| A use-after-free flaw was found in the netfilter subsystem of the Linux kernel. If the catchall element is garbage-collected when the pipapo set is removed, the element can be deactivated twice. This can cause a use-after-free issue on an NFT_CHAIN object or NFT_OBJECT object, allowing a local unprivileged user with CAP_NET_ADMIN capability to escalate their privileges on the system. | |||||
| CVE-2023-5869 | 2 Postgresql, Redhat | 21 Postgresql, Codeready Linux Builder Eus, Codeready Linux Builder Eus For Power Little Endian Eus and 18 more | 2026-11-04 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in PostgreSQL that allows authenticated database users to execute arbitrary code through missing overflow checks during SQL array value modification. This issue exists due to an integer overflow during array modification where a remote user can trigger the overflow by providing specially crafted data. This enables the execution of arbitrary code on the target system, allowing users to write arbitrary bytes to memory and extensively read the server's memory. | |||||
| CVE-2023-5633 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 22 Linux Kernel, Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 19 more | 2026-11-04 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| The reference count changes made as part of the CVE-2023-33951 and CVE-2023-33952 fixes exposed a use-after-free flaw in the way memory objects were handled when they were being used to store a surface. When running inside a VMware guest with 3D acceleration enabled, a local, unprivileged user could potentially use this flaw to escalate their privileges. | |||||
| CVE-2023-5367 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 12 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 9 more | 2026-11-04 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A out-of-bounds write flaw was found in the xorg-x11-server. This issue occurs due to an incorrect calculation of a buffer offset when copying data stored in the heap in the XIChangeDeviceProperty function in Xi/xiproperty.c and in RRChangeOutputProperty function in randr/rrproperty.c, allowing for possible escalation of privileges or denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2021-31566 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libarchive and 2 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libarchive and 11 more | 2026-11-02 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| An improper link resolution flaw can occur while extracting an archive leading to changing modes, times, access control lists, and flags of a file outside of the archive. An attacker may provide a malicious archive to a victim user, who would trigger this flaw when trying to extract the archive. A local attacker may use this flaw to gain more privileges in a system. | |||||
| CVE-2023-4813 | 4 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Netapp and 1 more | 21 Fedora, Glibc, Active Iq Unified Manager and 18 more | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an uncommon situation, the gaih_inet function may use memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when the getaddrinfo function is called and the hosts database in /etc/nsswitch.conf is configured with SUCCESS=continue or SUCCESS=merge. | |||||
| CVE-2024-12087 | 8 Almalinux, Archlinux, Gentoo and 5 more | 18 Almalinux, Arch Linux, Linux and 15 more | 2026-10-21 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A path traversal vulnerability exists in rsync. It stems from behavior enabled by the `--inc-recursive` option, a default-enabled option for many client options and can be enabled by the server even if not explicitly enabled by the client. When using the `--inc-recursive` option, a lack of proper symlink verification coupled with deduplication checks occurring on a per-file-list basis could allow a server to write files outside of the client's intended destination directory. A malicious server could write malicious files to arbitrary locations named after valid directories/paths on the client. | |||||
| CVE-2024-6387 | 13 Almalinux, Amazon, Apple and 10 more | 81 Almalinux, Amazon Linux, Macos and 78 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| A security regression (CVE-2006-5051) was discovered in OpenSSH's server (sshd). There is a race condition which can lead sshd to handle some signals in an unsafe manner. An unauthenticated, remote attacker may be able to trigger it by failing to authenticate within a set time period. | |||||
| CVE-2023-4911 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 49 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 46 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A buffer overflow was discovered in the GNU C Library's dynamic loader ld.so while processing the GLIBC_TUNABLES environment variable. This issue could allow a local attacker to use maliciously crafted GLIBC_TUNABLES environment variables when launching binaries with SUID permission to execute code with elevated privileges. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3737 | 6 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 17 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Hci and 14 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.1 HIGH | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in python. An improperly handled HTTP response in the HTTP client code of python may allow a remote attacker, who controls the HTTP server, to make the client script enter an infinite loop, consuming CPU time. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3733 | 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Python and 1 more | 20 Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux, Fedora, Hci Compute Node Firmware and 17 more | 2026-10-14 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| There's a flaw in urllib's AbstractBasicAuthHandler class. An attacker who controls a malicious HTTP server that an HTTP client (such as web browser) connects to, could trigger a Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDOS) during an authentication request with a specially crafted payload that is sent by the server to the client. The greatest threat that this flaw poses is to application availability. | |||||
| CVE-2019-19906 | 8 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 5 more | 20 Bookkeeper, Ipados, Iphone Os and 17 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| cyrus-sasl (aka Cyrus SASL) 2.1.27 has an out-of-bounds write leading to unauthenticated remote denial-of-service in OpenLDAP via a malformed LDAP packet. The OpenLDAP crash is ultimately caused by an off-by-one error in _sasl_add_string in common.c in cyrus-sasl. | |||||
| CVE-2024-12085 | 8 Almalinux, Archlinux, Gentoo and 5 more | 22 Almalinux, Arch Linux, Linux and 19 more | 2026-10-13 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in rsync which could be triggered when rsync compares file checksums. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate the checksum length (s2length) to cause a comparison between a checksum and uninitialized memory and leak one byte of uninitialized stack data at a time. | |||||
| CVE-2019-8720 | 3 Redhat, Webkitgtk, Wpewebkit | 23 Codeready Linux Builder, Codeready Linux Builder Eus, Codeready Linux Builder For Arm64 Eus and 20 more | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| A vulnerability was found in WebKit. The flaw is triggered when processing maliciously crafted web content that may lead to arbitrary code execution. Improved memory handling addresses the multiple memory corruption issues. | |||||
| CVE-2026-59849 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 11 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux For Els and 8 more | 2026-09-22 | N/A | 3.1 LOW |
| A flaw was found in libssh. Logic errors in automatic certificate-based public key authentication can cause libssh clients to loop indefinitely when configured certificates are missing or repeatedly rejected by a server, leading to denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2026-59842 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 11 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux For Els and 8 more | 2026-09-22 | N/A | 3.7 LOW |
| A flaw was found in libssh. During server-side GSSAPI key exchange, a client-supplied Curve25519 public key shorter than the expected length is copied without proper length validation, leading to an out-of-bounds heap read. This could allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to disclose small amounts of server memory. | |||||
| CVE-2022-1011 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 3 more | 38 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 35 more | 2026-08-26 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s FUSE filesystem in the way a user triggers write(). This flaw allows a local user to gain unauthorized access to data from the FUSE filesystem, resulting in privilege escalation. | |||||
| CVE-2017-12617 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 58 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 55 more | 2026-08-25 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
| When running Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0, 8.5.0 to 8.5.22, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.46 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.81 with HTTP PUTs enabled (e.g. via setting the readonly initialisation parameter of the Default servlet to false) it was possible to upload a JSP file to the server via a specially crafted request. This JSP could then be requested and any code it contained would be executed by the server. | |||||
| CVE-2021-4034 | 7 Canonical, Oracle, Polkit Project and 4 more | 31 Ubuntu Linux, Http Server, Zfs Storage Appliance Kit and 28 more | 2026-08-15 | 7.2 HIGH | 7.8 HIGH |
| A local privilege escalation vulnerability was found on polkit's pkexec utility. The pkexec application is a setuid tool designed to allow unprivileged users to run commands as privileged users according predefined policies. The current version of pkexec doesn't handle the calling parameters count correctly and ends trying to execute environment variables as commands. An attacker can leverage this by crafting environment variables in such a way it'll induce pkexec to execute arbitrary code. When successfully executed the attack can cause a local privilege escalation given unprivileged users administrative rights on the target machine. | |||||
| CVE-2024-1086 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 27 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 24 more | 2026-08-07 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's netfilter: nf_tables component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. The nft_verdict_init() function allows positive values as drop error within the hook verdict, and hence the nf_hook_slow() function can cause a double free vulnerability when NF_DROP is issued with a drop error which resembles NF_ACCEPT. We recommend upgrading past commit f342de4e2f33e0e39165d8639387aa6c19dff660. | |||||
