| CVE-2026-115911 | 1 Vllm | 1 Vllm | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.19.0 until 0.32.0, authenticated callers can supply a request chat template when no server-side --chat-template is configured, or a malicious model repository can provide a template that is compiled and rendered by tokenizer.apply_chat_template() without a wall-clock timeout, output-size limit, or iteration bound. Rendering runs in a ThreadPoolExecutor with one worker by default, so a nonterminating render can block /v1/responses and other chat-template users after the request ends, while an output-expanding render can exhaust server memory. Harmony models are not affected because they do not use this Jinja path. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-115580 | 2026-10-29 | N/A | N/A | ||
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.2, an attacker can craft a PDF with a standard cross-reference table whose declared entry count exceeds what the file can contain, causing excessive processing and long runtimes when the file is opened. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40347 | 1 Fastapiexpert | 1 Python-multipart | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Versions prior to 0.0.26 have a denial of service vulnerability when parsing crafted `multipart/form-data` requests with large preamble or epilogue sections. Upgrade to version 0.0.26 or later, which skips ahead to the next boundary candidate when processing leading CR/LF data and immediately discards epilogue data after the closing boundary. | |||||
| CVE-2026-71852 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.15.0, a crafted PDF can cause long runtimes and large memory consumption when pypdf/_font.py function Font._collect_cid_character_widths expands unusually large CID font /W width ranges or excessive width entries during text extraction. This issue is fixed in 6.15.0. | |||||

| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-31, a crafted XMP profile can trigger excessive work while the parser determines a rational value's numerator and denominator, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2-31. | |||||
| CVE-2026-90798 | 2026-10-20 | N/A | N/A | ||
| A missing circuit-breaker in the replicator in Apache CouchDB 3.5.2 and below on all platforms allows the owner of a replication source or target to cause a denial of service via creating an infinite HTTP redirect loop. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.3, which fixes this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-110596 | 2026-10-20 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| quirc through 1.2 contains an excessive-iteration vulnerability in find_alignment_pattern() in lib/identify.c that allows attackers to hang quirc_end() with a crafted image. Attackers can arrange three finder patterns producing a near-degenerate perspective transform, causing billions of region_code() iterations that exhaust CPU in applications decoding attacker-supplied QR images. | |||||
| CVE-2025-55181 | 1 Facebook | 1 Proxygen | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| Sending an HTTP request/response body with greater than 2^31 bytes triggers an infinite loop in proxygen::coro::HTTPQuicCoroSession which blocks the backing event loop and unconditionally appends data to a std::vector per-loop iteration. This issue leads to unbounded memory growth and eventually causes the process to run out of memory. | |||||
| CVE-2023-3817 | 1 Openssl | 1 Openssl | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| Issue summary: Checking excessively long DH keys or parameters may be very slow. Impact summary: Applications that use the functions DH_check(), DH_check_ex() or EVP_PKEY_param_check() to check a DH key or DH parameters may experience long delays. Where the key or parameters that are being checked have been obtained from an untrusted source this may lead to a Denial of Service. The function DH_check() performs various checks on DH parameters. After fixing CVE-2023-3446 it was discovered that a large q parameter value can also trigger an overly long computation during some of these checks. A correct q value, if present, cannot be larger than the modulus p parameter, thus it is unnecessary to perform these checks if q is larger than p. An application that calls DH_check() and supplies a key or parameters obtained from an untrusted source could be vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack. The function DH_check() is itself called by a number of other OpenSSL functions. An application calling any of those other functions may similarly be affected. The other functions affected by this are DH_check_ex() and EVP_PKEY_param_check(). Also vulnerable are the OpenSSL dhparam and pkeyparam command line applications when using the "-check" option. The OpenSSL SSL/TLS implementation is not affected by this issue. The OpenSSL 3.0 and 3.1 FIPS providers are not affected by this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48156 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.12.0, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes. This requires cross-reference streams with /W [0 0 0] values and large /Size values. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.12.0. | |||||
| CVE-2025-62707 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to version 6.1.3, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This requires parsing the content stream of a page which has an inline image using the DCTDecode filter. This has been fixed in pypdf version 6.1.3. | |||||
| CVE-2025-67726 | 1 Tornadoweb | 1 Tornado | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Versions 6.5.2 and below use an inefficient algorithm when parsing parameters for HTTP header values, potentially causing a DoS. The _parseparam function in httputil.py is used to parse specific HTTP header values, such as those in multipart/form-data and repeatedly calls string.count() within a nested loop while processing quoted semicolons. If an attacker sends a request with a large number of maliciously crafted parameters in a Content-Disposition header, the server's CPU usage increases quadratically (O(n²)) during parsing. Due to Tornado's single event loop architecture, a single malicious request can cause the entire server to become unresponsive for an extended period. This issue is fixed in version 6.5.3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-84311 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-05 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.16.1, an attacker can craft a PDF that causes pypdf/_page.py PageObject._extract_text and PageObject.extract_xform_text to traverse a directed acyclic graph of reused form XObjects in which each form invokes a child multiple times, creating exponentially many traversal paths and causing long runtimes and large memory consumption. This issue is fixed in version 6.16.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-84310 | 1 Pypdf Project | 1 Pypdf | 2026-10-05 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.16.1, an attacker can craft a PDF that causes pypdf/_doc_common.py _get_outline to consume long runtimes and large amounts of memory when retrieving document outlines with large numbers of entries or deeply nested reused paths because the traversal lacked global entry-count and nesting-depth limits. This issue is fixed in version 6.16.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-91137 | 2026-10-02 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Improper validation of specified quantity in input, Allocation of resources without limits or throttling, Excessive Iteration vulnerability in Apache Thrift PHP bindings. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-81872 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| OpenTelemetry-Go is the Go implementation of OpenTelemetry. Prior to version 0.21.0, the go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk/log BatchingProcessor can enter a tight CPU loop when attacker-driven log emission fills its asynchronous export buffer while the exporter is backpressured. NewBatchingProcessor wraps the exporter with newBufferExporter(exporter, 1), and the poll loop calls queue.TryDequeue and bufferExporter.EnqueueExport before immediately signaling pollTrigger whenever the queue remains at or above batchSize. Because a failed nonblocking EnqueueExport leaves the queue length unchanged, the processor repeatedly retries without waiting for its ticker, exhausting CPU and degrading or denying service in the embedding process. This issue is fixed in version 0.21.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53493 | 2026-09-28 | N/A | N/A | ||
| containerd is an open-source container runtime. Prior to versions 1.7.36, 2.0.13, 2.2.9, 2.3.6, and 2.4.1, a crafted OCI index graph can force very high CPU/memory usage during PullImage (before container start), causing long ContainerCreating stalls and, at larger sizes, node/runtime instability. Versions 1.7.36, 2.0.13, 2.2.9, 2.3.6, and 2.4.1 fix the issue. | |||||
