| The Tutor LMS WordPress plugin before 4.0.6 does not validate a stored file path before using it to stream media, allowing users with the instructor role to read arbitrary files on the server, including files outside the web root. The readable files include the WordPress configuration file, which exposes the database credentials and the authentication keys and salts, so authentication cookies can be forged. | |||||
| CVE-2026-63490 | 2026-08-25 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Handlebars.java provides logic-less and semantic Mustache templates with Java. Prior to 4.5.3, com.github.jknack.handlebars.springmvc.SpringTemplateLoader resolves attacker-influenced Spring MVC view names through Spring ResourceLoader without the path-containment validation used by other URL-based loaders. In handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/SpringTemplateLoader.java, a view name using a file: or classpath: URL and ending with the # fragment delimiter places the appended .hbs suffix in the fragment, which FileUrlResource.exists() and URL.openStream() discard. HandlebarsViewResolver in handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/HandlebarsViewResolver.java then passes the attacker-controlled name to handlebars.compile(), allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to read files accessible to the JVM when an application exposes a controller with a user-influenced view name. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.3. | |||||

| CVE-2021-1256 | 1 Cisco | 1 Secure Firewall Threat Defense | 2026-08-11 | 3.6 LOW | 6.0 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to overwrite files on the file system of an affected device by using directory traversal techniques. A successful exploit could cause system instability if important system files are overwritten. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user input for the file path in a specific CLI command. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by logging in to a targeted device and issuing a specific CLI command with crafted user input. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite arbitrary files on the file system of the affected device. The attacker would need valid user credentials on the device. | |||||

| CVE-2026-34392 | 1 Mcgill | 1 Loris | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) is a self-hosted web application that provides data- and project-management for neuroimaging research. From 20.0.0 to before 27.0.3 and 28.0.1, a bug in the static file router can allow an attacker to traverse outside of the intended directory, allowing unintended files to be downloaded through the static, css, and js endpoints. This vulnerability is fixed in 27.0.3 and 28.0.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-34785 | 1 Rack | 1 Rack | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Rack is a modular Ruby web server interface. Prior to versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6, Rack::Static determines whether a request should be served as a static file using a simple string prefix check. When configured with URL prefixes such as "/css", it matches any request path that begins with that string, including unrelated paths such as "/css-config.env" or "/css-backup.sql". As a result, files under the static root whose names merely share the configured prefix may be served unintentionally, leading to information disclosure. This issue has been patched in versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6. | |||||
| CVE-2026-35169 | 1 Mcgill | 1 Loris | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 8.7 HIGH |
| LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) is a self-hosted web application that provides data- and project-management for neuroimaging research. From to before 27.0.3 and 28.0.1, the help_editor module of LORIS did not properly sanitize some user supplied variables which could result in a reflected cross-site scripting attack if a user is tricked into following an invalid link. The same input vector could also allow an attacker to download arbitrary markdown files on an unpatched server. This vulnerability is fixed in 27.0.3 and 28.0.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-35446 | 1 Mcgill | 1 Loris | 2026-07-24 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH |
| LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) is a self-hosted web application that provides data- and project-management for neuroimaging research. From 24.0.0 to before 27.0.3 and 28.0.1, an incorrect order of operations in the FilesDownloadHandler could result in an attacker escaping the intended download directories. This vulnerability is fixed in 27.0.3 and 28.0.1. | |||||
