| CVE-2026-77801 | 1 Gitlab | 1 Gitlab | 2026-08-31 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 12.8 before 19.1.7, 19.2 before 19.2.5, and 19.3 before 19.3.1 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed an authenticated user to cause a denial of service affecting background job processing, due to missing object count limits. | |||||
| CVE-2026-70455 | 1 Samba | 1 Rsync | 2026-08-31 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| rsync 3.4.2 before 3.5.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows a remote sender to exhaust system resources by specifying the --zt short alias for --compress-threads, which bypasses the refuse options directive's string matching on long option names. Attackers can specify --zt=N with a large value to spawn an unbounded number of Zstandard worker threads on the receiver, exhausting available thread and memory resources. | |||||
| CVE-2026-16100 | 1 Redhat | 1 Build Of Keycloak | 2026-08-31 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in the user-event metrics recording of Keycloak. When metrics are enabled, the system records raw error messages from failed account operations as Prometheus metric labels. Because these error messages can include user-supplied input like nonexistent client IDs, an authenticated user can create a massive number of unique metric entries, eventually exhausting system memory and causing the service to crash or become unavailable. | |||||
| CVE-2026-14330 | 2026-08-31 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Multiple unbounded alloca() calls in the PulseAudio protocol server. | |||||
| CVE-2026-73108 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| RustDesk versions before 1.4.7 contain an uncontrolled speculative memory allocation vulnerability in BytesCodec. Before authentication, the decoder trusts the payload length encoded in a four-byte frame header and reserves that amount before receiving the payload. A crafted header can request up to 1,073,741,823 bytes of capacity, allowing unauthenticated attackers to use concurrent TCP connections to cause memory exhaustion and denial of service. The fix caps header-triggered speculative preallocation at 256 KiB. | |||||
| CVE-2026-71054 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Vulnerability in Oracle Java SE (component: 2D). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 7u511. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Java SE. Note: This vulnerability can be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. This vulnerability also applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:L). | |||||

| In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.85, CRMF/CMP password-MAC honours unbounded iteration count. This issue also affects Bouncy Castle for Java LTS before 2.73.12, and Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS (BC-FJA) before bcpkix-fips 1.0.12 (1.0.X series), 2.0.12 (2.0.X series) and 2.1.12 (2.1.X series). | |||||
| CVE-2026-14456 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Issue summary: When an OpenSSL QUIC server (Listener SSL object) processes valid QUIC Initial packets for unknown destination connection IDs, it can allocate and queue new incoming channels without enforcing any limit. Impact summary: A remote peer that can make many Initial packets reach the server listener faster than the application accepts connections, can cause the memory allocated to store the per-channel state to grow without any limits, potentially making the QUIC listener unavailable and causing Denial of Service. CWE: CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling Description: The function that handles inbound QUIC packets uses Connection-Id from the packet header to find an existing connection (QUIC channel). If no existing connection is found and the packet type is INITIAL, the function treats the packet as a new connection. It allocates a new channel object and inserts it into a queue where it waits to be accepted by the local application with SSL_accept(3ossl). The memory occupied by these initial channel objects may grow without bounds if the application is not able to call SSL_accept() frequently enough to serve these inbound connection requests. The issue is present since OpenSSL 3.5 when the QUIC server implementation was added. The fix introduces a limit for pending connections. The default limit is set to 256 pending connections (waiting to be accepted by the local application). Applications may change the default by calling SSL_set_value_uint(3ossl). FIPS impact: no The FIPS module is not affected as the QUIC implementation is outside of the OpenSSL FIPS module boundary. | |||||

| In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.85, PKCS#12 MAC and bag-decryption KDF iteration-count bound (DoS). This issue also affects Bouncy Castle for Java LTS before 2.73.12, and Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS (BC-FJA) before bc-fips 1.0.2.7 (1.0.X series), 2.0.2 (2.0.X series) and 2.1.3 (2.1.X series). | |||||
| CVE-2026-49851 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Mistune is a Python Markdown parser with renderers and plugins. Prior to 3.3.0, Mistune is vulnerable to a CPU exhaustion DoS due to superlinear (approximately O(n²)) behavior in parse_link_text. When parsing Markdown containing many consecutive [ characters, parse_link_text repeatedly scans the input using a regex search inside a loop. Each iteration re-scans a large portion of the remaining string, resulting in quadratic-time behavior. An attacker-controlled Markdown input can therefore trigger excessive CPU usage with a very small payload. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-19015 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Consul Community Edition and Consul Enterprise 1.2.0 through 2.0.2 are vulnerable to an uncontrolled resource consumption issue in the Connect CA roots endpoint that may allow a remote caller to grow the agent's Connect CA roots cache without bound, defeating the operator's cache-disable configuration. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-19015, is fixed in Consul 2.0.3 and Consul Enterprise 1.21.17, 1.22.11, and 2.0.3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-15972 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Consul Community Edition and Consul Enterprise 1.13.0 through 2.0.2 are vulnerable to an unauthenticated denial of service through unbounded connection acceptance on the external gRPC listeners. A remote attacker may exhaust agent file descriptors, goroutines, and memory by opening many incomplete connections, potentially preventing legitimate clients from connecting. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-15972, is fixed in Consul 2.0.3 and Consul Enterprise 1.21.17, 1.22.11, and 2.0.3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-19014 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Consul Community Edition and Consul Enterprise 1.17.0 through 2.0.2 are vulnerable to an uncontrolled resource consumption issue in the Connect authorization endpoint that may allow a caller to grow the agent's intention-match cache without bound, defeating the operator's cache-disable configuration. This vulnerability, CVE-2026-190124, is fixed in Consul 2.0.3 and Consul Enterprise 1.21.17, 1.22.11, and 2.0.3. | |||||
| CVE-2025-15682 | 2026-08-28 | N/A | N/A | ||
| TBEA TLogger V2.1.0.0B0.0.0.0 contains an unauthenticated resource exhaustion vulnerability in its web server. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send PUT requests to the /tmp/ endpoint, causing the web server to create persistent files containing attacker-controlled data under /opt/myapp/webserver/. The generated files are not removed because the web server attempts to move them into a non-existent directory. Repeated requests can therefore exhaust available storage and cause a denial-of-service condition. | |||||
| CVE-2026-15055 | 1 Bouncycastle | 3 Bc-java, Bcpkix-fips, Bouncy Castle For Java Lts | 2026-08-28 | N/A | 8.2 HIGH |
| In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.85, PKCS#8 / PBES2 decryptors honour unbounded KDF cost from input. This issue also affects Bouncy Castle for Java LTS before 2.73.12, and Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS (BC-FJA) before bcpkix-fips 1.0.12 (1.0.X series), 2.0.12 (2.0.X series) and 2.1.12 (2.1.X series). | |||||
| CVE-2026-14257 | 1 Juliangruber | 1 Brace-expansion | 2026-08-27 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| brace-expansion through 5.0.7 is vulnerable to denial of service via memory exhaustion. The expand() function limits the number of results with a max option (default 100,000) but does not bound the length of each result string. By chaining multiple brace groups, an attacker keeps the result count under the limit while making each result progressively longer, so total memory scales with both count and string length until the process hits a fatal, uncatchable out-of-memory error. About 7.5 KB of input ('{a,b}'.repeat(1500)) crashes a default Node.js process. Any application that passes attacker-influenced strings to brace-expansion.expand() - directly or transitively via minimatch / glob brace patterns - can be crashed by a small request. Fixed in 5.0.8 by adding a maxLength option (default 4,000,000) that bounds accumulated output and intermediate arrays. | |||||
