| CVE-2026-119979 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| LM Studio before 0.4.22+1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the model downloader's resolveDownloadRequest that allows attackers to write files outside the models directory using backslash-separated traversal filenames. Attackers can trick users into downloading a crafted model repository that plants a plugin manifest.json, install-state.json and mcp-bridge-config.json, running an attacker-supplied Python payload on every launch. | |||||
| CVE-2026-104739 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.9 MEDIUM | ||
| The JS Help Desk – AI-Powered Support & Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the setSupportCustomImage function in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). Exploitation requires a two-step sequence: an administrator first saves a traversal-crafted value in the support_custom_img configuration field, then triggers deletion by uploading a new support custom image, at which point setSupportCustomImage() resolves and deletes the attacker-controlled path. | |||||
| CVE-2025-0750 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.6 MEDIUM | ||
| A vulnerability was found in CRI-O. A path traversal issue in the log management functions (UnMountPodLogs and LinkContainerLogs) may allow an attacker with permissions to create and delete Pods to unmount arbitrary host paths, leading to node-level denial of service by unmounting critical system directories. | |||||
| CVE-2024-9676 | 1 Redhat | 15 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Enterprise Linux For Arm 64 and 12 more | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability was found in Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O. A symlink traversal vulnerability in the containers/storage library can cause Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O to hang and result in a denial of service via OOM kill when running a malicious image using an automatically assigned user namespace (`--userns=auto` in Podman and Buildah). The containers/storage library will read /etc/passwd inside the container, but does not properly validate if that file is a symlink, which can be used to cause the library to read an arbitrary file on the host. | |||||
| CVE-2026-90871 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory in Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.7 and 2025.0.4 on Windows could allow an unauthenticated attacker to affect files outside the intended directory. | |||||
| CVE-2026-90866 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| A path traversal vulnerability in Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.7 and 2025.0.4 on Windows could allow a delegated Host Administrator to access locations outside their authorized scope, potentially enabling remote code execution. | |||||
| CVE-2026-90864 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| A path traversal vulnerability in Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.7 and 2025.0.4 on Windows could allow a delegated Host Administrator to access or modify files outside their authorized scope. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86398 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| Dell PowerProtect Data Domain, Feature Release versions 7.7.1.0 through 8.8, LTS2024 release versions 7.13.1.0 through 7.13.1.80, LTS2025 release versions 8.3.1.0 through 8.3.1.40, LTS2026 release versions 8.6.1.0 through 8.6.1.20, contain an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to filesystem access for attacker. | |||||
| CVE-2026-118758 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the volume artifact handler for GET /artifacts/get?source=volume did not confine a caller-supplied file path to the selected volume. A caller who can reach the route and identify an existing mounted volume can use path traversal to read files outside that volume when the artifact-serving process can read them. The frontend pod serves the request when artifact proxying is disabled, while the selected namespace's artifact-service pod serves it when proxying is enabled. A deployment with authentication disabled requires no application credentials; in multi-user deployments, the caller ordinarily must be authorized for the supplied namespace. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119557 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM | ||
| n8n from 2.14.0 through 2.46.3 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the Databricks node that allows unauthenticated attackers to reach arbitrary Databricks API endpoints by injecting unencoded resource identifiers. Attackers can supply ../ sequences and query strings via webhook, chat, or form inputs mapped to spaceId, indexName, or filePath to read secrets using the stored credential. | |||||
| CVE-2026-108762 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.3 HIGH | ||
| Path-confinement bypass during metadata backup deletion in Apache Kylin. Impact most to the kylin services that are directly exposed to public network, which is not common. In-house kylin deployments are mostly not impacted. This issue affects Apache Kylin: from 4.0.0 through 5.0.4. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.0.5, which fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2024-9675 | 2 Buildah Project, Redhat | 14 Buildah, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 11 more | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| A vulnerability was found in Buildah. Cache mounts do not properly validate that user-specified paths for the cache are within our cache directory, allowing a `RUN` instruction in a Container file to mount an arbitrary directory from the host (read/write) into the container as long as those files can be accessed by the user running Buildah. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61738 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| SOCFortress CoPilot focuses on providing a single pane of glass for all your security operations needs. Prior to 0.1.77, `POST /api/scoutsuite/generate-gcp-report` in `backend/app/integrations/scoutsuite/routes/scoutsuite.py` admits admin and analyst users and validates the uploaded content as `GCPScoutSuiteJSON`, but passes raw `file.filename` from the multipart header to `save_file_to_directory` in `backend/app/integrations/scoutsuite/services/scoutsuite.py`. The writer combines this filename with `scoutsuite-report` using `os.path.join` without sanitization or a resolved-path containment check. A traversal filename therefore writes the supplied JSON outside the intended report directory. In the reported root-running backend, the researcher demonstrated root-owned writes outside that directory and into the application source directory. This permits host-file overwrite subject to the accepted JSON-content constraint and can disrupt application operation; the demonstrated primitive does not establish unrestricted executable contents or unconditional cross-tenant confidentiality loss. Version 0.1.77 removes caller-controlled filenames from the affected route; unrestricted-content and direct-code-execution claims require separate curator reconciliation. | |||||
| CVE-2026-118988 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| CallBackery versions before 0.60.1 for Perl let unauthenticated clients read the POD of any file via path traversal in the /doc route. Every CallBackery application mounts its documentation plugin at /doc, ahead of any session check. The route passes the requested name to Pod::Simple::Search->find without validation. find splits the name on "::" and joins the parts into a file path, so a name such as "..::..::..::etc::motd" escapes @INC. Any file the server process can read is reachable. Only POD is rendered, but a file with a POD directive and no "=cut" is POD to the end of the file. | |||||
| CVE-2026-92205 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.1 MEDIUM | ||
| BusyBox libarchive Symlink Directory Traversal Arbitrary File Creation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to create arbitrary files on affected installations of BusyBox. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the libarchive component. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to create files in the context of the current user. Was ZDI-CAN-27556. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61576 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Lightdash is an open source business intelligence platform. In affected versions through 0.3213.0, the dbt Cloud webhook `POST /api/v1/projects/{projectUuid}/dbt-cloud/webhook` has no authentication middleware or signature validation. In `packages/backend/src/controllers/projectController.ts`, `testWebhook()` accepts `accountId` and `runId` from a `job.run.completed` request and passes them to `createPreviewWithExplores()` in `packages/backend/src/services/ProjectService/ProjectService.ts`. These unsanitized values are interpolated into the server-side dbt Cloud API URL, which is requested with the victim project's API key in the `Authorization` header. Path traversal through `accountId` changes the requested path on `cloud.getdbt.com` without changing its host, so the credential-bearing request reaches an attacker-influenced path on that fixed host. The advisory claims API-key theft, but the supplied evidence does not establish that the attacker can observe the `Authorization` header. The unauthenticated webhook also allows preview creation. The target must be a `dbt Cloud IDE` project and the attacker must know its `projectUuid`; the UUID is not enumerable but can be discovered in shared or multi-tenant contexts. Version 0.3214.0 fixes identifier path traversal and verifies webhook HMAC signatures only when a secret is configured; without a secret, unsigned webhooks continue to be processed. | |||||
| CVE-2026-46652 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. From version 24.03 to before version 26.05, ExternalFilesDownloader.getFilename() extracts the destination filename from a server-supplied Content-Disposition response header and passes it directly to Path.resolve() without stripping directory components. This allows for a malicious HTTP server that the viewer fetches from to supply an absolute path or ../ traversal sequences as the filename, writing attacker-controlled content to an arbitrary path writable by the Tomcat process. When targeting the deployed web-application directory, this yields remote code execution as the tomcat OS user. This issue has been patched in version 26.05. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55888 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| XDG Desktop Portal is a desktop integration portal. Prior to version 1.22.1, malicious sandboxed applications can use the FileChooser.SaveFiles method to gain arbitrary file access to non-existing files on the host (limited to files the user has access to). The FileChooser.SaveFiles method takes optional filenames which get appended to the selected directory by backends. The backends are supposed to check that the file does not exist yet. The filenames are not validated by the frontend and also not by common backends. This issue has been patched in version 1.22.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-114140 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The nbconvert tool, jupyter nbconvert, converts Jupyter notebooks to various other formats via Jinja templates. From 5.4.0 until 7.17.2, ExtractOutputPreprocessor in nbconvert/preprocessors/extractoutput.py joins the attacker-controlled cell output metadata filename to output_files_dir without limiting the result to the intended directory. When a victim converts a malicious notebook with the markdown, LaTeX, reStructuredText, or AsciiDoc exporter, path traversal in the output filename can write attacker-controlled output data to arbitrary locations accessible to the victim. Running the notebook cell again replaces the malicious output metadata, but merely converting the supplied notebook does not. This issue is fixed in version 7.17.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-114402 | 1 Trudesk Project | 1 Trudesk | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| Trudesk through 1.2.11 contains a path traversal and authorization bypass vulnerability in accountsController.uploadImage that allows authenticated users to overwrite other users' avatars via form-supplied _id and username fields. Attackers can supply a username like /../../../x to bypass the incomplete CVE-2022-1752 sanitization and write png, jpg, jpeg, or gif files outside public/uploads/users. | |||||
