| Ubuntu Linux 6.8, 6.17 and 7.0 contain AppArmor SAUCE patches which incorrectly attempt to free a pointer which was not previously kmalloc()d, while at the same time leaking allocated memory. The bug can be triggered by an unprivileged local user and can result in the corruption of slab metadata and could lead to resource exhaustion. | |||||
| CVE-2026-47331 | 1 Canonical | 1 Ubuntu Linux | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| Ubuntu Linux 6.8 contains AppArmor SAUCE patches which fail to acquire a lock when modifying a linked list. An unprivileged local user could trigger the race condition that can lead to a use-after-free (UAF) and, theoretically, arbitrary code execution. | |||||
| CVE-2026-47332 | 1 Canonical | 1 Ubuntu Linux | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| Ubuntu Linux 6.8, 6.17 and 7.0 contain AppArmor SAUCE patches which incorrectly validate the size of an internal structure, leading to an out-of-bounds read in notification handling code. The bug can be triggered by an unprivileged local user and can result in information disclosure from adjacent slab objects. | |||||
| CVE-2026-47329 | 1 Canonical | 1 Ubuntu Linux | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| Ubuntu Linux 6.8, 6.17 and 7.0 contain SAUCE patches which fail to validate invalid sizes of the name field in AppAmor notification responses. The bug can be triggered by an unprivileged local user and could result in handling of crafted responses. | |||||
| CVE-2026-13367 | 7 Canonical, Hp, Ibm and 4 more | 9 Ubuntu Linux, Hp-ux, Aix and 6 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| IBM Informix Dynamic Server 14.10, and 15.0 contain a local privilege escalation vulnerability in the oninit setuid-root utility. | |||||
| CVE-2026-13476 | 7 Canonical, Hp, Ibm and 4 more | 9 Ubuntu Linux, Hp-ux, Aix and 6 more | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 7.3 HIGH |
| IBM Informix Dynamic Server 14.10, 15.0, and 12.10 could allow an unauthenticated user to execute arbitrary commands with service account privileges on the system due to improper validation of user supplied input. | |||||
| CVE-2025-26466 | 3 Canonical, Debian, Openbsd | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Openssh | 2026-10-21 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in the OpenSSH package. For each ping packet the SSH server receives, a pong packet is allocated in a memory buffer and stored in a queue of packages. It is only freed when the server/client key exchange has finished. A malicious client may keep sending such packages, leading to an uncontrolled increase in memory consumption on the server side. Consequently, the server may become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service attack. | |||||
| CVE-2025-33208 | 2 Canonical, Nvidia | 2 Ubuntu Linux, Tao Toolkit | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| NVIDIA TAO contains a vulnerability where an attacker may cause a resource to be loaded via an uncontrolled search path. A successful exploit of this vulnerability may lead to escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, information disclosure. | |||||
| CVE-2018-8014 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 9 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-15 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2018-1305 | 4 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 1 more | 6 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 3 more | 2026-10-15 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Security constraints defined by annotations of Servlets in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 were only applied once a Servlet had been loaded. Because security constraints defined in this way apply to the URL pattern and any URLs below that point, it was possible - depending on the order Servlets were loaded - for some security constraints not to be applied. This could have exposed resources to users who were not authorised to access them. | |||||
| CVE-2018-1304 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 11 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 8 more | 2026-10-15 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected. | |||||
| CVE-2018-1061 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 5 more | 2026-10-15 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| python before versions 2.7.15, 3.4.9, 3.5.6rc1, 3.6.5rc1 and 3.7.0 is vulnerable to catastrophic backtracking in the difflib.IS_LINE_JUNK method. An attacker could use this flaw to cause denial of service. | |||||
