| CVE | Vendors | Products | Updated | CVSS v2 | CVSS v3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2020-11996 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 8 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 5 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| A specially crafted sequence of HTTP/2 requests sent to Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M5, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.35 and 8.5.0 to 8.5.55 could trigger high CPU usage for several seconds. If a sufficient number of such requests were made on concurrent HTTP/2 connections, the server could become unresponsive. | |||||
| CVE-2020-11987 | 4 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more | 22 Batik, Debian Linux, Fedora and 19 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 8.2 HIGH |
| Apache Batik 1.13 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery, caused by improper input validation by the NodePickerPanel. By using a specially-crafted argument, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the underlying server to make arbitrary GET requests. | |||||
| CVE-2020-11979 | 4 Apache, Fedoraproject, Gradle and 1 more | 37 Ant, Fedora, Gradle and 34 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| As mitigation for CVE-2020-1945 Apache Ant 1.10.8 changed the permissions of temporary files it created so that only the current user was allowed to access them. Unfortunately the fixcrlf task deleted the temporary file and created a new one without said protection, effectively nullifying the effort. This would still allow an attacker to inject modified source files into the build process. | |||||
| CVE-2019-20445 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 8 Spark, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 5 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| HttpObjectDecoder.java in Netty before 4.1.44 allows a Content-Length header to be accompanied by a second Content-Length header, or by a Transfer-Encoding header. | |||||
| CVE-2019-10086 | 6 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 60 Commons Beanutils, Nifi, Debian Linux and 57 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 HIGH | 7.3 HIGH |
| In Apache Commons Beanutils 1.9.2, a special BeanIntrospector class was added which allows suppressing the ability for an attacker to access the classloader via the class property available on all Java objects. We, however were not using this by default characteristic of the PropertyUtilsBean. | |||||
| CVE-2017-5645 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 79 Log4j, Oncommand Api Services, Oncommand Insight and 76 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| In Apache Log4j 2.x before 2.8.2, when using the TCP socket server or UDP socket server to receive serialized log events from another application, a specially crafted binary payload can be sent that, when deserialized, can execute arbitrary code. | |||||
| CVE-2016-6797 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 14 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 11 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The ResourceLinkFactory implementation in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not limit web application access to global JNDI resources to those resources explicitly linked to the web application. Therefore, it was possible for a web application to access any global JNDI resource whether an explicit ResourceLink had been configured or not. | |||||
| CVE-2016-6796 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| A malicious web application running on Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via manipulation of the configuration parameters for the JSP Servlet. | |||||
| CVE-2016-5018 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 a malicious web application was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via a Tomcat utility method that was accessible to web applications. | |||||
| CVE-2016-0762 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-08 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| The Realm implementations in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not process the supplied password if the supplied user name did not exist. This made a timing attack possible to determine valid user names. Note that the default configuration includes the LockOutRealm which makes exploitation of this vulnerability harder. | |||||
| CVE-2025-57738 | 1 Apache | 1 Syncope | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 7.2 HIGH |
| Apache Syncope offers the ability to extend / customize the base behavior on every deployment by allowing to provide custom implementations of a few Java interfaces; such implementations can be provided either as Java or Groovy classes, with the latter being particularly attractive as the machinery is set for runtime reload. Such a feature has been available for a while, but recently it was discovered that a malicious administrator can inject Groovy code that can be executed remotely by a running Apache Syncope Core instance. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.0.14 / 4.0.2, which fix this issue by forcing the Groovy code to run in a sandbox. | |||||
| CVE-2025-47410 | 1 Apache | 1 Geode | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| Apache Geode is vulnerable to CSRF attacks through GET requests to the Management and Monitoring REST API that could allow an attacker who has tricked a user into giving up their Geode session credentials to submit malicious commands on the target system on behalf of the authenticated user. This issue affects Apache Geode: versions 1.10 through 1.15.1 Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.15.2, which fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2021-36090 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Oracle | 34 Commons Compress, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Insight and 31 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| When reading a specially crafted ZIP archive, Compress can be made to allocate large amounts of memory that finally leads to an out of memory error even for very small inputs. This could be used to mount a denial of service attack against services that use Compress' zip package. | |||||
| CVE-2021-30640 | 3 Apache, Debian, Oracle | 7 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Communications Cloud Native Core Policy and 4 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability in the JNDI Realm of Apache Tomcat allows an attacker to authenticate using variations of a valid user name and/or to bypass some of the protection provided by the LockOut Realm. This issue affects Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.5; 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.45; 8.5.0 to 8.5.65. | |||||
| CVE-2021-25329 | 3 Apache, Debian, Oracle | 12 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Agile Product Lifecycle Management and 9 more | 2026-10-08 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| The fix for CVE-2020-9484 was incomplete. When using Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.41, 8.5.0 to 8.5.61 or 7.0.0. to 7.0.107 with a configuration edge case that was highly unlikely to be used, the Tomcat instance was still vulnerable to CVE-2020-9494. Note that both the previously published prerequisites for CVE-2020-9484 and the previously published mitigations for CVE-2020-9484 also apply to this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2021-24122 | 3 Apache, Debian, Oracle | 3 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Agile Product Lifecycle Management | 2026-10-08 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| When serving resources from a network location using the NTFS file system, Apache Tomcat versions 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M9, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.39, 8.5.0 to 8.5.59 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.106 were susceptible to JSP source code disclosure in some configurations. The root cause was the unexpected behaviour of the JRE API File.getCanonicalPath() which in turn was caused by the inconsistent behaviour of the Windows API (FindFirstFileW) in some circumstances. | |||||
| CVE-2020-9484 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 26 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 23 more | 2026-10-08 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| When using Apache Tomcat versions 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M4, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.34, 8.5.0 to 8.5.54 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.103 if a) an attacker is able to control the contents and name of a file on the server; and b) the server is configured to use the PersistenceManager with a FileStore; and c) the PersistenceManager is configured with sessionAttributeValueClassNameFilter="null" (the default unless a SecurityManager is used) or a sufficiently lax filter to allow the attacker provided object to be deserialized; and d) the attacker knows the relative file path from the storage location used by FileStore to the file the attacker has control over; then, using a specifically crafted request, the attacker will be able to trigger remote code execution via deserialization of the file under their control. Note that all of conditions a) to d) must be true for the attack to succeed. | |||||
| CVE-2020-1935 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 20 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 17 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 4.8 MEDIUM |
| In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.30, 8.5.0 to 8.5.50 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.99 the HTTP header parsing code used an approach to end-of-line parsing that allowed some invalid HTTP headers to be parsed as valid. This led to a possibility of HTTP Request Smuggling if Tomcat was located behind a reverse proxy that incorrectly handled the invalid Transfer-Encoding header in a particular manner. Such a reverse proxy is considered unlikely. | |||||
| CVE-2020-13935 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 18 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 15 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The payload length in a WebSocket frame was not correctly validated in Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M6, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.36, 8.5.0 to 8.5.56 and 7.0.27 to 7.0.104. Invalid payload lengths could trigger an infinite loop. Multiple requests with invalid payload lengths could lead to a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2019-17563 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 11 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 8 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.1 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| When using FORM authentication with Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.29, 8.5.0 to 8.5.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.98 there was a narrow window where an attacker could perform a session fixation attack. The window was considered too narrow for an exploit to be practical but, erring on the side of caution, this issue has been treated as a security vulnerability. | |||||
