CVE-2026-63490 2026-10-18 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Handlebars.java provides logic-less and semantic Mustache templates with Java. Prior to 4.5.3, com.github.jknack.handlebars.springmvc.SpringTemplateLoader resolves attacker-influenced Spring MVC view names through Spring ResourceLoader without the path-containment validation used by other URL-based loaders. In handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/SpringTemplateLoader.java, a view name using a file: or classpath: URL and ending with the # fragment delimiter places the appended .hbs suffix in the fragment, which FileUrlResource.exists() and URL.openStream() discard. HandlebarsViewResolver in handlebars-springmvc/src/main/java/com/github/jknack/handlebars/springmvc/HandlebarsViewResolver.java then passes the attacker-controlled name to handlebars.compile(), allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to read files accessible to the JVM when an application exposes a controller with a user-influenced view name. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.3.
CVE-2026-73255 1 Cesanta 1 Mongoose 2026-10-18 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.22, an attacker who can control an SSI-enabled file can place directory traversal sequences in an #include file or #include virtual directive. The mg_ssi() function in src/ssi.c concatenates the directive argument into a filesystem path without calling mg_path_is_sane(), allowing an MG_ENABLE_SSI deployment with ssi_pattern configured to disclose files readable by the Mongoose process. This issue is fixed in version 7.22.
CVE-2025-59890 2026-10-18 N/A 7.3 HIGH
Improper input sanitization in the file archives upload functionality of Eaton Galileo software allows traversing paths which could lead into an attacker with local access to execute unauthorized code or commands. This security issue has been fixed in the latest version of Galileo which is available on the Eaton download center.
CVE-2026-18274 2026-10-18 N/A 7.2 HIGH
Heimdall Data Database Proxy uploadJar Directory Traversal Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Heimdall Data Database Proxy. Authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the uploadJar method. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-28603.
CVE-2025-34350 2026-10-18 N/A N/A
UnForm Server versions < 10.1.15 contain an unauthenticated arbitrary file read and SMB coercion vulnerability in the Doc Flow feature’s 'arc' endpoint. The Doc Flow module uses the 'arc' handler to retrieve and render pages or resources specified by the user-supplied 'pp' parameter, but it does so without enforcing authentication or restricting path inputs. As a result, an unauthenticated remote attacker can supply local filesystem paths to read arbitrary files accessible to the service account. On Windows deployments, providing a UNC path can also coerce the server into initiating outbound SMB authentication, potentially exposing NTLM credentials for offline cracking or relay. This issue may lead to sensitive information disclosure and, in some environments, enable further lateral movement.
CVE-2025-12382 2 Algosec, Linux 2 Firewall Analyzer, Linux Kernel 2026-10-18 N/A 8.8 HIGH
Improper Limitation of a Pathname 'Path Traversal') vulnerability in Algosec Firewall Analyzer on Linux, 64 bit allows an authenticated user to upload files to a restricted directory leading to code injection. This issue affects Algosec Firewall Analyzer: A33.0 (up to build 320), A33.10 (up to build 210).
CVE-2025-64765 1 Astro 1 Astro 2026-10-18 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
Astro is a web framework. Prior to version 5.15.8, a mismatch exists between how Astro normalizes request paths for routing/rendering and how the application’s middleware reads the path for validation checks. Astro internally applies decodeURI() to determine which route to render, while the middleware uses context.url.pathname without applying the same normalization (decodeURI). This discrepancy may allow attackers to reach protected routes using encoded path variants that pass routing but bypass validation checks. This issue has been patched in version 5.15.8.
CVE-2026-64777 1 Apple 1 Container 2026-10-18 N/A 4.3 MEDIUM
A malicious builder peer may be able to request an in-context file by name from the host and receive the contents of whatever the name resolves to, even when it resolves outside the build context. This vulnerability is addressed in container version 1.2.0.
CVE-2025-64757 1 Astro 1 Astro 2026-10-18 N/A 3.5 LOW
Astro is a web framework. Prior to version 5.14.3, a vulnerability has been identified in the Astro framework's development server that allows arbitrary local file read access through the image optimization endpoint. The vulnerability affects Astro development environments and allows remote attackers to read any image file accessible to the Node.js process on the host system. This issue has been patched in version 5.14.3.
CVE-2025-66262 1 Dbbroadcast 44 Mozart Dds Next 100, Mozart Dds Next 1000, Mozart Dds Next 1000 Firmware and 41 more 2026-10-18 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
Arbitrary File Overwrite via Tar Extraction Path Traversal in DB Electronica Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. Mozart FM Transmitter versions 30, 50, 100, 300, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 3500, 6000, 7000 allows an attacker to perform Tar extraction with -C / allow arbitrary file overwrite via crafted archive. The `restore_mozzi_memories.sh` script extracts user-controlled tar archives with `-C /` flag, depositing contents to the filesystem root without path validation. When combined with the unauthenticated file upload vulnerabilities (CVE-01, CVE-06, CVE-07), attackers can craft malicious .tgz archives containing path-traversed filenames (e.g., `etc/shadow`, `var/www/index.php`) to overwrite critical system files in writable directories, achieving full system compromise.
