers. Previously created connections are kept in a connection pool for reuse if they match the current setup. However, certain FTP settings such as CURLOPT_FTP_ACCOUNT, CURLOPT_FTP_ALTERNATIVE_TO_USER, CURLOPT_FTP_SSL_CCC, and CURLOPT_USE_SSL were not included in the configuration match checks, causing them to match too easily. This could lead to libcurl using the wrong credentials when performing a transfer, potentially allowing unauthorized access to sensitive information. | |||||
| CVE-2026-22049 | 1 Netapp | 1 Ontap | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| ONTAP versions 9.16.1 and higher with WebAuthn multi-factor authentication (MFA) configured are susceptible to a vulnerability related to the Relying Party ID which when successfully exploited could allow an attacker with valid credentials to bypass MFA. | |||||
| CVE-2023-28321 | 5 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 14 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 11 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| An improper certificate validation vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 in the way it supports matching of wildcard patterns when listed as "Subject Alternative Name" in TLS server certificates. curl can be built to use its own name matching function for TLS rather than one provided by a TLS library. This private wildcard matching function would match IDN (International Domain Name) hosts incorrectly and could as a result accept patterns that otherwise should mismatch. IDN hostnames are converted to puny code before used for certificate checks. Puny coded names always start with `xn--` and should not be allowed to pattern match, but the wildcard check in curl could still check for `x*`, which would match even though the IDN name most likely contained nothing even resembling an `x`. | |||||
| CVE-2023-23916 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 2 more | 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Curl and 10 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| An allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability exists in curl <v7.88.0 based on the "chained" HTTP compression algorithms, meaning that a server response can be compressed multiple times and potentially with differentalgorithms. The number of acceptable "links" in this "decompression chain" wascapped, but the cap was implemented on a per-header basis allowing a maliciousserver to insert a virtually unlimited number of compression steps simply byusing many headers. The use of such a decompression chain could result in a "malloc bomb", making curl end up spending enormous amounts of allocated heap memory, or trying to and returning out of memory errors. | |||||
| CVE-2023-27536 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 2 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libcurl and 11 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| An authentication bypass vulnerability exists libcurl <8.0.0 in the connection reuse feature which can reuse previously established connections with incorrect user permissions due to a failure to check for changes in the CURLOPT_GSSAPI_DELEGATION option. This vulnerability affects krb5/kerberos/negotiate/GSSAPI transfers and could potentially result in unauthorized access to sensitive information. The safest option is to not reuse connections if the CURLOPT_GSSAPI_DELEGATION option has been changed. | |||||
| CVE-2023-27534 | 5 Broadcom, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 2 more | 13 Brocade Fabric Operating System Firmware, Fedora, Curl and 10 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| A path traversal vulnerability exists in curl <8.0.0 SFTP implementation causes the tilde (~) character to be wrongly replaced when used as a prefix in the first path element, in addition to its intended use as the first element to indicate a path relative to the user's home directory. Attackers can exploit this flaw to bypass filtering or execute arbitrary code by crafting a path like /~2/foo while accessing a server with a specific user. | |||||
| CVE-2023-27537 | 4 Broadcom, Haxx, Netapp and 1 more | 13 Brocade Fabric Operating System Firmware, Libcurl, Active Iq Unified Manager and 10 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A double free vulnerability exists in libcurl <8.0.0 when sharing HSTS data between separate "handles". This sharing was introduced without considerations for do this sharing across separate threads but there was no indication of this fact in the documentation. Due to missing mutexes or thread locks, two threads sharing the same HSTS data could end up doing a double-free or use-after-free. | |||||
| CVE-2023-28320 | 3 Apple, Haxx, Netapp | 12 Macos, Curl, Clustered Data Ontap and 9 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A denial of service vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 in the way libcurl provides several different backends for resolving host names, selected at build time. If it is built to use the synchronous resolver, it allows name resolves to time-out slow operations using `alarm()` and `siglongjmp()`. When doing this, libcurl used a global buffer that was not mutex protected and a multi-threaded application might therefore crash or otherwise misbehave. | |||||
| CVE-2023-28322 | 4 Apple, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 1 more | 13 Macos, Fedora, Curl and 10 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 3.7 LOW |
| An information disclosure vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 when doing HTTP(S) transfers, libcurl might erroneously use the read callback (`CURLOPT_READFUNCTION`) to ask for data to send, even when the `CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS` option has been set, if the same handle previously wasused to issue a `PUT` request which used that callback. This flaw may surprise the application and cause it to misbehave and either send off the wrong data or use memory after free or similar in the second transfer. The problem exists in the logic for a reused handle when it is (expected to be) changed from a PUT to a POST. | |||||
| CVE-2023-28319 | 3 Apple, Haxx, Netapp | 12 Macos, Curl, Clustered Data Ontap and 9 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A use after free vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 in the way libcurl offers a feature to verify an SSH server's public key using a SHA 256 hash. When this check fails, libcurl would free the memory for the fingerprint before it returns an error message containing the (now freed) hash. This flaw risks inserting sensitive heap-based data into the error message that might be shown to users or otherwise get leaked and revealed. | |||||
| CVE-2025-26465 | 4 Debian, Netapp, Openbsd and 1 more | 6 Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager, Ontap and 3 more | 2026-10-21 | N/A | 6.8 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability was found in OpenSSH when the VerifyHostKeyDNS option is enabled. A machine-in-the-middle attack can be performed by a malicious machine impersonating a legit server. This issue occurs due to how OpenSSH mishandles error codes in specific conditions when verifying the host key. For an attack to be considered successful, the attacker needs to manage to exhaust the client's memory resource first, turning the attack complexity high. | |||||
| CVE-2018-8014 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 9 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-15 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2018-11784 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-15 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| When the default servlet in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.11, 8.5.0 to 8.5.33 and 7.0.23 to 7.0.90 returned a redirect to a directory (e.g. redirecting to '/foo/' when the user requested '/foo') a specially crafted URL could be used to cause the redirect to be generated to any URI of the attackers choice. | |||||
| CVE-2018-11212 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Ijg and 4 more | 13 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libjpeg and 10 more | 2026-10-15 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| An issue was discovered in libjpeg 9a and 9d. The alloc_sarray function in jmemmgr.c allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (divide-by-zero error) via a crafted file. | |||||
