CVE-2019-9517 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more 25 Http Server, Traffic Server, Mac Os X and 22 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to unconstrained interal data buffering, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker opens the HTTP/2 window so the peer can send without constraint; however, they leave the TCP window closed so the peer cannot actually write (many of) the bytes on the wire. The attacker then sends a stream of requests for a large response object. Depending on how the servers queue the responses, this can consume excess memory, CPU, or both.
CVE-2019-9516 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more 21 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 18 more 2026-06-17 6.8 MEDIUM 6.5 MEDIUM
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a header leak, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends a stream of headers with a 0-length header name and 0-length header value, optionally Huffman encoded into 1-byte or greater headers. Some implementations allocate memory for these headers and keep the allocation alive until the session dies. This can consume excess memory.
CVE-2019-9515 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more 24 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 21 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a settings flood, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends a stream of SETTINGS frames to the peer. Since the RFC requires that the peer reply with one acknowledgement per SETTINGS frame, an empty SETTINGS frame is almost equivalent in behavior to a ping. Depending on how efficiently this data is queued, this can consume excess CPU, memory, or both.
CVE-2019-9514 13 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 10 more 30 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 27 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a reset flood, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker opens a number of streams and sends an invalid request over each stream that should solicit a stream of RST_STREAM frames from the peer. Depending on how the peer queues the RST_STREAM frames, this can consume excess memory, CPU, or both.
CVE-2019-9513 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more 22 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 19 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to resource loops, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker creates multiple request streams and continually shuffles the priority of the streams in a way that causes substantial churn to the priority tree. This can consume excess CPU.
CVE-2019-9512 5 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 2 more 6 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 3 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to ping floods, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends continual pings to an HTTP/2 peer, causing the peer to build an internal queue of responses. Depending on how efficiently this data is queued, this can consume excess CPU, memory, or both.
CVE-2019-9511 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more 22 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 19 more 2026-06-17 7.8 HIGH 7.5 HIGH
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to window size manipulation and stream prioritization manipulation, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker requests a large amount of data from a specified resource over multiple streams. They manipulate window size and stream priority to force the server to queue the data in 1-byte chunks. Depending on how efficiently this data is queued, this can consume excess CPU, memory, or both.
CVE-2019-9506 8 Apple, Blackberry, Canonical and 5 more 274 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 271 more 2026-06-17 4.8 MEDIUM 8.1 HIGH
The Bluetooth BR/EDR specification up to and including version 5.1 permits sufficiently low encryption key length and does not prevent an attacker from influencing the key length negotiation. This allows practical brute-force attacks (aka "KNOB") that can decrypt traffic and inject arbitrary ciphertext without the victim noticing.
CVE-2019-9453 2 Canonical, Google 2 Ubuntu Linux, Android 2026-06-17 2.1 LOW 4.4 MEDIUM
In the Android kernel in F2FS touch driver there is a possible out of bounds read due to improper input validation. This could lead to local information disclosure with system execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2019-9445 3 Canonical, Debian, Google 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Android 2026-06-17 2.1 LOW 4.4 MEDIUM
In the Android kernel in F2FS driver there is a possible out of bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to local information disclosure with system execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.

CVE-2019-9213 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 2 more 2026-06-17 4.9 MEDIUM 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel before 4.20.14, expand_downwards in mm/mmap.c lacks a check for the mmap minimum address, which makes it easier for attackers to exploit kernel NULL pointer dereferences on non-SMAP platforms. This is related to a capability check for the wrong task.
CVE-2019-9210 4 Advancemame, Canonical, Debian and 1 more 4 Advancecomp, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 1 more 2026-06-17 6.8 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
In AdvanceCOMP 2.1, png_compress in pngex.cc in advpng has an integer overflow upon encountering an invalid PNG size, which results in an attempted memcpy to write into a buffer that is too small. (There is also a heap-based buffer over-read.)
CVE-2019-9209 4 Canonical, Debian, Opensuse and 1 more 4 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Leap and 1 more 2026-06-17 4.3 MEDIUM 5.5 MEDIUM
In Wireshark 2.4.0 to 2.4.12 and 2.6.0 to 2.6.6, the ASN.1 BER and related dissectors could crash. This was addressed in epan/dissectors/packet-ber.c by preventing a buffer overflow associated with excessive digits in time values.
CVE-2019-9200 3 Canonical, Debian, Freedesktop 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Poppler 2026-06-17 6.8 MEDIUM 8.8 HIGH
A heap-based buffer underwrite exists in ImageStream::getLine() located at Stream.cc in Poppler 0.74.0 that can (for example) be triggered by sending a crafted PDF file to the pdfimages binary. It allows an attacker to cause Denial of Service (Segmentation fault) or possibly have unspecified other impact.
CVE-2019-9162 3 Canonical, Linux, Netapp 7 Ubuntu Linux, Linux Kernel, Cn1610 and 4 more 2026-06-17 4.6 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel before 4.20.12, net/ipv4/netfilter/nf_nat_snmp_basic_main.c in the SNMP NAT module has insufficient ASN.1 length checks (aka an array index error), making out-of-bounds read and write operations possible, leading to an OOPS or local privilege escalation. This affects snmp_version and snmp_helper.
