| CVE-2026-44210 | 1 Katacontainers | 1 Kata Containers | 2026-08-06 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL |
| Kata Containers is an open source project focusing on a standard implementation of lightweight Virtual Machines (VMs) that perform like containers. Versions prior to 3.31.0 ship with a default configuration that allows pod creators to inject arbitrary command-line arguments into the virtiofsd process through the `io.katacontainers.config.hypervisor.virtio_fs_extra_args` pod annotation. By injecting `-o source=/` along with `--no-announce-submounts` and `--sandbox=none`, an attacker can override the virtiofsd shared directory to serve the entire host root filesystem into the guest VM. Combined with the `kernel_params` annotation (also enabled by default) to activate the agent debug console, the attacker can mount the host filesystem from inside the VM and read or write any file on the host, including /etc/shadow. Version 3.31.0 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-50147 | 1 Metabase | 1 Metabase | 2026-07-30 | N/A | 7.6 HIGH |
| Metabase is an open-source business intelligence and embedded analytics tool. From 1.57.0 until 1.57.19.1, 1.58.14.1, 1.59.10, and 1.60.4, an attacker who can configure a Metabase database connection can read arbitrary files from the Metabase server's filesystem by adding unsafe JDBC parameters to a MySQL or MariaDB connection, causing the driver to read files from the Metabase host and expose the contents through queries against the connected database or through validation error messages. This issue is fixed in versions 1.57.19.1, 1.58.14.1, 1.59.10, and 1.60.4. | |||||
| CVE-2026-64624 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-07-29 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| FreeRDP before 3.28.0 treats lines beginning with forward slash in RDP files as raw command-line options, exposing the entire CLI parser surface to untrusted files. Attackers can craft malicious RDP files with /rdp2tcp, /cert:ignore, or /drive options to execute arbitrary commands, bypass certificate validation, or expose local filesystems without user interaction. | |||||
| CVE-2026-34769 | 1 Electronjs | 1 Electron | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH |
| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 38.8.6, 39.8.0, 40.7.0, and 41.0.0-beta.8, an undocumented commandLineSwitches webPreference allowed arbitrary switches to be appended to the renderer process command line. Apps that construct webPreferences by spreading untrusted configuration objects may inadvertently allow an attacker to inject switches that disable renderer sandboxing or web security controls. Apps are only affected if they construct webPreferences from external or untrusted input without an allowlist. Apps that use a fixed, hardcoded webPreferences object are not affected. This issue has been patched in versions 38.8.6, 39.8.0, 40.7.0, and 41.0.0-beta.8. | |||||
| CVE-2026-35033 | 1 Jellyfin | 1 Jellyfin | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| Jellyfin is an open source self hosted media server. Versions prior to 10.11.7 contain an unauthenticated arbitrary file read vulnerability via ffmpeg argument injection through the StreamOptions query parameter parsing mechanism. The ParseStreamOptions method in StreamingHelpers.cs adds any lowercase query parameter to a dictionary without validation, bypassing the RegularExpression attribute on the level controller parameter, and the unsanitized value is concatenated directly into the ffmpeg command line. By injecting a drawtext filter with a textfile argument, an attacker can read arbitrary server files such as /etc/shadow and exfiltrate their contents as text rendered in the video stream response. The vulnerable /Videos/{itemId}/stream endpoint has no Authorize attribute, making this exploitable without authentication, though item GUIDs are pseudorandom and require an authenticated user to obtain. This issue has been fixed in version 10.11.7. | |||||
| CVE-2026-35538 | 1 Roundcube | 1 Webmail | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 3.1 LOW |
| An issue was discovered in Roundcube Webmail before 1.5.14 and 1.6.14. Unsanitized IMAP SEARCH command arguments could lead to IMAP injection or CSRF bypass during mail search. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45181 | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Hex-Rays IDA Pro 9.2 and 9.3 before 9.3sp2 does not block Clang dependency-file generation (via argument injection), which allows attackers to place their code into a plugins directory if the victim uses an attacker-supplied .i64 file. | |||||
| CVE-2026-42601 | 1 Archivebox | 1 Archivebox | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| ArchiveBox is an open source self-hosted web archiving system. In versions 0.8.6rc0 and prior, the /add/ endpoint (AddView in core/views.py) accepts a config JSON field that gets merged into the crawl config without validation. This config is exported as environment variables when archive plugins run, allowing injection of arbitrary tool arguments to achieve RCE. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches. | |||||
| CVE-2026-44450 | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Lumiverse is a full-featured AI chat application. Prior to 0.9.7, the MCP server creation endpoint validates the command field against an allowlist of binary names but forwards the args array to the child process without any validation. Every binary on the allowlist accepts an inline-code execution flag (-e for node/bun, -c for python3/deno), giving any logged-in user arbitrary OS-level code execution on the Lumiverse server. The route requires only requireAuth (not requireOwner). The server binds on all interfaces (::) and the host-header rebinding check is bypassed trivially by any HTTP client that sends Host: localhost:<port> directly, making this exploitable from any machine with network access to the server port. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.7. | |||||
| CVE-2026-44449 | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| Lumiverse is a full-featured AI chat application. Prior to 0.9.7, when the primary toSmbPath(fullPath) call throws, the method falls back to a dirname/basename split and only validates the directory prefix. The basename is concatenated directly into the smbclient -c script without validation. smbclient interprets ; as a subcommand separator and !cmd as a local-shell escape that runs cmd on the host. A path whose directory component is clean but whose basename contains "; !<cmd>; echo " achieves arbitrary command execution on the Lumiverse server. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.7. | |||||
| CVE-2026-7865 | 2026-07-24 | N/A | N/A | ||
| A hidden console command is vulnerable to command injection flaw when control characters are passed to its second argument. A third party researcher Eugene Lim had discovered vulnerability in the way console command passes to a popen function call. Attackers with authenticated access to SSH console of Crestron devices may use to run underlying OS commands. | |||||
| CVE-2026-3515 | 2026-07-23 | N/A | 8.5 HIGH | ||
| A vulnerability in the `GitHubRepository` block of the `prefect-github` integration in Prefect version 3.6.18 allows an attacker to inject arbitrary git command-line options via the `reference` field. The `reference` field is concatenated directly into a `git clone` command string without proper sanitization, and then parsed by `shlex.split()`. This enables injection of options such as `-c`, leading to potential Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), credential theft, or remote code execution (RCE). The vulnerability affects both the `aget_directory()` and `get_directory()` methods in `src/integrations/prefect-github/prefect_github/repository.py`. This issue does not affect the GitLab and BitBucket integrations, which use a safer list-based command construction approach. | |||||
| CVE-2026-47114 | 2026-07-23 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| IINA before 1.4.3 contains a user-assisted command execution vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands by supplying malicious mpv_-prefixed query parameters through the iina://open custom URL scheme handler. Attackers can deliver a crafted URL via a browser that passes unvalidated mpv_options/input-commands parameters into the mpv runtime, causing arbitrary command execution as the current macOS user upon approval of the browser protocol prompt without requiring a valid media file. | |||||
| CVE-2026-41013 | 2026-07-22 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| Input validation bypass in SMB volume mount handling in CloudFoundry Foundation diego-release allows low-privileged CF space developer to inject arbitrary kernel CIFS mount options via bypassing the mount-option allowlist, enabling privilege escalation and security control bypass on multi-tenant Diego cells. Affected versions: smb-volume-release: All versions prior to v3.60.0 CF Deployment: All versions prior to v56.0.0 | |||||
| CVE-2026-49373 | 1 Jetbrains | 1 Teamcity | 2026-07-22 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH |
| In JetBrains TeamCity before 2026.1 remote code execution was possible via Perforce connection settings | |||||
| CVE-2026-48116 | 1 Mintplexlabs | 1 Anythingllm | 2026-07-21 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. Prior to 1.13.0, the filesystem-search-files agent skill passes its LLM-controlled pattern parameter to ripgrep as a positional argument without a -- end-of-options separator. ripgrep parses any argument that starts with - as an option, so a pattern of --pre=/bin/sh turns ripgrep into a script executor: it runs /bin/sh <file> for every file it walks. An attacker who can chat with an agent on a deployment with the filesystem plugin enabled (the default in the official Docker image) can use this, together with the sibling filesystem-write-text-file skill, to run arbitrary commands inside the AnythingLLM server container. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.13.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-52891 | 2026-07-17 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. Prior to 9.07, Wekan avatar upload functionality embeds user-supplied filenames into paths later passed to child_process.exec() for MIME-type detection. Because models/avatars.js and models/fileValidation.js used a shell command with the avatar filename, shell metacharacters such as backticks and $() in the filename could execute commands on the server. This issue is fixed in version 9.07. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45068 | 1 Sensiolabs | 1 Symfony | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Symfony is a PHP framework for web and console applications and a set of reusable PHP components. Prior to 5.4.52, 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12, SendmailTransport in -t mode appended recipient addresses to the sendmail command line without a -- end-of-options separator, allowing an address beginning with - to be interpreted as a sendmail command-line option instead of an address. This issue is fixed in versions 5.4.52, 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12. | |||||
| CVE-2026-32304 | 1 Locutus | 1 Locutus | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Locutus brings stdlibs of other programming languages to JavaScript for educational purposes. Prior to 3.0.14, the create_function(args, code) function passes both parameters directly to the Function constructor without any sanitization, allowing arbitrary code execution. This is distinct from CVE-2026-29091 which was call_user_func_array using eval() in v2.x. This finding affects create_function using new Function() in v3.x. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.0.14. | |||||
| CVE-2025-24293 | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| # Active Storage allowed transformation methods potentially unsafe Active Storage attempts to prevent the use of potentially unsafe image transformation methods and parameters by default. The default allowed list contains three methods allow for the circumvention of the safe defaults which enables potential command injection vulnerabilities in cases where arbitrary user supplied input is accepted as valid transformation methods or parameters. Impact ------ This vulnerability impacts applications that use Active Storage with the image_processing processing gem in addition to mini_magick as the image processor. Vulnerable code will look something similar to this: ``` <%= image_tag blob.variant(params[:t] => params[:v]) %> ``` Where the transformation method or its arguments are untrusted arbitrary input. All users running an affected release should either upgrade or use one of the workarounds immediately. Workarounds ----------- Consuming user supplied input for image transformation methods or their parameters is unsupported behavior and should be considered dangerous. Strict validation of user supplied methods and parameters should be performed as well as having a strong [ImageMagick security policy](https://imagemagick.org/script/security-policy.php) deployed.
