CVE-2026-5241 1 Huggingface 1 Transformers 2026-08-28 N/A 9.6 CRITICAL
A vulnerability in the LightGlue model loading path of huggingface/transformers version 5.2.0 allows an attacker-controlled model repository to execute arbitrary code during model initialization. The issue arises because the `trust_remote_code` parameter, intended to prevent remote code execution, is overridden by untrusted serialized configuration data in a nested code path. Specifically, when loading a LightGlue model using `AutoModel.from_pretrained()` with `trust_remote_code=False`, the `LightGlueConfig` reads the `trust_remote_code` value from the untrusted `config.json` file and propagates it into nested `AutoConfig.from_pretrained()` calls. This results in the execution of attacker-provided Python modules, even when the victim explicitly disables remote code execution. The vulnerability poses a high risk for environments such as API inference servers, research notebooks, CI/CD pipelines, and model evaluation workers, potentially leading to credential theft, lateral movement, or persistence/backdoor deployment.
CVE-2026-71471 2026-08-27 N/A 9.0 CRITICAL
A flaw was found in acm-search-v2-rhel9. An attacker with administrative privileges on the hub cluster, specifically with patch access to the Search Custom Resource (CR), could exploit a vulnerability in the `Collector.ImageOverride` field. This allows the attacker to deploy an arbitrary container image across all managed clusters. The consequence is remote code execution (RCE), enabling the attacker to execute commands and potentially access sensitive information across the entire fleet of managed clusters.
CVE-2026-66902 2026-08-26 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
Google::Auth versions before 0.06 for Perl run a command named in an external_account credentials JSON via an ungated system call. The Pluggable subclass reads credential_source.executable.command from the credentials JSON and runs it as `system($command)`, a single argument call that passes the whole string to /bin/sh -c. The executable's environment_variables map from the same JSON is copied into %ENV first. No opt-in gate guards the call. make_creds selects the Pluggable subclass whenever credential_source.executable is present, so the path is reached from the standard Application Default Credentials flow, including a "type": "external_account" configuration read from the file named by GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS. Configurations without credential_source.executable do not select this subclass and do not reach the call. Any caller that builds credentials from a configuration it does not fully control runs the embedded command with the privileges of the application process.

OpenStack Ironic before 35.0.1 allows ipmitool execution in a non-default configuration that has a console interface.
CVE-2026-73367 2026-08-20 N/A 7.2 HIGH
Unauthenticated Remote File Inclusion in Easy Google Maps < 1.14.2 versions.
CVE-2026-66843 1 Rrrene 1 Htmlsanitizeex 2026-08-19 N/A 6.1 MEDIUM
Inclusion of Functionality from Untrusted Control Sphere vulnerability in the HTML5 scrubber in rrrene html_sanitize_ex allows a remote attacker to load a document of their choosing into a trusted page via the data attribute of an <object> element in sanitized HTML. object is the one URI-bearing element in lib/html_sanitize_ex/scrubber/html5.ex never registered through allow_tag_with_uri_attributes/3, and its only guard is a prefix match on lowercase "javascript:", so mixed-case variants, data: URIs, protocol-relative URLs and same-origin paths all survive. This is not unconditional cross-site scripting. A javascript: URL does not execute through <object data> in current browsers, data: documents load in an opaque origin, and host-origin script execution additionally requires the application to serve attacker-controlled content from a same-origin path. This issue affects html_sanitize_ex: from 0.3.1 before 1.4.5 and from 1.5.0-rc.0 before 1.5.3.
CVE-2026-73073 2026-08-18 N/A N/A
Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to 9.2.0845, StructMembers() in runtime/autoload/ccomplete.vim constructs and executes a vimgrep command using an insufficiently escaped typeref: or typename: value from a tags file, allowing an unterminated collection followed by a command separator to execute arbitrary Ex and operating-system commands when a user invokes C omni-completion with CTRL-X CTRL-O on a member access whose type is resolved from that tags file. This issue is fixed in version 9.2.0845.
CVE-2026-19884 2026-08-18 N/A N/A
In Eclipse Theia versions up to and including 1.69.0, opening a folder starts source control integration without requiring the user to trust the folder first. This affects applications built on Theia that include the git integration, such as the Theia IDE. Both Theia's own `@theia/git` extension and the builtin VS Code `git` extension run git commands such as `git status` as soon as a repository is detected. Since git honors repository-local configuration, a folder containing an attacker-controlled `.git/config` with `core.fsmonitor` (or a comparable hook-like setting) causes the configured command to be executed. The configuration can be delivered by burying a bare repository inside a regular repository (OVE-20210718-0001), so cloning an attacker-supplied repository and opening it in a Theia-based application is sufficient to execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the user, without any confirmation prompt. As of 1.70.0, plugins that declare `capabilities.untrustedWorkspaces.supported: false`, which includes the builtin git extension, are no longer loaded or activated in an untrusted workspace, and the deprecated `@theia/git` extension has been removed, so no git command is executed against an untrusted folder.
CVE-2026-49986 2026-08-17 N/A N/A
The Cortex MCP server (`neuro-cortex-memory`), a cross-platform persistent memory MCP, prior to version 3.17.1 treats the `CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR` environment variable — automatically set by Claude Code to the currently open project directory — as a trusted Cortex developer checkout. When the `open_visualization` tool is invoked, `_find_dev_source()` resolves the user's active project directory as a candidate Cortex source root. The only validation performed by `_is_cortex_root()` is a check for the presence of an `mcp_server/` subdirectory and a `ui/unified-viz.html` file. An attacker who places these two marker files in a malicious repository can cause Cortex to execute an arbitrary `mcp_server/server/visualize_bootstrap.py` from that directory via `subprocess.run([sys.executable, ...])`, achieving code execution with the privileges of the victim's local user process. Version 3.17.1 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-66141 1 Exim 1 Exim 2026-08-17 N/A 7.4 HIGH
Exim before 4.99.5 allows .forward privilege escalation because force_command for a pipe transport is mishandled.
CVE-2026-73851 2026-08-17 N/A N/A
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.34.0, an attacker who controls or tampers with the OpenAPI description consumed by Kiota can supply a file reference that resolves outside the manifest package (e.g. ../../../../etc/passwd, an absolute path, or a file:// / http(s):// URI). When the generated manifest is deployed and consumed by an AI host, this can lead to inclusion or disclosure of files outside the intended package boundary. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.29.1 and 1.34.0.
CVE-2026-59867 2026-08-17 N/A 7.1 HIGH
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.32.5, Kiota resolved OpenAPI $ref values by fetching remote http(s) URLs and reading local absolute or out-of-tree file paths, allowing `kiota generate` on an attacker-controlled or attacker-influenced description to perform build-time SSRF, remote file inclusion, and local file inclusion by inlining external schemas such as REMOTE_KIOTA_PROP or Leaked into generated clients. This issue is fixed in version 1.29.1 and 1.32.5 by AllowedExternalOriginsStreamLoader and the --allowed-external-origins option.
CVE-2026-59865 2026-08-17 N/A N/A
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.32.5, `kiota info` read x-ms-kiota-info.languagesInformation.<language>.dependencyInstallCommand plus dependency name and version values from an OpenAPI description and presented the spec-supplied command as Kiota's recommended install command, allowing an attacker-controlled or compromised description to cause command injection when the suggested command was run manually or through the Kiota VS Code extension's kiota info --json dependency-install flow. This issue is fixed in version 1.29.1 and 1.32.5.
CVE-2026-59864 2026-08-17 N/A N/A
Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.32.5, `kiota plugin add` and `kiota plugin generate` (with `-t APIPlugin`) emitted attacker-controlled static_template.file values from x-ai-adaptive-card and x-ai-capabilities into generated Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams plugin manifests without path validation, allowing ../, absolute, rooted, UNC, Windows drive, or URI paths in response_semantics.static_template.file to cause path traversal or out-of-package file inclusion when the generated plugin was deployed. This issue is fixed in version 1.29.1 and 1.32.5.
CVE-2026-62902 1 Microsoft 4 .net, Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio 2026 and 1 more 2026-08-14 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
Inclusion of functionality from untrusted control sphere in .NET allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
CVE-2021-41841 1 Insyde 1 Insydeh2o 2026-08-11 7.2 HIGH 8.2 HIGH
An issue was discovered in AhciBusDxe in the kernel 5.0 through 5.5 in Insyde InsydeH2O. There is an SMM callout that allows an attacker to access the System Management Mode and execute arbitrary code. This occurs because of Inclusion of Functionality from an Untrusted Control Sphere.
