CVE-2026-49838 2026-09-16 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
GoBGP is an open source Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) implementation in the Go Programming Language. Prior to version 4.7.0, GoBGP accepts a zero-length AS_PATH during UPDATE decoding and later panics while validating that attribute for a confederation eBGP peer. The vulnerable path is in the BGP UPDATE validator: a malformed UPDATE that should be rejected as a malformed AS_PATH instead reaches an unchecked `p.Value[0]` access, allowing a configured confederation eBGP peer to trigger a denial of service. Version 4.7.0 patches the issue.
CVE-2026-55209 2026-09-14 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
resdata is software for reading and writing result files from the Eclipse reservoir simulator. Prior to 6.2.9, resdata insufficiently validates numeric fields, grid dimensions, keyword sizes, and array indexes while parsing untrusted GRDECL files in lib/resdata/rd_kw_grdecl.cpp and lib/resdata/rd_grid.cpp. Malformed COORD, ZCORN, CORSNUM, ACTNUM, or MAPAXES data can reach rd_grid_alloc_GRDECL_kw__ with inconsistent lengths, while unbounded floating-point conversion can exceed the intended parser buffer. In a network service that accepts untrusted GRDECL files, these conditions can cause a classic buffer overflow, out-of-bounds reads, invalid array access, NULL pointer dereference, memory corruption, or service termination. This issue is fixed in version 6.2.9.
CVE-2026-84445 2026-09-14 N/A N/A
gRPC-Go is the Go language implementation of gRPC. Prior to 1.82.2 and 1.83.2, servers created with xds.NewGRPCServer() allow internal/transport/http2_server.go to accept an RPC containing neither the :authority header nor the Host header, while RouteAndProcess in internal/xds/server/routing.go assumes that an authority value exists and indexes the empty slice. A remote client that can complete transport connection establishment can trigger an index-out-of-bounds panic that is not recovered by the per-RPC goroutine and terminates the entire server process. In insecure or ordinary TLS deployments the request can be unauthenticated, while strict mTLS or ALTS deployments require valid transport credentials before the malformed RPC can reach the interceptor. This issue is fixed in versions 1.82.2 and 1.83.2.
CVE-2026-23448 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-14 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: usb: cdc_ncm: add ndpoffset to NDP16 nframes bounds check cdc_ncm_rx_verify_ndp16() validates that the NDP header and its DPE entries fit within the skb. The first check correctly accounts for ndpoffset: if ((ndpoffset + sizeof(struct usb_cdc_ncm_ndp16)) > skb_in->len) but the second check omits it: if ((sizeof(struct usb_cdc_ncm_ndp16) + ret * (sizeof(struct usb_cdc_ncm_dpe16))) > skb_in->len) This validates the DPE array size against the total skb length as if the NDP were at offset 0, rather than at ndpoffset. When the NDP is placed near the end of the NTB (large wNdpIndex), the DPE entries can extend past the skb data buffer even though the check passes. cdc_ncm_rx_fixup() then reads out-of-bounds memory when iterating the DPE array. Add ndpoffset to the nframes bounds check and use struct_size_t() to express the NDP-plus-DPE-array size more clearly.
CVE-2026-23447 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-14 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: usb: cdc_ncm: add ndpoffset to NDP32 nframes bounds check The same bounds-check bug fixed for NDP16 in the previous patch also exists in cdc_ncm_rx_verify_ndp32(). The DPE array size is validated against the total skb length without accounting for ndpoffset, allowing out-of-bounds reads when the NDP32 is placed near the end of the NTB. Add ndpoffset to the nframes bounds check and use struct_size_t() to express the NDP-plus-DPE-array size more clearly. Compile-tested only.
CVE-2026-88052 2026-09-11 N/A 7.8 HIGH
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, UNICHARSET::load_via_fgets in src/ccutil/unicharset.cpp trusts the declared unichar count as a loop bound and uses id as an unchecked index into the unichars vector. unichar_insert_backwards_compatible can leave the vector unchanged for an empty, duplicate, or already-encodable representation, causing id to become larger than unichars.size(). Subsequent set_* calls and the write to unichars[id].properties.enabled then write UNICHAR_PROPERTIES beyond the vector during initialization in both the default LSTM and legacy engines, causing heap corruption, a crash, or potentially controlled corruption. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-57159 1 Teluu 1 Pjsip 2026-09-11 N/A 7.5 HIGH
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. Prior to commit 673b978, a remote out-of-bounds read and write can occur in the SDP negotiator when the remote payload-type map maintenance feature is enabled. assign_pt_and_update_map() in pjmedia/src/pjmedia/sdp_neg.c uses payload-type numbers taken from a remote SDP offer or answer to index fixed-size internal tables without sufficient bounds validation, so a crafted remote SDP can cause memory access outside those tables. The practical impact is memory corruption and denial of service; code execution is not demonstrated. This path is only reached when PJMEDIA_SDP_NEG_MAINTAIN_REMOTE_PT_MAP is enabled. The default is disabled, so default builds are not affected; the feature is an interoperability option that integrating products may enable. This issue has been patched via commit 673b978.
CVE-2026-79775 2026-09-10 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
rclone versions >= v1.72.0 and <= v1.74.4 (fixed in v1.75.0) contain multiple denial-of-service vulnerabilities in the archive backend's SquashFS parser, which relies on the github.com/diskfs/go-diskfs dependency. The parser fails to validate attacker-controlled superblock and metadata values before use. An attacker who can place or modify a SquashFS image in storage exposed through an rclone :archive: remote can craft a malicious image that triggers an integer division-by-zero panic (zero block size), an out-of-bounds slice panic (out-of-range inode metadata offset), or a non-progress CPU loop (truncated metadata stream). Variants 1 and 2 terminate the rclone process and, via 'rclone serve sftp', can crash the entire SFTP server; variant 3 causes sustained CPU consumption. Parsing is lazy, so a victim or remote client must address or descend into the malicious archive object to trigger it.
CVE-2026-52856 2026-09-10 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel. Prior to 1.13.0, a malformed packet received during the SFTP connection handshake causes a Go panic. This issue is fixed in version 1.13.0.
CVE-2026-32286 1 Jackc 1 Pgproto3 2026-09-10 N/A 7.5 HIGH
The DataRow.Decode function fails to properly validate field lengths. A malicious or compromised PostgreSQL server can send a DataRow message with a negative field length, causing a slice bounds out of range panic.
CVE-2026-87500 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-09-10 N/A 9.6 CRITICAL
Improper validation of array index in ANGLE in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2026-65832 2026-09-09 N/A 8.2 HIGH
Deskflow is a keyboard and mouse sharing app. Prior to continuous build 1.26.0.299, a remote unauthenticated Deskflow server can send kMsgDSetOptions (DSOP) values to ServerProxy::setOptions() in src/lib/client/ServerProxy.cpp so that the value following a modifier option poisons m_modifierTranslationTable, after which ServerProxy::translateKey() or ServerProxy::translateModifierMask() indexes the seven-row s_translationTable or s_masks arrays out of bounds, disclosing four bytes at an attacker-selected relative offset or crashing the connected client; an odd option count also causes an out-of-bounds OptionsList read. This issue is fixed in continuous build 1.26.0.299.
CVE-2023-54396 2026-09-09 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
PocketMine-MP versions before 4.8.1 fail to validate dye color IDs in banner NBT data during deserialization. Attackers can provide invalid color values in inventory transactions or via commands to trigger undefined offset errors and crash the server.
CVE-2026-32285 1 Jsonparser Project 1 Jsonparser 2026-09-09 N/A 7.5 HIGH
The Delete function fails to properly validate offsets when processing malformed JSON input. This can lead to a negative slice index and a runtime panic, allowing a denial of service attack.
CVE-2026-53792 2026-09-08 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
rsync before 3.5.0 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the sender-side block matching logic that allows a malicious receiver to trigger memory access before the start of an allocated buffer by sending a crafted checksum block with a length of zero. Attackers can send a specially crafted checksum set containing a zero-length block to cause a negative offset calculation during delta computation, resulting in an out-of-bounds read of file data buffer memory on the sender side.
CVE-2026-0799 2026-09-08 N/A 8.7 HIGH
In BPF instructions that load/store a value from/to a scratch memory register the register index is an unsigned 32-bit integer and must not exceed 15, but libpcap BPF interpreter does not validate the value. In particular uncommon use cases a crafted filter program can cause the interpreter to try reading and writing the OS process memory in the 16GiB starting at the current stack frame on 64-bit architectures and in the entire address space on 32-bit architectures.
CVE-2026-85084 2026-09-08 N/A 6.3 MEDIUM
Out-of-bounds Write and Improper Validation of Array Index vulnerability in Samsung Open Source TizenFX Samsung/TizenFX allows Overflow Buffers.
CVE-2026-64324 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: udf: validate free block extents against the partition length udf_free_blocks() checks the logical block number and count against the partition length, but drops the extent offset from that final bound. A crafted extent can pass the guard while logicalBlockNum + offset + count points past the partition, which later indexes past the space bitmap array. A single ftruncate(2) on a file backed by such an extent reliably panics the kernel. This is a local availability issue. On desktop systems where UDisks/polkit allows the active user to mount removable UDF media without CAP_SYS_ADMIN, an unprivileged local user can supply the crafted filesystem and trigger the panic by truncating a writable file on it. Systems that require root or CAP_SYS_ADMIN to mount the image have a higher prerequisite. No confidentiality or integrity impact is claimed: the reproduced primitive is an out-of-bounds read of a bitmap pointer slot followed by a kernel panic. Use the already computed logicalBlockNum + offset + count value for the partition length check. Also make load_block_bitmap() reject an out-of-range block group before indexing s_block_bitmap[], so corrupted callers cannot walk past the flexible array.
CVE-2026-64330 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-04 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: typec: tcpm: Validate SVID index in svdm_consume_modes() In svdm_consume_modes(), the SVID value is read from pmdata->svids using pmdata->svid_index as an array index without bounds validation: paltmode->svid = pmdata->svids[pmdata->svid_index]; If pmdata->svid_index is driven beyond SVID_DISCOVERY_MAX (16), it results in an out-of-bounds read of the pmdata->svids array. Because pd_mode_data is embedded inside struct tcpm_port, indexing past svids reads into adjacent fields. In particular: - At index 16, it reads the altmodes count. - At index 18 and beyond, it reads into altmode_desc[], which contains partner-supplied SVDM Discovery Modes VDOs. By injecting a chosen SVID into altmode_desc[0].vdo and driving svid_index to 20, the partner can force paltmode->svid to be loaded with an arbitrary, partner- chosen SVID, which is then registered via typec_partner_register_altmode(). Fix this by validating that pmdata->svid_index is non-negative and strictly less than pmdata->nsvids before accessing the pmdata->svids array inside svdm_consume_modes().
CVE-2026-19318 2026-09-03 N/A N/A
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the WatchGuard Fireware OS iked process allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code by sending specially crafted network traffic.
