CVE-2024-36958 2 Linux, Netapp 15 Linux Kernel, Converged Systems Advisor Agent, H300s and 12 more 2026-08-04 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFSD: Fix nfsd4_encode_fattr4() crasher Ensure that args.acl is initialized early. It is used in an unconditional call to kfree() on the way out of nfsd4_encode_fattr4().
CVE-2021-20322 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 32 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 29 more 2026-07-30 5.8 MEDIUM 7.4 HIGH
A flaw in the processing of received ICMP errors (ICMP fragment needed and ICMP redirect) in the Linux kernel functionality was found to allow the ability to quickly scan open UDP ports. This flaw allows an off-path remote user to effectively bypass the source port UDP randomization. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality and possibly integrity, because software that relies on UDP source port randomization are indirectly affected as well.
CVE-2021-23133 5 Broadcom, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more 24 Brocade Fabric Operating System, Debian Linux, Fedora and 21 more 2026-07-30 6.9 MEDIUM 6.7 MEDIUM
A race condition in Linux kernel SCTP sockets (net/sctp/socket.c) before 5.12-rc8 can lead to kernel privilege escalation from the context of a network service or an unprivileged process. If sctp_destroy_sock is called without sock_net(sk)->sctp.addr_wq_lock then an element is removed from the auto_asconf_splist list without any proper locking. This can be exploited by an attacker with network service privileges to escalate to root or from the context of an unprivileged user directly if a BPF_CGROUP_INET_SOCK_CREATE is attached which denies creation of some SCTP socket.
CVE-2025-24928 2 Netapp, Xmlsoft 16 Active Iq Unified Manager, H300s, H300s Firmware and 13 more 2026-06-17 N/A 7.8 HIGH
libxml2 before 2.12.10 and 2.13.x before 2.13.6 has a stack-based buffer overflow in xmlSnprintfElements in valid.c. To exploit this, DTD validation must occur for an untrusted document or untrusted DTD. NOTE: this is similar to CVE-2017-9047.
CVE-2024-56171 2 Netapp, Xmlsoft 16 Active Iq Unified Manager, H300s, H300s Firmware and 13 more 2026-06-17 N/A 7.8 HIGH
libxml2 before 2.12.10 and 2.13.x before 2.13.6 has a use-after-free in xmlSchemaIDCFillNodeTables and xmlSchemaBubbleIDCNodeTables in xmlschemas.c. To exploit this, a crafted XML document must be validated against an XML schema with certain identity constraints, or a crafted XML schema must be used.
CVE-2024-40896 2 Netapp, Xmlsoft 14 H300s, H300s Firmware, H410c and 11 more 2026-06-17 N/A 9.1 CRITICAL
In libxml2 2.11 before 2.11.9, 2.12 before 2.12.9, and 2.13 before 2.13.3, the SAX parser can produce events for external entities even if custom SAX handlers try to override entity content (by setting "checked"). This makes classic XXE attacks possible.
CVE-2024-33602 3 Debian, Gnu, Netapp 16 Debian Linux, Glibc, Element Software and 13 more 2026-06-17 N/A 7.4 HIGH
nscd: netgroup cache assumes NSS callback uses in-buffer strings The Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) netgroup cache can corrupt memory when the NSS callback does not store all strings in the provided buffer. The flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary.
CVE-2023-38431 2 Linux, Netapp 6 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410s and 3 more 2026-06-17 N/A 9.1 CRITICAL
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.3.8. fs/smb/server/connection.c in ksmbd does not validate the relationship between the NetBIOS header's length field and the SMB header sizes, via pdu_size in ksmbd_conn_handler_loop, leading to an out-of-bounds read.
CVE-2023-38428 2 Linux, Netapp 7 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410s and 4 more 2026-06-17 N/A 9.1 CRITICAL
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.3.4. fs/ksmbd/smb2pdu.c in ksmbd does not properly check the UserName value because it does not consider the address of security buffer, leading to an out-of-bounds read.
CVE-2023-38426 2 Linux, Netapp 7 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410s and 4 more 2026-06-17 N/A 9.1 CRITICAL
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.3.4. ksmbd has an out-of-bounds read in smb2_find_context_vals when create_context's name_len is larger than the tag length.
CVE-2023-2007 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp 13 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H300s and 10 more 2026-06-17 N/A 7.8 HIGH
The specific flaw exists within the DPT I2O Controller driver. The issue results from the lack of proper locking when performing operations on an object. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of the kernel.
CVE-2022-30594 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp 21 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, 8300 and 18 more 2026-06-17 4.4 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
The Linux kernel before 5.17.2 mishandles seccomp permissions. The PTRACE_SEIZE code path allows attackers to bypass intended restrictions on setting the PT_SUSPEND_SECCOMP flag.
CVE-2022-28893 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp 22 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H300e and 19 more 2026-06-17 7.2 HIGH 7.8 HIGH
The SUNRPC subsystem in the Linux kernel through 5.17.2 can call xs_xprt_free before ensuring that sockets are in the intended state.
CVE-2022-28796 4 Fedoraproject, Linux, Netapp and 1 more 24 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager and 21 more 2026-06-17 6.9 MEDIUM 7.0 HIGH
jbd2_journal_wait_updates in fs/jbd2/transaction.c in the Linux kernel before 5.17.1 has a use-after-free caused by a transaction_t race condition.
CVE-2022-21449 4 Azul, Debian, Netapp and 1 more 16 Zulu, Debian Linux, 7-mode Transition Tool and 13 more 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH

A flaw was found in the Linux SCTP stack. A blind attacker may be able to kill an existing SCTP association through invalid chunks if the attacker knows the IP-addresses and port numbers being used and the attacker can send packets with spoofed IP addresses.
CVE-2021-33200 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Netapp 19 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Cloud Backup and 16 more 2026-06-17 7.2 HIGH 7.8 HIGH
kernel/bpf/verifier.c in the Linux kernel through 5.12.7 enforces incorrect limits for pointer arithmetic operations, aka CID-bb01a1bba579. This can be abused to perform out-of-bounds reads and writes in kernel memory, leading to local privilege escalation to root. In particular, there is a corner case where the off reg causes a masking direction change, which then results in an incorrect final aux->alu_limit.
