| CVE-2026-50276 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| dd-trace-rb is Datadog's client library for Ruby. Prior to 2.32.0, W3C baggage extraction does not enforce DD_TRACE_BAGGAGE_MAX_ITEMS, which defaults to 64, or DD_TRACE_BAGGAGE_MAX_BYTES, which defaults to 8192, although those limits apply during baggage injection. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a baggage HTTP header containing many comma-separated key-value pairs or a single very large value. The extraction path allocates entries while parsing the attacker-controlled header on every request, causing unbounded CPU and memory consumption in an HTTP service where the baggage propagation style is enabled, which is the default for most affected tracers. This can cause denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 2.32.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54156 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| node-opcua is an OPC UA implementation for TypeScript and Node.js. Prior to 2.166.0, the process-global g_alreadyUsedNonce cache used by nonceAlreadyBeenUsed in packages/node-opcua-secure-channel/source/server/server_secure_channel_layer.ts records nonces from OpenSecureChannelRequest and CreateSession without expiration or a size limit. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeatedly create sessions with unique nonces, causing entries to persist after session expiry and accumulate across connection cycles even when maxSessions=10 limits concurrent sessions. The resulting unbounded heap growth can exhaust the default Node.js heap and crash the node-opcua server process. This issue is fixed in version 2.166.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-85448 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| MOOS-IvP uFldShoreBroker through 24.8.1 fails to limit the number of claimed communities stored in parallel vectors within ShoreBroker::handleMailNodePing(). A single publisher can supply unbounded distinct community names to grow retained state and per-pass work without limit, causing memory exhaustion and performance degradation. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53937 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 6.2 MEDIUM | ||
| MCP Kotlin SDK is the Kotlin Multiplatform software development kit for the Model Context Protocol. In versions 0.7.0 through 0.12.0, `ReadBuffer.append` in `kotlin-sdk-core/src/commonMain/kotlin/io/modelcontextprotocol/kotlin/sdk/shared/ReadBuffer.kt` writes every chunk of bytes received from the stdio transport into a `kotlinx.io.Buffer` with no size cap. Frames are extracted from that buffer only when a `\n` (0x0a) byte is observed. A peer that streams bytes without ever sending a newline causes the internal buffer to grow indefinitely until the JVM (or the surrounding host process) is OOM-killed. The leak is amplified by `StdioServerTransport` and `StdioClientTransport`, which both queue raw chunks through a `kotlinx.coroutines.channels.Channel<ByteArray>(Channel.UNLIMITED)` and then call `readBuffer.append(chunk)` without backpressure or size guard. This is a remote-pre-auth denial of service whenever an SDK stdio server's stdin is fed by an untrusted or attacker-controlled producer (for example: a host program that exec's the MCP server as a subprocess and pipes through bytes received from a network peer, or a sidecar wrapper that proxies bytes from an HTTP endpoint to the stdio transport). Version 0.13.0 fixes the issue. | |||||

| In Micrometer, it is possible for a user to provide specially crafted gRPC requests that may cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Affected versions: Micrometer 1.16.0 through 1.16.5; 1.15.0 through 1.15.11. | |||||
| CVE-2026-33871 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. In versions prior to 4.1.132.Final and 4.2.10.Final, a remote user can trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) against a Netty HTTP/2 server by sending a flood of `CONTINUATION` frames. The server's lack of a limit on the number of `CONTINUATION` frames, combined with a bypass of existing size-based mitigations using zero-byte frames, allows an user to cause excessive CPU consumption with minimal bandwidth, rendering the server unresponsive. Versions 4.1.132.Final and 4.2.10.Final fix the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86452 | 1 Misp-project | 1 Misp | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Affected versions of MISP permit unauthenticated or weakly constrained request paths to perform persistent work without adequate input bounds or rate limiting. The users/forgot password-reset endpoint accepted an attacker-controlled email value without first imposing a reasonable length bound or validating its format. That value was then used to create an audit log entry and queue a password-reset job, causing the supplied value to be persisted more than once per request. The commit explicitly states that an unbounded unauthenticated request field was stored twice per call with no throttle. The fix adds: - a maximum email input length of 1024 bytes; - email-format validation before persistent work; - a per-source pre-authentication request budget; - HTTP 429 responses when that budget is exceeded; - a 15-minute cooldown for API-access request emails; - POST-only handling and CSRF protection for the API-access request endpoint. The new flood filter is specifically intended to limit persistent storage costs from anonymous requests such as password resets, registrations, and failed REST authentication attempts. Version affected: ≤2.5.45 | |||||

| CVE-2026-45768 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Starting in version 8.0.0 and prior to version 8.0.5, LDAP transaction state could store an unbounded number of responses. Because LDAP can be processed over UDP, crafted traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Version 8.0.5 contains a fix. As a workaround, disable LDAP application-layer parsing where it is not required. Alternatively, use a rule like `alert ldap any any -> any any (sid: 1; ldap.responses.count: >1024; bypass;)`. | |||||
| CVE-2026-63075 | 1 Openssl | 1 Openssl | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Issue summary: When OpenSSL processes QUIC traffic from a peer that repeatedly sends ack-eliciting packets while not acknowledging ACK-only responses, the QUIC stack can retain ACK-only packet metadata for the lifetime of the connection. Impact summary: A remote peer that can complete a QUIC handshake can cause connection-scoped memory growth which may lead to Denial of Service through memory exhaustion, especially with sustained traffic or many concurrent QUIC connections. CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: When the OpenSSL QUIC stack sends an ACK-only packet, there is no requirement by the QUIC protocol that the peer will acknowledge that ACK-only packet (i.e. it is itself not ack-eliciting). However, the OpenSSL implementation stores the metadata about the ACK frames regardless. In and of itself that's ok, but if a malicious peer establishes a connection, and then drives the connection such that ACK-only packets are forced from the OpenSSL implementation peer (i.e., by sending numerous PING frames), and then withholding any subsequent acks for ack-eliciting data, like legitimate data, said malicious peer can force inappropriate memory growth on the OpenSSL peer, potentially leading to a Denial of Service. The fix is to ensure that we account for the transmission of the ACK-only packet in the packet histories high and low watermark without actually storing the ACK-only packet metadata itself. FIPS impact: no The OpenSSL FIPS module is not affected as the QUIC code is outside the FIPS module boundary. | |||||
| CVE-2026-63074 | 1 Openssl | 1 Openssl | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| Issue summary: The OpenSSL Certificate Management Protocol (CMP) caches additional certificates (extraCerts) sent in a CMP message, but never expunges them (for instance if they are invalid). If a server reuses an OSSL_CMP_CTX frequently, this cache of extraCerts may grow unboundedly, and a malicious client may flood a CMP server with requests driving this growth. Impact summary: Users utilizing a CMP server that reuses a single OSSL_CMP_CTX for the lifetime of a server process may observe unbounded memory growth in the event a malicious client repeatedly sends requests containing unique extra certificates, which may lead to OOM conditions. CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: If a remote user sends CMP messages to a server with a list of extraCerts and the message is rejected, the extraCerts from the message remains in the server contexts untrusted certificate stack. This exposes servers with long lived ctx objects to Denial of Service attacks in which an attacker sends messages intending to be rejected with a large list of additional certificates repeatedly, forcing the server to store them indefinitely. The issue was fixed by removing the added extra certs if the message is rejected, using the same method as when the context is configured to not do caching at all. FIPS impact: no As the CMP code lives outside the FIPS module boundary, no FIPS modules are affected by this CVE. | |||||
| CVE-2026-67297 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| FreeRDP before 3.29.0 fails to enforce the RESPONSE_SIZE_LIMIT when processing Transfer-Encoding: chunked HTTP responses in http_response_recv_body(). Attackers controlling a malicious RD Gateway endpoint can send oversized chunked response bodies to exhaust client memory resources without triggering the configured size limit. | |||||
| CVE-2026-73228 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Django REST framework is a toolkit for building Web APIs. Prior to 3.17.2, Django REST Framework's request.data parsing in rest_framework/request.py Request._parse() passes the underlying HttpRequest stream to JSONParser and FormParser for application/json and application/x-www-form-urlencoded bodies, bypassing Django's DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE protection and allowing oversized request bodies to consume additional memory and CPU. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45769 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5,IKEv2 parser state could grow without bounds while storing client transforms. Repeated crafted UDP traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 fix the issue. Some workarounds are available. Disable IKE application-layer parsing if it is not needed. Alternatively, use a rule to bypass ike flows after the first packets like `alert ike any any -> any any (sid: 2; flow.pkts_toserver: > 256; bypass; noalert;)`. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45765 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, DNP3 reassembly could buffer data without sufficient parser-level bounds. Crafted DNP3 traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, disable DNP3 (which is not enabled by default) if it is not needed, and/or define a limited `stream.reassembly.depth` (0 or absent is unlimited). | |||||
| CVE-2026-45766 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, certain NFS parser state structures were insufficiently bounded. Crafted NFS traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, disable NFS application-layer parsing if it is not needed. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86075 | 1 N8n | 1 N8n | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.37.7 and 2.38.2, the OAuth Dynamic Client Registration endpoint bounded redirect_uris but accepted arbitrarily large client_name and grant_types values. An unauthenticated remote caller could repeatedly persist oversized values in oauth_clients and exhaust database storage. The affected validation is in packages/cli/src/modules/oauth-server/oauth-server.service.ts, including MAX_CLIENT_NAME_LENGTH and MAX_GRANT_TYPES. This issue is fixed in versions 2.37.7 and 2.38.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-84890 | 1 Nodejs | 1 Undici | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| undici's decompress interceptor decompresses response bodies according to the untrusted Content-Encoding header. While the number of content-encoding layers is capped, the total decompressed output size is unbounded and there is no configuration option to limit it. A malicious or faulty upstream can therefore return a small compressed payload, a compression bomb, that expands to hundreds of megabytes or more in client memory, an asymmetric resource consumption that can exhaust memory and crash the process. This affects undici versions from 7.15.0 up to 7.29.1 and from 8.0.0 up to 8.10.2. Users should upgrade to undici 7.29.1 or 8.10.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-87908 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| multiparty is a Node.js library for parsing multipart/form-data request bodies. In versions from 2.1.0 up to but not including 4.3.1, the parser does not bound the amount of memory used while accumulating the headers of a single multipart part. An unauthenticated attacker can send a single request whose part carries a very large volume of header bytes, forcing the parser to buffer all of them and exhausting the process memory, which crashes the server. This is a denial of service with no confidentiality or integrity impact. The issue is fixed in multiparty 4.3.1, which caps the size of the accumulated part headers. Users should upgrade to multiparty 4.3.1 or later. | |||||
