| CVE-2026-77354 | 2026-10-12 | N/A | N/A | ||
| kin-openapi is a Go project for handling OpenAPI files. From 0.124.0 until 0.142.0, openapi3filter.sliceMapToSlice in openapi3filter/req_resp_decoder.go converts attacker-controlled sparse indexes from a deepObject query parameter into a dense slice by allocating entries from zero through the largest supplied index, after which buildResObj creates another slice of the same length. This allocation occurs before schema validation, so maxItems does not prevent it. An unauthenticated client can send a small query such as param[items][50000000]=x to an endpoint whose deepObject schema contains an array, forcing multi-gigabyte heap allocation and causing an OOM kill or restart loop. Other request-body encodings and styled parameters that do not produce bracketed integer indexes are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 0.142.0. | |||||
| CVE-2025-61600 | 2026-10-12 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Stalwart is a mail and collaboration server. Versions 0.13.3 and below contain an unbounded memory allocation vulnerability in the IMAP protocol parser which allows remote attackers to exhaust server memory, potentially triggering the system's out-of-memory (OOM) killer and causing a denial of service. The CommandParser implementation enforces size limits on its dynamic buffer in most parsing states, but several state handlers omit these validation checks. This issue is fixed in version 0.13.4. A workaround for this issue is to implement rate limiting and connection monitoring at the network level, however this does not provide complete protection. | |||||
| CVE-2026-103005 | 1 Elastic | 1 Elasticsearch | 2026-10-09 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value (CWE-789) in Elasticsearch can lead to denial of service via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). An authenticated user with connector management privileges could cause the cluster to allocate an uncontrolled amount of memory when connector resources with an excessively large `description` field are created and subsequently accessed, exhausting available heap memory and crashing the affected node. | |||||
| CVE-2026-10142 | 1 Dpkp | 1 Kafka-python | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| kafka-python prior to 2.3.2 contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in the protocol parser that allows a malicious broker or machine-in-the-middle attacker to exhaust memory or hang connections by sending a crafted 4-byte frame length value without bounds validation. Attackers can send a specially crafted frame length through the receive_bytes() function to trigger either a multi-gigabyte memory allocation or an uncaught ValueError that leaves the connection in a broken state, causing requests to hang and consumers to stop heartbeating until restart. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102504 | 1 Tonycoz | 1 Imager | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Imager versions before 1.037 for Perl exit the process reading a raw image with an out-of-range raw_datachannels value in i_readraw_wiol. Nothing range-checks raw_datachannels. The line buffer is sized as the image width times the channel count with no overflow check, so a negative or very large count requests an excessive allocation. When it fails, Imager's allocator calls exit(3). Passing an untrusted raw_datachannels value to Imager->read() triggers an uncatchable exit. | |||||
| CVE-2025-61910 | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| The NASA’s Interplanetary Overlay Network (ION) is an implementation of Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN). A BPv7 bundle with a malformed extension block causes uncontrolled memory allocation inside ION-DTN 4.1.3s, leading to receiver thread termination and a Denial-of-Service (DoS). The triggering bundle contains an extension block starting at `0x85070201005bbb0e20b4ea001a000927c0...`. The first byte in the extension block (0x85) indicates a CBOR array of five elements of which the first four are numbers (0x07, 0x02, 0x01, 0x00) but the fifth element is a byte string of length 27 (`0x5bbb0e20b4ea001a000927c0...`). The vulnerability seems to be due to processing the fifth element of the array (i.e., the byte string) as replacing it with a number makes the vulnerability no longer be triggered. While parsing this extension block, ION obtains a very large block length, which in the code in `bei.c`:764) seems to be passed from `blockLength` which is an unsigned int, to a 32 bit signed integer `blkSize`. The unsigned to signed conversion causes `blkSize` to hold the value of -369092043, which is then converted into a 64-bit unsigned value inside `MTAKE(blkSize)`, resulting in an attempt to allocate an unrealistic amount of memory, causing the error. As of time of publication, no known patched versions of BPv7 exist. | |||||
| CVE-2025-11579 | 1 Nwaples | 1 Rardecode | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| github.com/nwaples/rardecode versions <=2.1.1 fail to restrict the dictionary size when reading large RAR dictionary sizes, which allows an attacker to provide a specially crafted RAR file and cause Denial of Service via an Out Of Memory Crash. | |||||
| CVE-2026-105749 | 1 Docling | 1 Docling | 2026-10-08 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.0.0 until 2.131.0, the HTML, JATS, OpenDocument spreadsheet, and BoxNote backends, including docling/backend/html_backend.py, docling/backend/jats_backend.py, and docling/backend/boxnote_backend.py, accept the rowspan and colspan attribute values without an upper bound and execute loops or allocate a table grid proportional to the declared span. A very small document can therefore cause sustained CPU use or multi-gigabyte memory allocation, and the document_timeout setting does not interrupt the single backend conversion call. Export through the TableData.grid property can further materialize the oversized grid. This issue is fixed in 2.131.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-85494 | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Improper handling of length parameter inconsistency, Uncaught exception, Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity, Memory allocation with excessive size value, Initialization of a resource with an insecure default vulnerability in Apache Thrift Python, Ruby, Erlang, Lua, Dart, JavaME, Perl, PHP and D language bindings. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2025-2534 | 1 Ibm | 1 Db2 | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| IBM Db2 11.1.0 through 11.1.4.7, 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.3 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) is vulnerable to a denial of service as the server may crash under certain conditions with a specially crafted query. | |||||
| CVE-2026-106453 | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| yawkat LZ4 Java provides LZ4 compression for Java. Prior to 1.11.2, LZ4DecompressorWithLength uses getDecompressedLength to trust the four-byte decompressed-length header before validating the compressed input, allowing a five-byte attacker-supplied input whose header declares a large output size to request up to approximately 2 GiB and exhaust the JVM heap. Convenience overloads backed by LZ4FastDecompressor or LZ4SafeDecompressor allocate the untrusted size, while overloads that write to a caller-provided destination buffer are not affected because the caller controls the destination size. This issue is fixed in version 1.11.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-96260 | 1 Mattermost | 1 Mattermost Server | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10, 11.10.x <= 11.10.1 fail to enforce a request body size limit during CSRF validation of plugin requests which allows an authenticated user to exhaust server memory and cause a denial of service via a large request body sent to a plugin endpoint.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00775 | |||||
| CVE-2026-106452 | 2026-10-07 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| yawkat LZ4 Java provides LZ4 compression for Java. Prior to 1.11.2, net.jpountz.lz4.LZ4BlockInputStream refill() validates that the compressedLen field in a legacy LZ4Block header is nonnegative but allocates a compressed-input buffer of that attacker-controlled size before reading payload data, allowing a header-only stream to request a near-2 GiB allocation and exhaust the JVM heap. Canonical writers emit raw blocks when compression is not smaller than the original block, but vulnerable readers accept non-canonical oversized compressed blocks. This issue is fixed in version 1.11.2. | |||||
| CVE-2018-25368 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Nord VPN 6.14.31 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to crash the application by submitting an excessively long string in the password field. Attackers can paste a buffer of repeated characters into the password input field to trigger an application crash when attempting to authenticate. | |||||
| CVE-2026-78861 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH | ||
| An issue in Mercusys AC12 V2 allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via a hardcoded 512-bit RSA Private Key | |||||
| CVE-2026-77050 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| An issue was discovered in Django 6.1 before 6.1.2, 6.0 before 6.0.9, and 5.2 before 5.2.18. `django.utils.translation.get_supported_language_variant()` is subject to a potential denial-of-service attack when processing many distinct, very long language codes, which are retained as keys in an in-memory cache and consume process memory. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.1.x, 5.0.x, and 4.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank Gleb Lizunov for reporting this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-93323 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The Dockerfile frontend loaded the Dockerfile and .dockerignore files of a build context into memory without a size limit. A build context containing an oversized file could make buildkitd allocate memory proportional to that file, potentially exhausting memory and terminating the daemon, which interrupts other builds on the same instance. Fixed by rejecting such files above 16 MiB. | |||||
| CVE-2026-42528 | 1 Apache | 1 Http Server | 2026-10-06 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| A memory calculation bug in mod_dav in Apache httpd 2.4.67 and earlier allows an attacker with permission to create WebDAV locks to crash server child processes. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.69, which fixes this issue | |||||
| CVE-2026-102731 | 2026-10-05 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Memory allocation with excessive size value vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API. A malicious peer (or a MITM) can send a small BER-encoded response causing a large memory allocation before any data is received. This can lead to an OutOfMemoryError and denial of service. The client JVM OOMs (OutOfMemoryError bypasses the DecoderException handlers) or pins the large allocation per connection while the attacker stalls. A handful of connections exhausts any heap. The same bytes from an unauthenticated pre-bind client hit any embedding server that did not set MAX_PDU_SIZE_ATTR. This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 1.2.0 before 1.2.9. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.2.9, which fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-92550 | 1 Apache | 1 Qpid Broker-j | 2026-10-05 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| A pre-authentication attacker could leverage type size/count handling to cause excessive allocation leading to potential denial of service. This issue affects Apache Qpid Broker-J: through 10.1.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 10.1.1, which fixes the issue. | |||||
