| CVE-2026-14551 | 2026-07-22 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| The servereye client (also known as sensorhub, technically ClientAgentContainerService) versions 20.15 and earlier are vulnerable to Local Privilege Escalation. The high-privileged service SE3Recovery (EmergencyRecoveryService.exe), running as SYSTEM, periodically monitors the directory %ProgramData%\ServerEye3\update\ for a trigger file named "update_available". Due to insufficient access restrictions on this directory, a local standard user can create the trigger file and provide a path to a directory containing malicious JSON instructions. The service subsequently executes the utility UpdaterAction.exe with SYSTEM privileges, which parses the instructions and performs an unvalidated file copy from a user-controlled source to a protected system destination (e.g., overwriting a service binary). This leads to full system compromise as the service automatically restarts the overwritten binary with SYSTEM privileges. | |||||
| CVE-2026-50462 | 1 Microsoft | 12 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 9 more | 2026-07-22 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| External control of file name or path in Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45139 | 2026-07-21 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| CI4MS is a CodeIgniter 4-based content management system skeleton. Prior to version 0.31.9.0, the Fileeditor module enforces an extension allowlist (`['css','js','html','txt','json','sql','md']`) on content-write operations (`saveFile`, `createFile`), but two destructive endpoints — `deleteFileOrFolder` and `renameFile` — never validate the extension of the *source* path. A backend user with file-editor permissions can therefore unlink or rename any file inside the project root that is not explicitly listed in the small `$hiddenItems` blocklist. Critical framework files such as `app/Config/Routes.php`, `app/Config/App.php`, `app/Config/Database.php`, `app/Config/Filters.php`, `public/index.php`, and `public/.htaccess` all live outside that blocklist and can be destroyed, producing a persistent denial of service that requires filesystem-level redeployment to recover. Version 0.31.9.0 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-41412 | 2026-07-21 | N/A | 4.9 MEDIUM | ||
| alf.io is an open source ticket reservation system for conferences, trade shows, workshops, and meetups. Prior to version 2.0-M5-2606, the alf.io extension sandbox injects a fully-functional HTTP client (`simpleHttpClient`) into every extension script's scope. The `postFileAndSaveResponse()` method accepts an arbitrary filesystem path as its `file` parameter and reads the file contents using `new FileInputStream(file)` with no path validation, directory restriction, or allowlist. A malicious extension script can read any file accessible to the JVM process user and exfiltrate it to an attacker-controlled server via HTTP POST. Version 2.0-M5-2606 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-9559 | 2026-07-21 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| A path traversal vulnerability exists in the campaign import feature of Mautic 7. When extracting uploaded ZIP files during campaign imports, a flaw in the validation logic allows file paths to escape the intended temporary directories. An authenticated user with campaign import privileges (campaign:imports:create) can write arbitrary PHP files to sensitive system directories. An attacker can exploit this to overwrite critical internal configuration or cache components, resulting in Remote Code Execution (RCE) under the context of the web server user. | |||||
| CVE-2026-3602 | 1 Ibm | 3 App Connect Enterprise, Integration Bus, Z\/os | 2026-07-20 | N/A | 4.7 MEDIUM |
| IBM App Connect Enterprise 13.0.1.0 through 13.0.7.2, and 12.0.1.0 through 12.0.12.26 and IBM Integration Bus for z/OS 10.1.0.0 through 10.1.0.7 is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could socially engineer a user into accidentally creating files they may not be aware of. | |||||
| CVE-2026-46336 | 2026-07-18 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH | ||
| Manyfold is an open source, self-hosted web application for managing a collection of 3d models, particularly focused on 3d printing. From 0.96.0 until 0.140.0, authenticated users can rename uploaded files with path traversal sequences because app/models/model_file.rb uses the user-controlled filename in File.join(model.path, filename) without sufficient sanitization, allowing files to be moved or written outside the configured library directory. This issue is fixed in version 0.140.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-44019 | 2026-07-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| Docling Core defines core data types and transformations for the document processing application Docling. In versions 2.5.0 and above, prior to 2.74.1, docling-core could allow local file:// image references and accepted inline data: content without a decoded-size limit. In applications that accept untrusted image references, this may allow access to local files readable by the process or excessive memory use from large inline payloads. This issue has been fixed in version 2.74.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-9587 | 2026-07-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| An authenticated local file inclusion vulnerability exists in Sangoma Switchvox SMB Edition 8.3 (104997). The play_file functionality accepts user-controlled input through the sound_path parameter and fails to properly validate file paths before accessing the underlying filesystem. By supplying absolute paths, an authenticated attacker can retrieve files outside the intended directory scope. | |||||
| CVE-2026-15921 | 2026-07-16 | N/A | 3.1 LOW | ||
| Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.32.1 through 0.40.5, `nvm ls-remote` (and other commands that refresh remote LTS aliases, such as `nvm install --lts`) parse the node.js mirror's `index.tab` and use each release's LTS codename field as an alias filename without validating it. A malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middled mirror can return an LTS codename containing path-traversal sequences such as `../../../.bashrc`, causing nvm to write the associated version string to a path outside `$NVM_DIR/alias`. With the default layout (`$NVM_DIR` is `~/.nvm`), this can create or overwrite files in the user's home directory, including shell startup files, which can lead to code execution in a later shell session. Exploitation requires the victim to use a hostile mirror -- via a compromised mirror or CDN, a network man-in-the-middle, or a maliciously configured `NVM_NODEJS_ORG_MIRROR`/`NVM_IOJS_ORG_MIRROR` -- and to run an affected command. Version 0.40.6 validates remote LTS codenames as safe alias filenames and rejects `..` path components when writing alias files. | |||||
| CVE-2026-12979 | 2026-07-16 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| The FunnelKit WordPress plugin before 3.15.0.6 does not validate a user-supplied path before deleting a file during a template-import operation, allowing users with administrator privileges to delete arbitrary .json files outside the intended directory through path traversal, which can disable other FunnelKit WordPress plugin before 3.15.0.6 or (denial of service). | |||||
| CVE-2026-53449 | 1 Coturn Project | 1 Coturn | 2026-07-16 | N/A | 6.0 MEDIUM |
| Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server. Prior to 4.13.0, the psd print sessions dump CLI command in coturn takes a filename argument and directly passes it to fopen with no path validation. An authenticated admin with CLI access can overwrite arbitrary files writable by the coturn process because the command string is used as-is after stripping the psd prefix and leading spaces, allowing truncation and overwrite with session dump data. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-15736 | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 8.3 HIGH | ||
| Snowflake SQLAlchemy versions prior to 1.11.0 contain several security vulnerabilities, including: Improper handling of user-supplied column identifiers in merge operations could allow SQL injection through attacker-controlled input keys. An attacker may be able to exploit this through request field names in a dynamic upsert endpoint, potentially enabling read access to data visible to the application's database role or modification of values within the same MERGE statement. Improper literal rendering of bound parameters when building certain Snowflake-specific table creation queries could allow SQL injection. An attacker may be able to exploit this by supplying a crafted string to any application endpoint that passes user-controlled data through the affected query-building API, potentially causing arbitrary data exfiltration within the scope of the connection role. Improper forwarding of connection configuration parameters could allow an attacker to cause the library to read arbitrary local files and transmit their contents to an attacker-controlled endpoint. An attacker may be able to exploit this in deployment environments that accept user-controlled connection parameters, potentially exposing sensitive files accessible to the application process. The fix is available in Snowflake SQLAlchemy version 1.11.0. Users must manually upgrade. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61873 | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| Grav before 9.1.8 contains an arbitrary file write vulnerability in the Form plugin's process.save.filename parameter, which is validated against path traversal before Twig processing but never re-validated after rendering. Attackers can submit form data containing path traversal sequences that are processed through Twig templates, allowing them to write arbitrary files including PHP webshells to the web root or other sensitive directories. | |||||
| CVE-2026-8920 | 2026-07-15 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Improper Restriction of Communication Channel to Intended Endpoints and External Control of File Name or Path in Aura Wallpaper Service allow a local user to perform file operations by sending crafted commands containing an arbitrary file path and bypassing the service’s path restrictions . On specific models , this can also cause a single feature to become unavailable . Refer to the ' Security Update for Aura Wallpaper Service ' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. | |||||
