| In PHP versions 7.3.x below 7.3.13 and 7.4.0 on Windows, when supplying custom headers to mail() function, due to mistake introduced in commit 78f4b4a2dcf92ddbccea1bb95f8390a18ac3342e, if the header is supplied in lowercase, this can result in double-freeing certain memory locations. | |||||
| CVE-2019-11045 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 3 more | 2026-08-17 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 3.7 LOW |
| In PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.26, 7.3.x below 7.3.13 and 7.4.0, PHP DirectoryIterator class accepts filenames with embedded \0 byte and treats them as terminating at that byte. This could lead to security vulnerabilities, e.g. in applications checking paths that the code is allowed to access. | |||||
| CVE-2023-52585 | 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp | 8 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H610c and 5 more | 2026-08-15 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: Fix possible NULL dereference in amdgpu_ras_query_error_status_helper() Return invalid error code -EINVAL for invalid block id. Fixes the below: drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/amdgpu_ras.c:1183 amdgpu_ras_query_error_status_helper() error: we previously assumed 'info' could be null (see line 1176) | |||||
| CVE-2023-52583 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-15 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: fix deadlock or deadcode of misusing dget() The lock order is incorrect between denty and its parent, we should always make sure that the parent get the lock first. But since this deadcode is never used and the parent dir will always be set from the callers, let's just remove it. | |||||
| CVE-2012-0507 | 4 Debian, Oracle, Sun and 1 more | 7 Debian Linux, Jre, Jre and 4 more | 2026-08-14 | 10.0 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Unspecified vulnerability in the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) component in Oracle Java SE 7 Update 2 and earlier, 6 Update 30 and earlier, and 5.0 Update 33 and earlier allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via unknown vectors related to Concurrency. NOTE: the previous information was obtained from the February 2012 Oracle CPU. Oracle has not commented on claims from a downstream vendor and third party researchers that this issue occurs because the AtomicReferenceArray class implementation does not ensure that the array is of the Object[] type, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service (JVM crash) or bypass Java sandbox restrictions. NOTE: this issue was originally mapped to CVE-2011-3571, but that identifier was already assigned to a different issue. | |||||
| CVE-2021-33034 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-13 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
| In the Linux kernel before 5.12.4, net/bluetooth/hci_event.c has a use-after-free when destroying an hci_chan, aka CID-5c4c8c954409. This leads to writing an arbitrary value. | |||||
| CVE-2021-40490 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more | 30 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 27 more | 2026-08-13 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| A race condition was discovered in ext4_write_inline_data_end in fs/ext4/inline.c in the ext4 subsystem in the Linux kernel through 5.13.13. | |||||
| CVE-2022-29582 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-13 | 6.9 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| In the Linux kernel before 5.17.3, fs/io_uring.c has a use-after-free due to a race condition in io_uring timeouts. This can be triggered by a local user who has no access to any user namespace; however, the race condition perhaps can only be exploited infrequently. | |||||
| CVE-2024-26804 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-12 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |

The splat occurs because skb->data points past skb->head allocated area. This is because neigh layer does: __skb_pull(skb, skb_network_offset(skb)); ... but skb_network_offset() returns a negative offset and __skb_pull() arg is unsigned. IOW, we skb->data gets "adjusted" by a huge value. The negative value is returned because skb->head and skb->data distance is more than 64k and skb->network_header (u16) has wrapped around. The bug is in the ip_tunnel infrastructure, which can cause dev->needed_headroom to increment ad infinitum. The syzkaller reproducer consists of packets getting routed via a gre tunnel, and route of gre encapsulated packets pointing at another (ipip) tunnel. The ipip encapsulation finds gre0 as next output device. This results in the following pattern: 1). First packet is to be sent out via gre0. Route lookup found an output device, ipip0. 2). ip_tunnel_xmit for gre0 bumps gre0->needed_headroom based on the future output device, rt.dev->needed_headroom (ipip0). 3). ip output / start_xmit moves skb on to ipip0. which runs the same code path again (xmit recursion). 4). Routing step for the post-gre0-encap packet finds gre0 as output device to use for ipip0 encapsulated packet. tunl0->needed_headroom is then incremented based on the (already bumped) gre0 device headroom. This repeats for every future packet: gre0->needed_headroom gets inflated because previous packets' ipip0 step incremented rt->dev (gre0) headroom, and ipip0 incremented because gre0 needed_headroom was increased. For each subsequent packet, gre/ipip0->needed_headroom grows until post-expand-head reallocations result in a skb->head/data distance of more than 64k. Once that happens, skb->network_header (u16) wraps around when pskb_expand_head tries to make sure that skb_network_offset() is unchanged after the headroom expansion/reallocation. After this skb_network_offset(skb) returns a different (and negative) result post headroom expansion. The next trip to neigh layer (or anything else that would __skb_pull the network header) makes skb->data point to a memory location outside skb->head area. v2: Cap the needed_headroom update to an arbitarily chosen upperlimit to prevent perpetual increase instead of dropping the headroom increment completely. | |||||
| CVE-2023-44487 | 33 Akka, Amazon, Apache and 30 more | 324 Http Server, Opensearch Data Prepper, Apisix and 321 more | 2026-08-11 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023. | |||||
| CVE-2021-44228 | 12 Apache, Apple, Bentley and 9 more | 166 Log4j, Xcode, Synchro and 163 more | 2026-08-11 | 9.3 HIGH | 10.0 CRITICAL |
| Apache Log4j2 2.0-beta9 through 2.15.0 (excluding security releases 2.12.2, 2.12.3, and 2.3.1) JNDI features used in configuration, log messages, and parameters do not protect against attacker controlled LDAP and other JNDI related endpoints. An attacker who can control log messages or log message parameters can execute arbitrary code loaded from LDAP servers when message lookup substitution is enabled. From log4j 2.15.0, this behavior has been disabled by default. From version 2.16.0 (along with 2.12.2, 2.12.3, and 2.3.1), this functionality has been completely removed. Note that this vulnerability is specific to log4j-core and does not affect log4net, log4cxx, or other Apache Logging Services projects. | |||||
| CVE-2024-1086 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 27 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 24 more | 2026-08-07 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's netfilter: nf_tables component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. The nft_verdict_init() function allows positive values as drop error within the hook verdict, and hence the nf_hook_slow() function can cause a double free vulnerability when NF_DROP is issued with a drop error which resembles NF_ACCEPT. We recommend upgrading past commit f342de4e2f33e0e39165d8639387aa6c19dff660. | |||||
| CVE-2022-2196 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-07 | N/A | 5.8 MEDIUM |
| A regression exists in the Linux Kernel within KVM: nVMX that allowed for speculative execution attacks. L2 can carry out Spectre v2 attacks on L1 due to L1 thinking it doesn't need retpolines or IBPB after running L2 due to KVM (L0) advertising eIBRS support to L1. An attacker at L2 with code execution can execute code on an indirect branch on the host machine. We recommend upgrading to Kernel 6.2 or applying the relevant stable backports (v5.4.233, v5.10.170, v5.15.96, v6.1.14). | |||||
| CVE-2021-40438 | 11 Apache, Broadcom, Debian and 8 more | 40 Http Server, Brocade Fabric Operating System Firmware, Debian Linux and 37 more | 2026-08-06 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 9.0 CRITICAL |
| A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier. | |||||
| CVE-2022-1353 | 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more | 19 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H300e and 16 more | 2026-08-05 | 3.6 LOW | 7.1 HIGH |
| A vulnerability was found in the pfkey_register function in net/key/af_key.c in the Linux kernel. This flaw allows a local, unprivileged user to gain access to kernel memory, leading to a system crash or a leak of internal kernel information. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3483 | 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp | 19 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Cloud Backup and 16 more | 2026-08-05 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in the Nosy driver in the Linux kernel. This issue allows a device to be inserted twice into a doubly-linked list, leading to a use-after-free when one of these devices is removed. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality, integrity, as well as system availability. Versions before kernel 5.12-rc6 are affected | |||||
| CVE-2026-12996 | 2 Debian, Openvpn | 2 Debian Linux, Openvpn | 2026-08-05 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| A use-after-free in OpenVPN 2.6.0 through 2.6.20 and 2.7_alpha1 through 2.7.4 allows remote authenticated peers to potentially cause a denial of service or leak memory via crafted packets during TLS session promotion or expiry | |||||
| CVE-2021-41864 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more | 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 21 more | 2026-08-05 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
| prealloc_elems_and_freelist in kernel/bpf/stackmap.c in the Linux kernel before 5.14.12 allows unprivileged users to trigger an eBPF multiplication integer overflow with a resultant out-of-bounds write. | |||||
| CVE-2021-44733 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 20 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 17 more | 2026-08-05 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| A use-after-free exists in drivers/tee/tee_shm.c in the TEE subsystem in the Linux kernel through 5.15.11. This occurs because of a race condition in tee_shm_get_from_id during an attempt to free a shared memory object. | |||||
| CVE-2025-37790 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-08-04 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: mctp: Set SOCK_RCU_FREE Bind lookup runs under RCU, so ensure that a socket doesn't go away in the middle of a lookup. | |||||
