CVE-2023-36053 3 Debian, Djangoproject, Fedoraproject 3 Debian Linux, Django, Fedora 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
In Django 3.2 before 3.2.20, 4 before 4.1.10, and 4.2 before 4.2.3, EmailValidator and URLValidator are subject to a potential ReDoS (regular expression denial of service) attack via a very large number of domain name labels of emails and URLs.
CVE-2023-34104 1 Naturalintelligence 1 Fast-xml-parser 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
fast-xml-parser is an open source, pure javascript xml parser. fast-xml-parser allows special characters in entity names, which are not escaped or sanitized. Since the entity name is used for creating a regex for searching and replacing entities in the XML body, an attacker can abuse it for denial of service (DoS) attacks. By crafting an entity name that results in an intentionally bad performing regex and utilizing it in the entity replacement step of the parser, this can cause the parser to stall for an indefinite amount of time. This problem has been resolved in v4.2.4. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade should avoid using DOCTYPE parsing by setting the `processEntities: false` option.
CVE-2023-33950 1 Liferay 2 Digital Experience Platform, Liferay Portal 2026-06-17 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
Pattern Redirects in Liferay Portal 7.4.3.48 through 7.4.3.76, and Liferay DXP 7.4 update 48 through 76 allows regular expressions that are vulnerable to ReDoS attacks to be used as patterns, which allows remote attackers to consume an excessive amount of server resources via crafted request URLs.
CVE-2023-33290 1 Git-url-parse Project 1 Git-url-parse 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
The git-url-parse crate through 0.4.4 for Rust allows Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDos) via a crafted URL to normalize_url in lib.rs, a similar issue to CVE-2023-32758 (Python).
CVE-2023-33289 1 Urlnorm Project 1 Urlnorm 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
The urlnorm crate through 0.1.4 for Rust allows Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDos) via a crafted URL to lib.rs. NOTE: the Supplier disputes this, taking the position that "Slow printing of URLs is not a CVE."
CVE-2023-32758 2 Coala, Semgrep 2 Git-url-parse, Semgrep 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
giturlparse (aka git-url-parse) through 1.2.2, as used in Semgrep 1.5.2 through 1.24.1, is vulnerable to ReDoS (Regular Expression Denial of Service) if parsing untrusted URLs. This might be relevant if Semgrep is analyzing an untrusted package (for example, to check whether it accesses any Git repository at an http:// URL), and that package's author placed a ReDoS attack payload in a URL used by the package.
CVE-2023-32610 1 Synck 1 Mailform Pro Cgi 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Mailform Pro CGI 4.3.1.2 and earlier allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition.
CVE-2023-31606 1 Promptworks 1 Redcloth 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
A Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) issue was discovered in the sanitize_html function of redcloth gem v4.0.0. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload.
CVE-2023-30858 1 Denosaurs 1 Emoji 2026-06-17 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
The Denosaurs emoji package provides emojis for dinosaurs. Starting in version 0.1.0 and prior to version 0.3.0, the reTrimSpace regex has 2nd degree polynomial inefficiency, leading to a delayed response given a big payload. The issue has been patched in 0.3.0. As a workaround, avoid using the `replace`, `unemojify`, or `strip` functions.
CVE-2023-30608 2 Debian, Sqlparse Project 2 Debian Linux, Sqlparse 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
sqlparse is a non-validating SQL parser module for Python. In affected versions the SQL parser contains a regular expression that is vulnerable to ReDoS (Regular Expression Denial of Service). This issue was introduced by commit `e75e358`. The vulnerability may lead to Denial of Service (DoS). This issues has been fixed in sqlparse 0.4.4 by commit `c457abd5f`. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this issue.

CVE-2023-29487 3 Apple, Heimdalsecurity, Microsoft 3 Macos, Thor, Windows 2026-06-17 N/A 9.1 CRITICAL
An issue was discovered in Heimdal Thor agent versions 3.4.2 and before on Windows and 2.6.9 and before on macOS, allows attackers to cause a denial of service (DoS) via the Threat To Process Correlation threat prevention module. NOTE: Heimdal asserts this is not a valid vulnerability. Their DNS Security for Endpoint solution includes an optional feature to provide extra information on the originating process that made a DNS request. The lack of process identification in DNS logs is therefore falsely categorized as a DoS issue.
CVE-2023-29486 3 Apple, Heimdalsecurity, Microsoft 3 Macos, Thor, Windows 2026-06-17 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
An issue was discovered in Heimdal Thor agent versions 3.4.2 and before 3.7.0 on Windows, allows attackers to bypass USB access restrictions, execute arbitrary code, and obtain sensitive information via Next-Gen Antivirus component. NOTE: Heimdal argues that the limitation described here is a Microsoft Windows issue, not a Heimdal specific vulnerability. The USB control solution by Heimdal is meant to manage Microsoft Windows native USB restrictions. They maintain that their solution functions as a management layer over Windows settings and is not to blame for limitations in Windows' detection capabilities.
