| CVE-2026-106559 | 1 Linuxfoundation | 2 Backstage, Backstage\/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-confluence-to-markdown | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 6.3 MEDIUM |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.3.25, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend-module-confluence-to-markdown package is affected by improper input validation in confluence to markdown scaffolder module. Insufficient input validation in the Confluence to Markdown scaffolder module could allow an attacker to influence file write operations during template execution. Exploitation requires a Backstage user to run a template that processes attacker-influenced Confluence content. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.25. | |||||
| CVE-2025-65799 | 1 Usememos | 1 Memos | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| A lack of file name validation or verification in the Attachment service of usememos memos v0.25.2 allows attackers to execute a path traversal. | |||||
| CVE-2026-57155 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| OPNsense is a FreeBSD based firewall and routing platform. Prior to version 26.1.11, the Firewall Alias GeoIP importer's process_zip() and process_gzip() paths in src/opnsense/scripts/filter/lib/alias/geoip.py use an unvalidated CSV country_code value to construct output filenames below /usr/local/share/GeoIP/alias. A user with Firewall Alias Edit privilege can configure an attacker-controlled GeoIP source URL and supply an archive whose country code traverses into another existing directory, causing attacker-controlled content to be written as root with an -IPv4 or -IPv6 suffix. A crafted newsyslog fragment and oversized log file can use the default hourly root cron job to execute commands as root, resulting in complete firewall compromise. This issue is fixed in version 26.1.11. | |||||
| CVE-2026-63343 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.3.0, a malicious image containing a `metadata.yaml` symlink pointing to an arbitrary host path allows an authenticated Incus user to read or overwrite any file on the host as root via the instance metadata API. The `exec-output` and `templates/` paths were patched in a prior release using `Lstat` rejection and `os.OpenRoot` confinement; `metadata.yaml` was not included in either patch and remains exploitable. Version 7.3.0 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48752 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.2.0, a specially crafted image or instance backup can be used to read or create/write arbitrary files on the host; possibly leading to arbitrary command execution. Version 7.2.0 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48753 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.1.0, the S3 protocol upload endpoint is vulnerable to path traversal and allows creation of arbitrary files on the host. This behavior could lead to arbitrary command execution. Version 7.1.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48749 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.2.0, a specially crafted image can be used to read or create/write arbitrary files on the host; possibly leading to arbitrary command execution. Version 7.2.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48750 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.2.0, the `record-output` parameter of the `/instances/$name/exec` endpoint stores the output of the command in the `exec-output` directory of the instance. If `exec-output` is a symlink, file named `exec_UUID.stdout` and `exec_UUID.stderr` can be written to an arbitrary location where the `.stdout` file will contain arbitrary content. This behavior can be abused for arbitrary command execution. Version 7.2.0 contains a patch. | |||||
| CVE-2026-92153 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH | ||
| F´ (F Prime) is a framework that enables development and deployment of spaceflight and other embedded software applications. Prior to 4.3.0, Svc::FileUplink handling of Fw::FilePacket::StartPacket destination paths FileUplink copies the packet-controlled destinationPath and opens it for writing without canonicalization or confinement to an upload directory. When a peer able to send file-uplink packets supplies an absolute, traversing, or otherwise attacker-selected writable destination path, files can be created or overwritten at attacker-selected writable filesystem locations, affecting integrity and potentially availability. This issue is fixed in version 4.3.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-93695 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH | ||
| In Progress ShareFile Storage Zones Controller v5.12.6 and below, FileCopyService uses a remote file identifier when constructing a local temporary file path without enforcing containment. This can cause FileCopyService to write attacker-controlled content to filesystem locations writable by the service account. This can result in remote code execution when an executable IIS-served directory is writable. | |||||
| CVE-2026-105865 | 1 Payloadcms | 1 Payload | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions before 3.90.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.34, an authenticated user who can update or delete uploads stored locally can cause file cleanup to remove unintended files outside the configured upload directory, resulting in data loss or service disruption. Deployments that restrict upload management to trusted users are less exposed. This issue is fixed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34. | |||||
| CVE-2025-65473 | 1 Easyimages2.0 Project | 1 Easyimages2.0 | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| An arbitrary file rename vulnerability in the /admin/filer.php component of EasyImages 2.0 v2.8.6 and below allows attackers with Administrator privileges to execute arbitrary code via injecting a crafted payload into an uploaded file name. | |||||
| CVE-2026-48920 | 1 Jenkins | 1 Email Extension | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| Jenkins Email Extension Plugin 1933.v45cec755423f and earlier allows inlining images as `base64` in email content by setting the `data-inline` attribute, without restrictions on the image URLs that can be inlined, allowing attackers able to control the email content to specify `file:` URLs for images to read arbitrary files from the Jenkins controller filesystem. | |||||
| CVE-2026-87685 | 1 Broadcom | 1 Fabric Operating System | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 6.8 MEDIUM |
| An arbitrary file manipulation vulnerability exists in the WebTools management interface of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. When processing configuration transfer requests, the application fails to properly validate and sanitize a user-supplied status file path parameter. An authenticated administrative user can exploit this issue by submitting a specially crafted status file parameter, causing the underlying process to move an arbitrary system file to a predictable, world-readable temporary directory. This can lead to persistent Denial of Service (DoS), critical system file destruction, host compromise, or sensitive data leakage. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54134 | 2026-10-14 | N/A | N/A | ||
| OctoPrint provides a web interface for controlling consumer 3D printers. Prior to 1.11.8 and 2.0.0rc3, OctoPrint's custom Tornado upload handler and Flask with Werkzeug parse request parameters differently, allowing an attacker with FILE_UPLOAD permission to inject reserved internal upload fields through query parameters or parser differentials despite the earlier GHSA-m9jh-jf9h-x3h2 fix. The affected endpoints are /api/files/{local|sdcard}, /api/languages, /plugin/backup/restore, and /plugin/pluginmanager/upload_file. An attacker can make OctoPrint treat an arbitrary host file as a temporary upload, move it into a downloadable upload directory, disclose configuration secrets or other readable files, and remove runtime files in a way that can affect a later restart. This issue is fixed in versions 1.11.8 and 2.0.0rc3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-107594 | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| The File Upload to Order WordPress plugin before 1.1.4 does not validate or confine a file path taken from attacker-controlled session data before deleting the file, and the action that performs the deletion is reachable by unauthenticated users, allowing them to delete arbitrary files on the server, including files whose removal leads to full site compromise. | |||||
| CVE-2026-106042 | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| An External Control of File Name or Path vulnerability in Ivanti Xtraction before version 2026.4 allows a remote authenticated attacker to redirect application-generated requests to an attacker-controlled endpoint and obtain EPMM connector credentials transmitted by the application. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53580 | 1 Triliumnotes | 1 Trilium | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions prior to 0.104.0, the automatic image-download feature accepts file:// URLs in a note's img tags and reads the referenced local file with no path validation, allowing any authenticated user to disclose arbitrary files readable by the Trilium process. When a text note is saved, Trilium scans its HTML for image sources and downloads each external one; because the HTML sanitizer keeps file as an allowed scheme, a source such as file:///etc/passwd is passed straight to a filesystem read and its contents are stored as a note attachment the user can then retrieve. Pointing the same primitive at an unbounded source such as /dev/zero causes uncontrolled memory allocation that crashes the server process. The feature is enabled by default and is reachable through the web UI, the ETAPI, the web clipper, and note imports, requiring only an authenticated session or an ETAPI token. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0 | |||||
| CVE-2026-109601 | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Frappe Framework before 15.117.0 and 16.x before 16.30.0 contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability in the handling of attributes in outgoing email HTML. Attackers who can supply outgoing email content can set an attribute value referencing a local file path to expose sensitive server files. | |||||
| CVE-2026-62385 | 1 Nltk | 1 Nltk | 2026-10-14 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| NLTK versions before 3.10.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability in FramenetCorpusReader and NKJPCorpusReader that allows attackers to parse XML files outside the corpus root by supplying unsafe selectors or poisoned index state. Attackers can exploit frame_by_name, doc, lu, and header methods with crafted parameters to read arbitrary XML files accessible to the application. | |||||
