| CVE-2026-22105 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Delta UFC500 charging stations derive the default credentials of the Service account from character positions of the device serial number. An unauthenticated attacker with adjacent network access can reconstruct the resulting password, or exhaust the keyspace, and log in to read and change sensitive settings such as the OCPP backend. | |||||
| CVE-2026-22109 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The shipped WebUI template database retains the factory default passwords for all five account types in cleartext. Defaults are identical across devices and were unchanged on the tested unit. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55457 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH | ||
| The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, Configuration.getWebApiToken returns the empty string when webapi.authorization.token is not configured. AuthorizationFilter compares the supplied token against this default without first checking that the configured token is non-empty. A request to any @AuthorizationBinding-protected endpoint with an empty ?token= value is therefore accepted. This issue has been patched in version 26.05. | |||||
| CVE-2026-112296 | 2026-10-27 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| FlyCms through commit edfdf724 contains a default credentials vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to gain super administrator access via the flycms account with password admin123. Attackers can log in through POST /api/auth/login, solving only the image captcha, to obtain full control of site content, users and configuration. | |||||
| CVE-2026-7428 | 2026-10-26 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Prior to 2025-11-03, well-intended users of Terraform or REST API for Google Cloud AlloyDB for PostgreSQL could have created clusters with an insecure default password which could have been exploited by a remote attacker to gain full administrative access to the database. Exploitation required network access to the AlloyDB cluster and was limited to Terraform or the REST API, as other clients blocked it. | |||||
| CVE-2026-42072 | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| Nornicdb is a distributed low-latency, Graph+Vector, Temporal MVCC with all sub-ms HNSW search, graph traversal, and writes. Prior to version 1.0.42-hotfix, the --address CLI flag (and NORNICDB_ADDRESS / server.host config key) is plumbed through to the HTTP server correctly but never reaches the Bolt server config. The Bolt listener therefore always binds to the wildcard address (all interfaces), regardless of what the user configures. On a LAN, this exposes the graph database — with its default admin:password credentials — to any device sharing the network. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.42-hotfix. | |||||
| CVE-2026-77056 | 2026-10-26 | N/A | N/A | ||
| boneIO black_debian_images ships with a Mosquitto MQTT broker that uses the same default credentials on all devices. These credentials are publicly documented on github, and there is no indication in the instructions to change them. A remote attacker can use them to gain full read and write access to the broker, allowing control of connected relays, blinds, and gates, and injection of fake entities into a linked Home Assistant installation. This issue was fixed in version 1.6.0 of the image: MQTT passwords are generated per device at first boot. Devices upgraded from earlier versions keep their existing broker credentials; from boneio 1.6.0 the web panel reports credentials that are still the published defaults, and the owner has to change them. | |||||
| CVE-2026-19741 | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Zephyr's OpenThread integration defined CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_JOINER_PSKD with default "J01NME" in modules/openthread/Kconfig.thread (previously subsys/net/l2/openthread/Kconfig, then subsys/net/l2/openthread/Kconfig.thread). J01NME is the example Joining Device Credential used throughout the public OpenThread and Thread commissioning documentation, including Zephyr's own samples/net/sockets/echo_client/README.rst, so it is not a secret. A firmware image built with CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_JOINER_AUTOSTART=y that never overrode the PSKd therefore shipped with a publicly known joining credential compiled in, with no build-time or run-time warning. The PSKd is the only value that authenticates Thread commissioning: joiner and commissioner run a DTLS-PSK handshake keyed on it, after which the commissioner supplies the full operational dataset. In ot_configure_instance() (modules/openthread/openthread.c), a device with no stored dataset calls otJoinerStart() with the configured PSKd, and ot_joiner_start_handler() calls otThreadSetEnabled() on success. An unauthenticated attacker within 802.15.4 radio range of an uncommissioned device (factory-fresh, after a factory reset, or after a settings erase) can run any stock Thread commissioner registered with J01NME, complete the handshake, and hand the device an attacker-controlled operational dataset. The device then joins and enables Thread on the attacker's mesh. The attacker becomes its router, seeing, dropping, injecting and spoofing all of the device's IPv6 traffic and impersonating the peers the application expects, while the device is cut off from the network it was meant to join and stays mis-provisioned until it is reset. Only application-layer security with independently provisioned credentials survives. Exposure is limited to builds that enable joiner autostart and leave the PSKd unset; the option is not enabled by default and no in-tree sample uses the vulnerable combination. The fix removes the default from CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_JOINER_PSKD and adds a BUILD_ASSERT() in modules/openthread/openthread.c, active only under CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_JOINER_AUTOSTART, that fails the build unless a 6-to-32-character PSKd is configured. Products should provision a per-device PSKd from factory data and call otJoinerStart() from the application rather than relying on a credential compiled identically into every unit. | |||||
| CVE-2026-7365 | 1 Ibm | 1 Operations Analytics Log Analysis | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 8.4 HIGH |
| IBM Operations Analytics - Log Analysis and IBM SmartCloud Analytics - Log Analysis uses default passwords default passwords from the manufacturing process for use during the installation process, which could allow an attacker to bypass authentication. | |||||
| CVE-2026-32652 | 1 Dell | 1 Aiops Collector | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| Dell AIOps Collector versions prior to 1.18.3 contain a "Use of Default Credentials" vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with console access could potentially exploit this vulnerability to gain Filesystem access. This vulnerability only affects fresh installations of Collector versions earlier than 1.18.3. Systems that have been upgraded (either manually or automatically) to version 1.18.3 or later are not impacted, even if they were originally installed on an earlier version. | |||||

Prior to , the official openproject/openproject Docker image ships ENV SECRET_KEY_BASE=OVERWRITE_ME as the default Rails master key. Combined with cookies_serializer = :marshal, this gives any logged-in user a deterministic Marshal-deserialization path reachable via the /my/two_factor_devices cookie reader This vulnerability is fixed in . | |||||
| CVE-2026-44761 | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| SAP Commerce Cloud could retain a sample OAuth2 client with publicly documented sample credentials originating from sample configuration provided in SAP Help Portal documentation. If left unchanged, an unauthenticated attacker could use these well-known credentials to obtain a valid access token and invoke certain APIs to read and modify data. Successful exploitation results in high impact on confidentiality and integrity, with no impact on availability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-41939 | 2026-10-24 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| Care Everywhere Gateway 14.3.10 contains a hard-coded credentials vulnerability in the bundled WildFly 8.2.0.Final management interface that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to gain administrative access by using default credentials identical across all installations. Attackers can authenticate to the exposed WildFly management console on port 20990 and deploy a malicious Web Application Archive file through the Deployments interface to achieve remote code execution as the Windows machine account. Version 14.x.x was declared end-of-life (EOL) in 2017 and future releases have addressed the vulnerable finding. | |||||
| CVE-2026-68503 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| LazyOwn RedTeam/APT Framework is an AI-powered C2 and red-team operations framework. Prior to 0.2.154, LazyOwn ships default C2 credentials LazyOwn and LazyOwn in payload.json and core/payload_schema.py and passes them unchanged to lazyc2.py HTTP Basic authentication, allowing any network-reachable attacker who knows the defaults to authenticate to the C2 dashboard with operator-level access. This issue is fixed in 0.2.154. | |||||
| CVE-2026-111693 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
