| CVE-2026-63201 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Netopeer2 is a server for implementing network configuration management based on the `NETCONF` Protocol. In affected versions, a low-privileged authenticated `NETCONF` user can remotely crash `netopeer2-server` by sending a `get RPC` with an invalid `subtree filter` whose text contains format specifiers. In `src/netconf.c`, `np2srv_rpc_get_cb()` sends the invalid value through `ERR()` to `np2log_printf()`, where `vsnprintf()` first formats the message safely. In `src/log.c`, that already formatted buffer is subsequently passed to `np2log()` as the format string itself, causing `vsyslog()` to interpret attacker-controlled percent sequences and read invalid pointer arguments. The reported denial of service was confirmed on version 2.8.7 using `NETCONF`-over-SSH and AddressSanitizer; reliable remote code execution was not confirmed. `The advisory identifies 2.8.8 as patched`; repository comparisons verify the fix in public release 2.8.21. The affected/fixed boundary remains unresolved because no public 2.8.8 tag was located, which does not establish the status of an untagged 2.8.8 build. | |||||

| CVE-2026-6843 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 3 Nano, Enterprise Linux, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| A flaw was found in nano. A local user could exploit a format string vulnerability in the `statusline()` function. By creating a directory with a name containing `printf` specifiers, the application attempts to display this name, leading to a segmentation fault (SEGV). This results in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the `nano` application. | |||||
| CVE-2026-6250 | 1 Tp-link | 2 Tapo C110, Tapo C110 Firmware | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| An authenticated format string vulnerability exists in the ONVIF service of Tapo C110 v2 due to improper handling of user-controlled input. Externally controlled data is interpreted as a format string, which can be used to manipulate stack memory, including control flow data such as return addresses. A remote authenticated attacker may redirect execution flow to existing internal functions, triggering an unauthorized factory reset, leading to loss of configuration, deletion of stored credentials and service disruption. | |||||
| CVE-2026-68553 | 2026-10-26 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH | ||
| Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server. Prior to 4.13.0, an authenticated TURN user can place printf-style format specifiers in the STUN USERNAME or REALM attribute, which passes is_secure_string() validation and is embedded into Redis keys at nine call sites in src/apps/relay/ns_ioalib_engine_impl.c. send_message_to_redis() in src/apps/relay/hiredis_libevent2.c then passes the attacker-controlled key as the format argument to redisAsyncCommand() while supplying only one variadic value, causing hiredis redisvFormatCommand() to read past the va_list. Exploitation can crash the coturn process and terminate active TURN sessions or disclose stack memory into Redis. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-57877 | 2026-10-25 | N/A | 8.6 HIGH | ||
| An unauthenticated format string vulnerability exists in vlsvr in GeoVision GV-LPC2011 and GV-LPC2211 V1.12 and earlier. The vulnerability is caused by improper handling of externally controlled input during log message formatting in the login processing path. A remote attacker may exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted login data, potentially causing information disclosure, memory corruption, or a denial of service. | |||||
