| A vulnerability was found in OpenImageIO, where a heap buffer overflow exists in the src/gif.imageio/gifinput.cpp file. This flaw allows a remote attacker to pass a specially crafted file to the application, which triggers a heap-based buffer overflow and could cause a crash, leading to a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3361 | 2 Opendatahub, Redhat | 2 Open Data Hub Dashboard, Openshift Data Science | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat OpenShift Data Science. When exporting a pipeline from the Elyra notebook pipeline editor as Python DSL or YAML, it reads S3 credentials from the cluster (ds pipeline server) and saves them in plain text in the generated output instead of an ID for a Kubernetes secret. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3354 | 3 Fedoraproject, Qemu, Redhat | 4 Fedora, Qemu, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in the QEMU built-in VNC server. When a client connects to the VNC server, QEMU checks whether the current number of connections crosses a certain threshold and if so, cleans up the previous connection. If the previous connection happens to be in the handshake phase and fails, QEMU cleans up the connection again, resulting in a NULL pointer dereference issue. This could allow a remote unauthenticated client to cause a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3347 | 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Samba | 4 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Storage and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability was found in Samba's SMB2 packet signing mechanism. The SMB2 packet signing is not enforced if an admin configured "server signing = required" or for SMB2 connections to Domain Controllers where SMB2 packet signing is mandatory. This flaw allows an attacker to perform attacks, such as a man-in-the-middle attack, by intercepting the network traffic and modifying the SMB2 messages between client and server, affecting the integrity of the data. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3301 | 2 Qemu, Redhat | 2 Qemu, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.6 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in QEMU. The async nature of hot-unplug enables a race scenario where the net device backend is cleared before the virtio-net pci frontend has been unplugged. A malicious guest could use this time window to trigger an assertion and cause a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3269 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A vulnerability exists in the memory management subsystem of the Linux kernel. The lock handling for accessing and updating virtual memory areas (VMAs) is incorrect, leading to use-after-free problems. This issue can be successfully exploited to execute arbitrary kernel code, escalate containers, and gain root privileges. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3255 | 3 Fedoraproject, Qemu, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Qemu, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in the QEMU built-in VNC server while processing ClientCutText messages. A wrong exit condition may lead to an infinite loop when inflating an attacker controlled zlib buffer in the `inflate_buffer` function. This could allow a remote authenticated client who is able to send a clipboard to the VNC server to trigger a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3223 | 1 Redhat | 8 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform Text-only Advisories and 5 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in undertow. Servlets annotated with @MultipartConfig may cause an OutOfMemoryError due to large multipart content. This may allow unauthorized users to cause remote Denial of Service (DoS) attack. If the server uses fileSizeThreshold to limit the file size, it's possible to bypass the limit by setting the file name in the request to null. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3171 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in EAP-7 during deserialization of certain classes, which permits instantiation of HashMap and HashTable with no checks on resources consumed. This issue could allow an attacker to submit malicious requests using these classes, which could eventually exhaust the heap and result in a Denial of Service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3164 | 2 Libtiff, Redhat | 2 Libtiff, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| A heap-buffer-overflow vulnerability was found in LibTIFF, in extractImageSection() at tools/tiffcrop.c:7916 and tools/tiffcrop.c:7801. This flaw allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted tiff file. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3161 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in the Framebuffer Console (fbcon) in the Linux Kernel. When providing font->width and font->height greater than 32 to fbcon_set_font, since there are no checks in place, a shift-out-of-bounds occurs leading to undefined behavior and possible denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3153 | 2 Ovn, Redhat | 4 Open Virtual Network, Enterprise Linux, Fast Datapath and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in Open Virtual Network where the service monitor MAC does not properly rate limit. This issue could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service, including on deployments with CoPP enabled and properly configured. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3138 | 2 Redhat, X.org | 2 Enterprise Linux, Libx11 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A vulnerability was found in libX11. The security flaw occurs because the functions in src/InitExt.c in libX11 do not check that the values provided for the Request, Event, or Error IDs are within the bounds of the arrays that those functions write to, using those IDs as array indexes. They trust that they were called with values provided by an Xserver adhering to the bounds specified in the X11 protocol, as all X servers provided by X.Org do. As the protocol only specifies a single byte for these values, an out-of-bounds value provided by a malicious server (or a malicious proxy-in-the-middle) can only overwrite other portions of the Display structure and not write outside the bounds of the Display structure itself, possibly causing the client to crash with this memory corruption. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3089 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Openshift Container Platform, Openshift Container Platform For Arm64 and 3 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.0 HIGH |
| A compliance problem was found in the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Red Hat discovered that, when FIPS mode was enabled, not all of the cryptographic modules in use were FIPS-validated. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3027 | 1 Redhat | 1 Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| The grc-policy-propagator allows security escalation within the cluster. The propagator allows policies which contain some dynamically obtained values (instead of the policy apply a static manifest on a managed cluster) of taking advantage of cluster scoped access in a created policy. This feature does not restrict properly to lookup content from the namespace where the policy was created. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3019 | 2 Qemu, Redhat | 2 Qemu, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.0 MEDIUM |
| A DMA reentrancy issue leading to a use-after-free error was found in the e1000e NIC emulation code in QEMU. This issue could allow a privileged guest user to crash the QEMU process on the host, resulting in a denial of service. | |||||
