| CVE-2026-104041 | 2026-10-31 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| A flaw was found in SSSD. An unprivileged local user can repeatedly request lookups for nonexistent entries through the Name Service Switch (NSS) responder. Because the negative cache does not limit the total number of stored entries and only removes expired records when an existing key is rechecked, the cache can grow without bound. This behavior can lead to memory exhaustion, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) as the responder becomes unresponsive or terminates. | |||||
| CVE-2026-116577 | 2026-10-31 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Prior to 6.6, Tornado's HTTP header parser accepts obsolete line folding and repeatedly concatenates short continuation lines, causing quadratic CPU consumption on the IOLoop thread. An unauthenticated client can submit a header block containing many obsolete line-folding continuations before application code runs, blocking other connections served by the process. The cost grows with max_header_size, and only availability is affected. This issue is fixed in version 6.6. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119209 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-31 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.3, pypdf can consume excessive memory while opening a crafted PDF containing cross-reference streams that declare very large entry counts. Highly compressible streams and /Prev chains can multiply the number of parsed entries across a document, while negative /Index counts can bypass the existing per-stream clamp. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-107312 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in Drupal Examples for Developers allows Excessive Allocation. This issue affects Examples for Developers versions: from 0.0.0 to 4.0.7. | |||||
| CVE-2026-76289 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could make the Splunk Enterprise instance unavailable to other users by sending a request to the Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoint for lookup table files. The affected instance requires a restart to restore service. The vulnerability is possible because the endpoint does not limit resource use when it processes response field selections. For more information see Endpoints reference list (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/rest-api-reference/10.4/introduction/endpoints-reference-list) and About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation. | |||||
| CVE-2026-88084 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in SQL Server allows an authorized attacker to deny service over a network. | |||||
| CVE-2026-118260 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Echo is a Go web framework. From 4.0.0 until 4.16.1, Echo v4's opt-in BodyDump middleware reads complete request bodies into memory before handlers run and retains complete response bodies for the dump callback without capture limits. An unauthenticated client that can reach a route using BodyDump can submit large bodies or influence large responses, causing repeated or concurrent allocations that exhaust process memory. BodyDump is not enabled by default, and external request limits may reduce request-side exposure but do not bound response capture. This issue is fixed in 4.16.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-114136 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Django REST framework is a toolkit for building Web APIs. From 3.6.4 until 3.18.2, JSONParser.parse in rest_framework/parsers.py uses the client-supplied Content-Type charset value with codecs.getreader, which accepts byte-transform codecs such as bz2_codec rather than only text encodings. A remote unauthenticated client can therefore cause a compressed JSON request body to be expanded after Django has enforced DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE against only the wire bytes, allowing a very small request to consume substantial per-worker memory. The default parser set is sufficient, and any reachable endpoint that accepts a JSON body is affected. This issue is fixed in version 3.18.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119699 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| WPGraphQL Smart Cache before 2.3.3 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to persist unlimited query documents via the Automatic Persisted Query handler. Attackers can send distinct queries with matching SHA-256 queryId values, including batched operations, to grow the wp_posts table without bound and degrade database performance. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119701 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| WPGraphQL before 2.24.1 contains a missing rate limiting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to flood password reset emails by aliasing the sendPasswordResetEmail mutation. Attackers can send one HTTP request with many aliases, bypassing batch_limit, to exhaust mail provider quota and repeatedly rotate reset keys, blocking legitimate password recovery. | |||||
| CVE-2026-94482 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications. From 13.0.0 until 15.5.28 and 16.4.1, crafted requests targeting App Router applications with at least one Server Action can cause excessive CPU consumption and block processing of further requests in the same process. Applications using the Pages Router and App Router applications without Server Actions are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 15.5.28 and 16.4.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86696 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in esaml in dropbox esaml allows an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust the Erlang VM atom table and crash the node via unsigned LogoutResponse messages. esaml:status_code_map/1 in src/esaml.erl maps any StatusCode value it does not recognize to an atom with list_to_atom/1 on the last colon-separated segment of the URN. esaml_sp:validate_logout_response/2 verifies a signature only when the message carries one, so an unsigned LogoutResponse posted to the single-logout endpoint reaches esaml:decode_logout_response/1 and mints one permanent atom per distinct status value. Atoms are never reclaimed and the VM caps the atom table at about one million entries, so an attacker who posts that many distinct values aborts the node. This issue affects esaml: from 0.1.0 onward. | |||||
| CVE-2026-105270 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in esaml_binding in dropbox esaml allows an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust the Erlang VM atom table and crash the node via a crafted SAMLResponse. esaml_binding:decode_response/2 parses the decoded SAMLResponse with xmerl_scan:string/2, which interns every element name, attribute name, and namespace prefix it reads as a permanent atom. The SAML consume (ACS) and single-logout endpoints call it on unauthenticated requests before any signature check, so one well-formed document with thousands of distinct names mints thousands of atoms while staying inside the 128 KB request body limit. Atoms are never reclaimed and the VM caps the atom table at about one million entries, so a few dozen requests abort the node. This issue affects esaml: from 0.1.0 onward. | |||||
| CVE-2026-73197 | 2 Freeipa, Redhat | 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending oversized form POST requests to the `/ipa/migration/migration.py` endpoint. This can force the migration handler to read attacker-controlled request bodies fully into memory, leading to increased memory usage, slower request handling, and potential service disruption or denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2026-66067 | 1 Broadcom | 1 Rabbitmq Server | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1, The stream open handler calls only check_vhost_access; it omits the node/vhost/user connection-limit checks that rabbit_reader performs for AMQP. A developer %% FIXME comment at the cited line explicitly acknowledges the gap. No compensating enforcement exists in connection tracking or elsewhere in rabbitmq_stream. An authenticated tenant can fully bypass operator-configured per-user and per-vhost connection caps by connecting via port 5552 instead of 5672. Preconditions include rabbitmq_stream plugin enabled Authenticated stream-protocol credentials Operator relies on per-user/per-vhost connection limits for tenant isolation. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.7 and 4.3.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86019 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.13.2, Part-DB allows authenticated API users to bypass the configured maximum attachment file size by uploading attachments through the API using base64-encoded file data. The application enforces the configured attachment size limit for normal browser-based file uploads, but the API base64 upload path does not apply the same size validation. As a result, an authenticated user with API access and permission to create attachments can upload files larger than the configured maximum attachment size, potentially exhausting disk space and causing a denial of service. This issue has been patched in version 2.13.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-78066 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Resource exhaustion in Apache bRPC (version < 1.18.0) on all platforms: multiple parsers that accept wire-controlled input bound no limit on the sizes declared by the client or on decompressed output, which attackers can use to drive disproportionate memory use and crash the process. Root Cause: 1) The gzip/zlib/snappy decompressors enforce no output limit: -max_body_size is checked against the compressed bytes only, so a cap-compliant body (e.g. 64 MiB) can decompress to tens of GiB. 2) The AMF string readers allocate the declared length before the bytes are actually available. 3) RTMP chunk headers may re-declare a message length mid-stream; the declared length was never bounded and the partial reassembly buffer kept growing. 4) The sofa-pbrpc parser does not bound meta_size. 5) mcpack2pb trusts wire-declared item counts for Reserve() and a string value_size of 0 underflows the buffer size, aborting the process. Affected Scenarios: Any bRPC service accepting gzip/zlib/snappy-compressed bodies or rtmp, sofa-pbrpc, or mcpack2pb messages from untrusted clients. How to Fix:(Choose one of the following options) 1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue. 2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3476 Note: After the fix, requests whose decompressed size, RTMP message length, or mcpack declared count exceed the new limits are rejected. Operators who legitimately need larger values can raise the corresponding flag (-max_decompressed_body_size, max_body_size). | |||||
| CVE-2026-119036 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Business::GoCardless versions before 1.01 for Perl allow memory exhaustion by flattening legacy webhook payloads before checking their signature. A webhook body with a top-level "payload" key is verified as a legacy webhook. To rebuild the signed string, the payload is flattened into one key and value pair per leaf, each key carrying the full path to that leaf, and the pairs are then encoded, sorted and joined. A long key holding a long array costs memory proportional to the key length times the array length. A remote attacker can exhaust memory in the process receiving webhooks with a single request that carries no valid signature. | |||||
| CVE-2026-116128 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Starlet versions from 0.20 before 0.33 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via unbounded buffering when decoding chunked request bodies. The decoder adds each read to one buffer of unconsumed input. Nothing limits the length of a chunk-size line, so a line without a CRLF grows the buffer for as long as the client keeps sending, and the read timeout restarts after every read. The data of a large chunk is also held in the buffer until the whole chunk has arrived. A remote attacker can exhaust a worker's memory with a single request. | |||||
| CVE-2026-116773 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| russh is a Rust SSH client and server library that includes an SSH agent protocol implementation. Prior to 0.65.0, the client Session::process_packet path in russh/src/client/encrypted.rs accepts repeated packets encoded with russh's private msg::EXT_INFO = 7 before authentication, while the standards-compliant EXT_INFO message number 82 does not reach the affected handler. The handle_ext_info function appends every parsed extension name to received_extensions without clearing, deduplicating, or bounding the vector. A malicious SSH server that deliberately sends private message number 7 can therefore retain an unbounded number of attacker-controlled extension names for the session lifetime, causing progressive client memory exhaustion. This issue is fixed in version 0.65.0. | |||||
