| CVE-2019-17595 | 2 Invisible-island, Opensuse | 2 Ncurses, Leap | 2026-10-14 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 5.4 MEDIUM |
| There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the fmt_entry function in tinfo/comp_hash.c in the terminfo library in ncurses before 6.1-20191012. | |||||
| CVE-2019-17594 | 2 Invisible-island, Opensuse | 2 Ncurses, Leap | 2026-10-14 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the _nc_find_entry function in tinfo/comp_hash.c in the terminfo library in ncurses before 6.1-20191012. | |||||
| CVE-2019-17498 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 2 more | 11 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 8 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
| In libssh2 v1.9.0 and earlier versions, the SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT logic in packet.c has an integer overflow in a bounds check, enabling an attacker to specify an arbitrary (out-of-bounds) offset for a subsequent memory read. A crafted SSH server may be able to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition on the client system when a user connects to the server. | |||||
| CVE-2019-16056 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 10 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 7 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| An issue was discovered in Python through 2.7.16, 3.x through 3.5.7, 3.6.x through 3.6.9, and 3.7.x through 3.7.4. The email module wrongly parses email addresses that contain multiple @ characters. An application that uses the email module and implements some kind of checks on the From/To headers of a message could be tricked into accepting an email address that should be denied. An attack may be the same as in CVE-2019-11340; however, this CVE applies to Python more generally. | |||||
| CVE-2019-15847 | 2 Gnu, Opensuse | 2 Gcc, Leap | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The POWER9 backend in GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) before version 10 could optimize multiple calls of the __builtin_darn intrinsic into a single call, thus reducing the entropy of the random number generator. This occurred because a volatile operation was not specified. For example, within a single execution of a program, the output of every __builtin_darn() call may be the same. | |||||
| CVE-2019-13627 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Libgcrypt20 Project and 1 more | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libgcrypt20 and 1 more | 2026-10-14 | 2.6 LOW | 6.3 MEDIUM |
| It was discovered that there was a ECDSA timing attack in the libgcrypt20 cryptographic library. Version affected: 1.8.4-5, 1.7.6-2+deb9u3, and 1.6.3-2+deb8u4. Versions fixed: 1.8.5-2 and 1.6.3-2+deb8u7. | |||||
| CVE-2019-13565 | 7 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 9 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| An issue was discovered in OpenLDAP 2.x before 2.4.48. When using SASL authentication and session encryption, and relying on the SASL security layers in slapd access controls, it is possible to obtain access that would otherwise be denied via a simple bind for any identity covered in those ACLs. After the first SASL bind is completed, the sasl_ssf value is retained for all new non-SASL connections. Depending on the ACL configuration, this can affect different types of operations (searches, modifications, etc.). In other words, a successful authorization step completed by one user affects the authorization requirement for a different user. | |||||
| CVE-2019-13057 | 7 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 9 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-14 | 3.5 LOW | 4.9 MEDIUM |
| An issue was discovered in the server in OpenLDAP before 2.4.48. When the server administrator delegates rootDN (database admin) privileges for certain databases but wants to maintain isolation (e.g., for multi-tenant deployments), slapd does not properly stop a rootDN from requesting authorization as an identity from another database during a SASL bind or with a proxyAuthz (RFC 4370) control. (It is not a common configuration to deploy a system where the server administrator and a DB administrator enjoy different levels of trust.) | |||||
| CVE-2019-12904 | 2 Gnupg, Opensuse | 2 Libgcrypt, Leap | 2026-10-14 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| In Libgcrypt 1.8.4, the C implementation of AES is vulnerable to a flush-and-reload side-channel attack because physical addresses are available to other processes. (The C implementation is used on platforms where an assembly-language implementation is unavailable.) NOTE: the vendor's position is that the issue report cannot be validated because there is no description of an attack | |||||
| CVE-2019-12900 | 6 Bzip, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 6 Bzip2, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| BZ2_decompress in decompress.c in bzip2 through 1.0.6 has an out-of-bounds write when there are many selectors. | |||||
| CVE-2019-10160 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 15 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 12 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| A security regression of CVE-2019-9636 was discovered in python since commit d537ab0ff9767ef024f26246899728f0116b1ec3 affecting versions 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and from v3.8.0a4 through v3.8.0b1, which still allows an attacker to exploit CVE-2019-9636 by abusing the user and password parts of a URL. When an application parses user-supplied URLs to store cookies, authentication credentials, or other kind of information, it is possible for an attacker to provide specially crafted URLs to make the application locate host-related information (e.g. cookies, authentication data) and send them to a different host than where it should, unlike if the URLs had been correctly parsed. The result of an attack may vary based on the application. | |||||
