| CVE-2025-29864 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Protection Mechanism Failure vulnerability in ESTsoft ALZip on Windows allows SmartScreen bypass.This issue affects ALZip: from 12.01 before 12.29. | |||||
| CVE-2025-66479 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Anthropic Sandbox Runtime is a lightweight sandboxing tool for enforcing filesystem and network restrictions on arbitrary processes at the OS level, without requiring a container. Prior to 0.0.16, due to a bug in sandboxing logic, sandbox-runtime did not properly enforce a network sandbox if the sandbox policy did not configure any allowed domains. This could allow sandboxed code to make network requests outside of the sandbox. A patch for this was released in v0.0.16. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55376 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| Heym builds and runs agentic systems and business-process automations on self-hosted infrastructure. Prior to 0.0.40, an authenticated user who can create or edit a workflow with an Agent custom Python tool can bypass the blacklist-based sandbox in backend/app/services/python_tool_executor.py because allowed standard-library modules expose operating-system, process, and filesystem capabilities through public attributes that pass _safe_import() and _validate_code_safety(). The runner then executes the supplied tool with exec(), permitting commands and file operations as the backend application user; self-registration affects reachability, but portal triggering alone does not grant code control. This issue is fixed in 0.0.40. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102734 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| asteval is a Python expression evaluator designed for restricted execution. Prior to 1.0.9, in asteval/astutils.py, the default Interpreter with numpy enabled exposes a ctypes type and permits from_address memory access. safe_getattr blocks the ctypes module but not reachable ctypes type objects, while attribute assignments use unfiltered setattr instead of safe_setattr. An attacker-controlled expression can derive an address with id, read memory through from_address, and write through an attribute assignment. The expression can read or corrupt arbitrary process memory, escape the intended sandbox, execute code, disclose secrets, or crash the host process. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.9. | |||||
| CVE-2026-104774 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 5.8 MEDIUM | ||
| OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, the t:jsDecode transformation in internal/transformations/js_decode.go:64-70 includes the backslash in the octal buffer, causing ParseInt to fail and return a null byte. The flaw is triggered when a rule relies on t:jsDecode and the request contains JavaScript octal escape sequences. An unauthenticated attacker can encode attack syntax with JavaScript octal escapes so the backend decodes the intended bytes while Coraza rules using t:jsDecode inspect corrupted null-byte output. The mismatch can bypass WAF rules and expose the protected application to attacks such as cross-site scripting or SQL injection. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-41508 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 5.8 MEDIUM | ||
| OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.4.0 until 3.8.0, the multipart processor in internal/bodyprocessors/multipart.go treats io.ErrUnexpectedEOF as nonfatal without setting MULTIPART_STRICT_ERROR. A remote attacker can submit a truncated multipart body that produces io.ErrUnexpectedEOF, causing parsing to stop without raising the strict-error signal used by the recommended defensive rule. Rules 200002 and 200003 do not fire, allowing multipart parser-disagreement payloads to reach a backend that interprets the truncated body differently. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102539 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Super Productivity is an advanced todo list app with integrated timeboxing and time tracking capabilities. From 17.3.0 until 18.13.1, the SuperSync end-to-end encryption setup calls sync(true) before a user sets an encryption password, causing the operation-upload path to transmit and store all user operations in plaintext. The exposed operations can include private task content and connected issue-provider credentials, including reusable passwords, API tokens, and app passwords. Users who complete E2EE setup have the plaintext operations deleted, while users who leave the password-setting step can leave the data stored indefinitely. The Disable SuperSync action did not remove plaintext that had already been uploaded. Routing and causal metadata remain plaintext by design and are not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 18.13.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-107226 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 6.8 MEDIUM | ||
| The AsyncHttpClient (AHC) library allows Java applications to easily execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. From 2.1.0 until 3.0.14, the default ThreadSafeCookieStore does not retain whether a Set-Cookie response used a secure transport. It accepts Secure cookies received over plaintext and permits insecure cookies to overlay or delete existing Secure cookies with matching scope. An attacker controlling a plaintext same-site response can consequently plant, replace, or remove cookie state later sent to an HTTPS origin, enabling session fixation, CSRF-token replacement, or loss of security-relevant state. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.14. | |||||
| CVE-2026-104024 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Incomplete List of Disallowed Inputs (CWE-184) in the dangerous-extension confirmation of the archive object viewer (peach.pas, grid_obj_open) in PeaZip 10.5.0 through 11.2.0 on Windows allows an attacker who convinces a victim to open an entry of a crafted archive to execute a program, or an arbitrary command, with no confirmation dialog. The prompt (Do you want to run this file?) is gated by SECEXTCONST, a hard-coded list of seven extensions (exe cmd msi bat ps1 vbs reg); the check is an exact string comparison of the entry extension against that list, so it answers only whether the extension is one of the seven and never whether the shell will execute the file. Shell-executable and scripting-host types that Windows runs through ShellExecuteW are absent from the list, among them .url and .lnk. An archived Windows Internet Shortcut (.url) whose URL line is attacker-controlled is launched with no prompt, while the byte-identical content in an entry named .bat does raise the warning in the same session. A .lnk entry raises the ceiling from launching a program to running a command line, because a Windows shortcut carries arguments: a proof-of-concept shortcut targeting cmd.exe with an attacker-chosen command line executed with no prompt. The shortcut target is not confined to the local disk; the shell also resolved an attacker-named UNC path (fetching a remote payload was only attempted, not demonstrated). No privilege escalation; everything runs as the user who opened the archive. | |||||
| CVE-2026-104025 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Path Traversal (CWE-22) in the execute_obj function of the archive object viewer (peach.pas) in PeaZip 11.2.0 and earlier on Windows allows an attacker who convinces a victim to preview an entry of a crafted archive via the "Preview with... -> Associated application" action (Shift+Ctrl+O) to execute an arbitrary program already present on the victim's system, with no warning dialog. The function validates only outname (PeaZip's own temporary directory) with checkfiledirname, while the string actually executed is the concatenation outname+tempstring; tempstring is taken verbatim from the archive entry name (StringGridList.Cells[12,...]) and is never validated. checkfiledirname (list_utils.pas) rejects control and reserved characters in the file name but performs no ".." path-containment check, so an entry named ../../../../Windows/System32/calc.exe escapes the extraction directory and is passed to cp_open -> ShellExecuteW; the extracting backend (7-Zip) strips the traversal while the opener does not. In addition, the SECEXTCONST dangerous-extension confirmation prompt is implemented only in the double-click handler (grid_obj_open) and not on this preview route, so an executable inside an archive reaches ShellExecuteW unannounced, and where the prompt does fire it names the entry's display name rather than the resolved path that will run. Arbitrary code execution was demonstrated with a proof of concept against official PeaZip builds, confirmed on two archive formats (.zip and .tar) to show the defect is in PeaZip's own path handling and not in a single format parser. | |||||
| CVE-2026-76283 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 7.6 HIGH |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, Cisco has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in a software hardening release that addresses multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-76283 are related to protection mechanism failure and are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) CWE-693. | |||||
| CVE-2026-105668 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Protection Mechanism Failure vulnerability in hexpm hex allows the owner of a package, or an attacker who has taken over the owner's account, to get a newly published release past the release-age cooldown. The cooldown (cooldown config, HEX_COOLDOWN) withholds versions younger than the configured age during dependency resolution. When the release of a package locked in mix.lock is retired or has a security advisory, Hex.RemoteConverger.build_cooldown_bypass/3 and Hex.RemoteConverger.unsafe_lock_bypass/1 lift the cooldown for every version of that package and of every package the locked release depends on, so that mix deps.update can move off the unsafe release. Retiring a release needs the same package owner permission as publishing one. An attacker who publishes a malicious release can retire the currently locked release, and the next mix deps.update that unlocks the package selects the new release regardless of its age. Hex.Registry.Cooldown.versions/2 checks the bypass by package name alone, so the bypass also covers packages with the same name in other repositories. Cooldown configured through an organization dependency policy is not affected. This issue affects hex: from 2.5.0 before 2.5.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-41510 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 7.2 HIGH | ||
| OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.1, Coraza silently drops arguments after SecArgumentsLimit in internal/corazawaf/transaction.go, while internal/bodyprocessors/urlencoded.go writes ARGS_POST without enforcing the cap. The flaw is triggered when an unauthenticated attacker sends more arguments than SecArgumentsLimit or supplies bodies that expand beyond the configured argument and flattening budgets. An unauthenticated attacker can flood requests with arguments so excess values are silently omitted from ARGS, ARGS_GET, ARGS_NAMES, ARGS_GET_NAMES, ARGS_POST, or ARGS_PATH before security rules inspect them; affected urlencoded and JSON processing can also consume excessive memory. The omission can bypass WAF rules protecting the downstream application, and unbounded or amplified argument processing can cause memory consumption and service degradation. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-101899 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Axios is a promise-based HTTP client for the browser and Node.js. From 1.15.0 until 1.20.0, Axios shouldBypassProxy treats the NO_PROXY CIDR form as a textual hostname suffix instead of evaluating the network range. A request targets an address covered by a CIDR entry in NO_PROXY while a proxy is configured. The CIDR bypass rule is not matched, so the request is sent through the configured proxy. For plaintext HTTP, the proxy can observe and modify URLs, headers, and bodies; for HTTPS, it can observe connection metadata and CONNECT requests. This issue is fixed in version 1.20.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-94603 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| Podman is a tool for managing OCI containers and pods. From 4.4.0 until 5.8.8 and 6.1.3, podman run treats an image carrying the io.podman.annotations.checkpoint.runtime.name annotation as a checkpoint and silently ignores user-supplied container creation restrictions such as --cap-drop=ALL, allowing image-controlled checkpoint state to select weaker sandbox settings and capabilities. Rootless containers are not affected because checkpoint and restore are unavailable in that mode. This issue is fixed in versions 5.8.8 and 6.1.3. | |||||
| CVE-2026-21400 | 1 Intel | 1 Ai Reference Models | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 6.7 MEDIUM |
| Protection mechanism failure for some Intel(R) AI Reference Models before version v3.4.1 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires passive user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. | |||||
| CVE-2026-109364 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Zebra 2.3.0 before 6.4.0 contains a protection mechanism failure that allows unauthenticated peers to evade bans because bans and misbehavior scores are keyed on exact IP addresses. Attackers can reconnect from fresh IPv6 addresses in their /64 allocation or flush the 20,000-entry FIFO ban list to restore access for banned peers. | |||||
| CVE-2026-109755 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 9.6 CRITICAL | ||
| Sandbox escape in the DOM: Content Processes component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158 and Thunderbird 158. | |||||
| CVE-2026-88838 | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| A flaw was found in BusyBox's mount utility. A non-root user can bypass mount security restrictions set in /etc/fstab by specifying clearing-mask options on the command line. These options pass the non-root flag filter and are merged with fstab options as strings; when the combined options are re-parsed, clearing options can override nosuid, nodev, and noexec protections the administrator intended to enforce. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102673 | 1 Electronjs | 1 Electron | 2026-10-15 | N/A | 8.2 HIGH |
| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0, popups opened from a sandboxed iframe through Electron's OpenURLFromTab navigation path, including links using target="_blank" or a middle-click, did not receive the inherited HTML sandbox restrictions. An untrusted iframe using the allow-scripts allow-popups configuration could therefore open a popup with the embedding application's full origin, exposing that origin's cookies, storage, and same-origin scripting capabilities. Applications that do not embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0. | |||||
