| CVE-2018-8014 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 9 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-15 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2016-6794 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 14 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 11 more | 2026-10-15 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| When a SecurityManager is configured, a web application's ability to read system properties should be controlled by the SecurityManager. In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70, 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 the system property replacement feature for configuration files could be used by a malicious web application to bypass the SecurityManager and read system properties that should not be visible. | |||||
| CVE-2016-10165 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Littlecms and 3 more | 19 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Little Cms Color Engine and 16 more | 2026-10-15 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 7.1 HIGH |
| The Type_MLU_Read function in cmstypes.c in Little CMS (aka lcms2) allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information or cause a denial of service via an image with a crafted ICC profile, which triggers an out-of-bounds heap read. | |||||
| CVE-2022-43551 | 4 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Netapp and 1 more | 7 Fedora, Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager and 4 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A vulnerability exists in curl <7.87.0 HSTS check that could be bypassed to trick it to keep using HTTP. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS instead of using an insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in the URL. However, the HSTS mechanism could be bypassed if the host name in the given URL first uses IDN characters that get replaced to ASCII counterparts as part of the IDN conversion. Like using the character UTF-8 U+3002 (IDEOGRAPHIC FULL STOP) instead of the common ASCII full stop (U+002E) `.`. Then in a subsequent request, it does not detect the HSTS state and makes a clear text transfer. Because it would store the info IDN encoded but look for it IDN decoded. | |||||
| CVE-2022-27778 | 4 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 19 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Bh500s Firmware and 16 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
| A use of incorrectly resolved name vulnerability fixed in 7.83.1 might remove the wrong file when `--no-clobber` is used together with `--remove-on-error`. | |||||
| CVE-2022-1292 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 52 Debian Linux, Fedora, A250 and 49 more | 2026-10-14 | 10.0 HIGH | 7.3 HIGH |
| The c_rehash script does not properly sanitise shell metacharacters to prevent command injection. This script is distributed by some operating systems in a manner where it is automatically executed. On such operating systems, an attacker could execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the script. Use of the c_rehash script is considered obsolete and should be replaced by the OpenSSL rehash command line tool. Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.3 (Affected 3.0.0,3.0.1,3.0.2). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1o (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1n). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2ze (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2zd). | |||||
| CVE-2021-36222 | 4 Debian, Mit, Netapp and 1 more | 7 Debian Linux, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 4 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| ec_verify in kdc/kdc_preauth_ec.c in the Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.18.4 and 1.19.x before 1.19.2 allows remote attackers to cause a NULL pointer dereference and daemon crash. This occurs because a return value is not properly managed in a certain situation. | |||||
| CVE-2021-22946 | 8 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 37 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 34 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| A user can tell curl >= 7.20.0 and <= 7.78.0 to require a successful upgrade to TLS when speaking to an IMAP, POP3 or FTP server (`--ssl-reqd` on the command line or`CURLOPT_USE_SSL` set to `CURLUSESSL_CONTROL` or `CURLUSESSL_ALL` withlibcurl). This requirement could be bypassed if the server would return a properly crafted but perfectly legitimate response. This flaw would then make curl silently continue its operations **withoutTLS** contrary to the instructions and expectations, exposing possibly sensitive data in clear text over the network. | |||||
| CVE-2021-22926 | 5 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more | 26 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 23 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| libcurl-using applications can ask for a specific client certificate to be used in a transfer. This is done with the `CURLOPT_SSLCERT` option (`--cert` with the command line tool). When libcurl is built to use the macOS native TLS library Secure Transport, an application can ask for the client certificate by name or with a file name - using the same option. If the name exists as a file, it will be used instead of by name.If the appliction runs with a current working directory that is writable by other users (like `/tmp`), a malicious user can create a file name with the same name as the app wants to use by name, and thereby trick the application to use the file based cert instead of the one referred to by name making libcurl send the wrong client certificate in the TLS connection handshake. | |||||
| CVE-2021-22901 | 5 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more | 34 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Backup and 31 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
| curl 7.75.0 through 7.76.1 suffers from a use-after-free vulnerability resulting in already freed memory being used when a TLS 1.3 session ticket arrives over a connection. A malicious server can use this in rare unfortunate circumstances to potentially reach remote code execution in the client. When libcurl at run-time sets up support for TLS 1.3 session tickets on a connection using OpenSSL, it stores pointers to the transfer in-memory object for later retrieval when a session ticket arrives. If the connection is used by multiple transfers (like with a reused HTTP/1.1 connection or multiplexed HTTP/2 connection) that first transfer object might be freed before the new session is established on that connection and then the function will access a memory buffer that might be freed. When using that memory, libcurl might even call a function pointer in the object, making it possible for a remote code execution if the server could somehow manage to get crafted memory content into the correct place in memory. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3517 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 29 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 26 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 HIGH | 8.6 HIGH |
| There is a flaw in the xml entity encoding functionality of libxml2 in versions before 2.9.11. An attacker who is able to supply a crafted file to be processed by an application linked with the affected functionality of libxml2 could trigger an out-of-bounds read. The most likely impact of this flaw is to application availability, with some potential impact to confidentiality and integrity if an attacker is able to use memory information to further exploit the application. | |||||
| CVE-2020-28196 | 4 Fedoraproject, Mit, Netapp and 1 more | 11 Fedora, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 8 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.17.2 and 1.18.x before 1.18.3 allows unbounded recursion via an ASN.1-encoded Kerberos message because the lib/krb5/asn.1/asn1_encode.c support for BER indefinite lengths lacks a recursion limit. | |||||
| CVE-2019-5482 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 3 more | 17 Debian Linux, Fedora, Curl and 14 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Heap buffer overflow in the TFTP protocol handler in cURL 7.19.4 to 7.65.3. | |||||
| CVE-2019-5443 | 4 Haxx, Microsoft, Netapp and 1 more | 10 Curl, Windows, Oncommand Insight and 7 more | 2026-10-14 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
| A non-privileged user or program can put code and a config file in a known non-privileged path (under C:/usr/local/) that will make curl <= 7.65.1 automatically run the code (as an openssl "engine") on invocation. If that curl is invoked by a privileged user it can do anything it wants. | |||||
| CVE-2019-16168 | 8 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 20 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 17 more | 2026-10-14 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| In SQLite through 3.29.0, whereLoopAddBtreeIndex in sqlite3.c can crash a browser or other application because of missing validation of a sqlite_stat1 sz field, aka a "severe division by zero in the query planner." | |||||
| CVE-2022-22971 | 3 Netapp, Oracle, Vmware | 4 Cloud Secure Agent, Oncommand Insight, Financial Services Crime And Compliance Management Studio and 1 more | 2026-10-08 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| In spring framework versions prior to 5.3.20+ , 5.2.22+ and old unsupported versions, application with a STOMP over WebSocket endpoint is vulnerable to a denial of service attack by an authenticated user. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3449 | 12 Checkpoint, Debian, Fedoraproject and 9 more | 167 Multi-domain Management, Multi-domain Management Firmware, Quantum Security Gateway and 164 more | 2026-10-08 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| An OpenSSL TLS server may crash if sent a maliciously crafted renegotiation ClientHello message from a client. If a TLSv1.2 renegotiation ClientHello omits the signature_algorithms extension (where it was present in the initial ClientHello), but includes a signature_algorithms_cert extension then a NULL pointer dereference will result, leading to a crash and a denial of service attack. A server is only vulnerable if it has TLSv1.2 and renegotiation enabled (which is the default configuration). OpenSSL TLS clients are not impacted by this issue. All OpenSSL 1.1.1 versions are affected by this issue. Users of these versions should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.1.1k. OpenSSL 1.0.2 is not impacted by this issue. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1k (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1j). | |||||
| CVE-2021-37137 | 5 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 2 more | 12 Debian Linux, Oncommand Insight, Netty and 9 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The Snappy frame decoder function doesn't restrict the chunk length which may lead to excessive memory usage. Beside this it also may buffer reserved skippable chunks until the whole chunk was received which may lead to excessive memory usage as well. This vulnerability can be triggered by supplying malicious input that decompresses to a very big size (via a network stream or a file) or by sending a huge skippable chunk. | |||||
| CVE-2021-37136 | 5 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 2 more | 19 Debian Linux, Oncommand Insight, Netty and 16 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The Bzip2 decompression decoder function doesn't allow setting size restrictions on the decompressed output data (which affects the allocation size used during decompression). All users of Bzip2Decoder are affected. The malicious input can trigger an OOME and so a DoS attack | |||||
| CVE-2021-35517 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Oracle | 27 Commons Compress, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Insight and 24 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| When reading a specially crafted TAR archive, Compress can be made to allocate large amounts of memory that finally leads to an out of memory error even for very small inputs. This could be used to mount a denial of service attack against services that use Compress' tar package. | |||||
