CVE-2026-54742 2026-09-09 N/A N/A
Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse. From 0.19.18 until 0.19.19 and 1.0.0-alpha.20, a community moderator can feature or unfeature posts in other communities through federated CollectionAdd and CollectionRemove activities using CollectionType::Featured. After verify_mod_action authorizes the actor against self.community(), the receive handlers in crates/apub/activities/src/community/collection_add.rs and crates/apub/activities/src/community/collection_remove.rs dereference self.object as an ApubPost and update featured_community without verifying that post.community_id equals community.id. A moderator can therefore target an unrelated post owned by another community, push it into featured feeds and listings, or undo another community's legitimate curation decision. This issue is fixed in versions 0.19.19 and 1.0.0-alpha.20.
CVE-2026-61711 2026-09-09 N/A N/A
BuildKit is a toolkit for converting source code to build artifacts in an efficient, expressive and repeatable manner. Prior to 0.31.1, a custom frontend could place an invalid SecurityMode value in a crafted build request, and executor/oci/spec_linux.go treated the unsupported value as a non-sandbox mode without requiring the security.insecure entitlement. This disabled Seccomp and AppArmor protections for the build container even though Linux capabilities remained restricted. This issue is fixed in version 0.31.1.
CVE-2026-54494 2026-09-09 N/A N/A
Koel is a free, open-source music streaming solution. Prior to 9.7.1, App\Helpers\Network::isPublicHost() uses filter_var() with FILTER_FLAG_NO_PRIV_RANGE and FILTER_FLAG_NO_RES_RANGE, which treats NAT64 64:ff9b::/96 and 6to4 2002::/16 wrappers of private, loopback, or link-local IPv4 addresses as public. An authenticated user can place such an address in a podcast RSS <enclosure url> and reach app/Values/Podcast/EpisodePlayable.php through EpisodePlayable::createForEpisode(), where isSafeUrl() accepts the target and Http::sink($file)->get($url) fetches it. On a host with NAT64 or 6to4 routing, Koel can request internal services or cloud metadata and return the response body to the user. This issue is fixed in version 9.7.1
CVE-2026-54492 2026-09-09 N/A 4.3 MEDIUM
Koel is a free, open-source music streaming solution. Prior to 9.7.0, the Subsonic-compatible createPodcastChannel.view route accepts an authenticated user's private URL because app/Http/Requests/Subsonic/CreatePodcastChannelRequest.php does not apply the SafeUrl validation used by the regular podcast API. app/Http/Controllers/Subsonic/CreatePodcastChannelController.php passes the URL to app/Services/Podcast/PodcastService.php, where PodcastService::addPodcast() and createParser() invoke Poddle::fromUrl() during channel creation, causing immediate server-side requests to loopback, Docker bridge, or RFC1918 HTTP destinations. The confirmed impact is blind internal request execution because generic response-body exfiltration was not demonstrated through this route. This issue is fixed in version 9.7.0.
CVE-2026-55085 2026-09-09 N/A 9.6 CRITICAL
Etherpad is a real-time collaborative editor. Prior to 3.3.1, result.appendSpan in src/static/js/domline.ts interpolates the start attribute of a numbered list directly into an unquoted ol start attribute before assigning the generated markup to node.innerHTML. ImportEtherpad.setPadRaw in src/node/utils/ImportEtherpad.ts accepts attacker-controlled attribute-pool values from a crafted .etherpad import, including list:number1 and a malicious start value. Any user with write access to a pad can store markup that executes as cross-site scripting when another user opens the pad or /timeslider, including when an administrator views the pad. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.1.
CVE-2026-61712 2026-09-09 N/A N/A
BuildKit is a toolkit for converting source code to build artifacts in an efficient, expressive and repeatable manner. Prior to 0.31.1, BuildKit read attacker-controlled /etc/passwd and /etc/group files without an upper bound while resolving a username to a user identifier or group identifier in executor/oci/user.go and solver/llbsolver/ops/user_linux.go. A malicious base image or build could provide oversized files that exhausted memory during user resolution and caused out-of-memory termination of the buildkitd process. This issue is fixed in version 0.31.1.
CVE-2026-67443 2026-09-09 N/A N/A
FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. In 1.3.2 and earlier, the allowDashboard authorization gate in server/integrations/node-red/index.js calls authJwt.verify for /nodered without inspecting the decoded identity. When nodeRedEnabled is true, secureEnabled is true, and nodeRedAuthMode is secure, a remote unauthenticated attacker can obtain a signed guest token from POST /api/heartbeat and use it to access the RED.httpAdmin editor and flow deployment API. Because the Node-RED configuration has no second adminAuth gate, the attacker can deploy function nodes or invoke fuxa.runScript and runtime.scriptsMgr.runScript, gaining control of FUXA project data, configuration, scripts, filesystem-capable runtime helpers, and potentially operating-system commands when nodeRedUnsafeModules is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.3.
CVE-2026-73973 2026-09-09 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins provides monitoring plugins for Icinga, Nagios, and related systems. Prior to version 7.0.0, check-plugins/logfile/logfile accepted a free-form --filename path and opened it as root when invoked through the shipped nagios or icinga sudoers allowlist, without confining the resolved path to /var/log. An attacker who controls the monitoring account can select a root-readable file such as /etc/shadow and use --warning-regex . while leaving SUPPRESS_OUTPUT false, causing each nonempty line to be collected in warn_matches and returned through lib.base.oao(). The vulnerable flow passes the expanded scan_path directly to open(), and neither real-path containment nor an allowlist protects the sink. The same fix also confines mysql-logfile and openvpn-client-list paths, allows only documented log roots, and resolves symlinks and parent-directory traversal before checking containment. This issue is fixed in version 7.0.0.
CVE-2026-52872 2026-09-09 N/A 8.8 HIGH
Streambert is a cross-platform Electron Desktop App to stream and download video content. Prior to 2.5.0, the downloadSubtitleFile utility in src/ipc/downloads.js, reached through the run-download IPC channel, accepts a renderer-supplied subtitle url using the file: URI scheme and passes its decoded pathname to fs.copyFileSync. The renderer also controls downloadPath, which determines the destination path. A compromised renderer can therefore copy any file readable by the StreamBERT process into an attacker-chosen writable location, exposing sensitive local data, and can overwrite existing writable files. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.5.0.
CVE-2026-63407 2026-09-09 N/A 8.2 HIGH
Grav API Plugin is a RESTful API for Grav CMS that provides full headless access to your site's content. Prior to 1.0.0-rc.16, the Grav API plugin CorsMiddleware returns Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * and permissive OPTIONS responses for authenticated /api/v1 endpoints. JavaScript from any origin can submit an attacker-obtained JWT through the Authorization or X-API-Token header, read the authenticated response, and perform write operations with the token owner's privileges, enabling data exfiltration and account modification. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0-rc.16.
CVE-2026-62670 2026-09-09 N/A 6.3 MEDIUM
Grav Flex Objects Plugin allows you to build custom collections of objects. Prior to 1.4.3, the Grav Flex Objects Admin Next API requireFlexPermission() method in classes/Api/FlexApiController.php returns without denying access when a directory blueprint omits config.admin.permissions. An authenticated account with only api.access can use the index, show, create, update, delete, export, and media handlers for a permission-less directory even though the core admin.flex-object. authorization fallback would deny the same actions. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.3.
CVE-2026-47187 2026-09-09 N/A 9.3 CRITICAL
SSHFS is a network filesystem client for connecting to SSH servers. Prior to version 3.7.6, a rogue SFTP server can return absolute symlink targets or relative targets containing parent-directory components that SSHFS passes through FUSE for resolution by the client kernel against the local filesystem. The documented transform_symlinks mitigation does not contain relative targets because transform_symlink() returns early at sshfs.c:2181, while sshfs_readlink() at sshfs.c:2234 to sshfs.c:2236 otherwise copies the server-supplied link target to the kernel. A victim or victim-side tool that follows such a link through ordinary operations such as cp, rsync, backup tooling, or an editor can disclose readable local files back to the server or write server-controlled content to writable local files, potentially including startup or scheduled-task files. This issue is fixed in version 3.7.6.
CVE-2026-49255 2026-09-09 N/A 8.8 HIGH
electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.11.11, electerm constructs operating system commands in src/app/lib/fs.js by interpolating untrusted file paths into the rmrf(), mv(), and cp() functions. A malicious SSH or SFTP server can provide a filename containing quote characters and shell metacharacters, and a victim can cause that filename to reach the affected operation during remote-to-local transfer, conflict renaming, copying, moving, or removal. The generated `rm -rf`, mv, `cp -r`, PowerShell Remove-Item, Move-Item, or Copy-Item command can then interpret the filename as shell syntax. This allows arbitrary command execution with the electerm desktop user's privileges on POSIX and Windows systems, enabling data exfiltration, file modification, malware installation, or denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.11.
CVE-2026-53958 2026-09-09 N/A 7.6 HIGH
4gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management. Prior to 3.3.9, 4gaBoards allows an authenticated user to modify ssoGoogleId, ssoGoogleEmail, ssoGithubId, ssoGithubUsername, ssoGithubEmail, ssoMicrosoftId, ssoMicrosoftEmail, ssoOidcId, and ssoOidcEmail through PATCH /api/users/:id. The whitelist in server/api/controllers/users/update.js mass assigns these backend-managed identity attributes from user input. An attacker can place a victim's provider identifier on an attacker-controlled account, causing the default lookup in helpers such as server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-github-sso.js to match the victim's first SSO login to the attacker's account before the email-linkage flow runs. The victim is logged into the attacker-controlled account, and projects, boards, or data the victim creates remain accessible through the attacker's original local credentials. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.9.
CVE-2026-52737 2026-09-09 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, a malicious unauthenticated P2P peer can answer Zebra's outbound getblocks or FindBlocks request with a small two-hash inventory and then serve a syntactically valid block whose coinbase height is far above the local chain tip. In zebrad/src/components/sync/downloads.rs, BlockDownloadVerifyError::AboveLookaheadHeightLimit originally carried only the block height and hash, so handle_block_response could not attribute the failure to the advertising peer. The error then reached the restart-worthy default path in zebrad/src/components/sync.rs, cancelling all in-flight downloads from honest peers and imposing a 67-second sync restart delay on mainnet. Because the peer was neither scored nor disconnected, the peer could repeat the cycle indefinitely with minimal bandwidth and significantly degrade synchronization without corrupting state. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0.
CVE-2026-52829 2026-09-09 N/A 7.5 HIGH
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, an unauthenticated IPv4 peer can deterministically terminate a synced Zebra node using the default Linux dual-stack listener configuration. The handshake path canonicalized an IPv4-mapped IPv6 PeerSocketAddr such as ::ffff:127.0.0.1 to plain IPv4 before storing it through MetaAddr::new_connected, but the mempool misbehavior path forwarded the raw transient address to MetaAddrChange::UpdateMisbehavior. In zebra-network/src/meta_addr.rs, apply_to_meta_addr then compared the canonical address-book entry with the raw update address and reached its unexpected address mismatch assertion. After the misbehavior batch flush, panic equals abort terminated zebrad; the peer only needed to complete a P2P handshake and advertise an invalid mempool transaction. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0.
CVE-2026-73974 2026-09-09 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
linuxfabrik-lib provides Python modules for database access, caching, shell execution, and API integrations, and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins uses its shared testing helper across check plugins. Prior to linuxfabrik-lib 6.1.0 and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins 7.0.0, lib.lftest.test() treated the first or second element of a --test CSV argument as a filesystem path and returned the file contents as simulated standard output or standard error without path confinement. The hidden but production-accessible --test argument was accepted by sudo-authorized plugins, so an attacker controlling the nagios or icinga account could use check-plugins/deb-updates/deb-updates with its default QUERY=1 to disclose every line of a root-readable file. Approximately 22 other plugins exposed filtered content or a root file existence and readability oracle through the same helper, while check-plugins/network-bonding/network-bonding and check-plugins/openstack-swift-stat/openstack-swift-stat had direct read paths that bypassed the helper. The library fix confines fixture reads to the invoking plugin's unit-test directory and refuses unsafe anchors, and the plugin fix routes the two bypasses through that helper. These issues are fixed in linuxfabrik-lib 6.1.0 and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins 7.0.0.
CVE-2026-61690 2026-09-09 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
Grav is a file-based Web platform. Prior to 2.0.1, Grav ZipArchiver::extract() in system/src/Grav/Common/Filesystem/ZipArchiver.php passes archives to ZipArchive::extractTo() without enforcing the system.gpm.archive uncompressed-size, file-count, or nesting-depth limits. Code using Archiver::create('zip') to extract an attacker-controlled archive can exhaust disk space or inodes and make the site unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.1.
CVE-2026-49253 2026-09-09 N/A 7.1 HIGH
electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.11.11, electerm uses remote-supplied filenames directly with path.join() while receiving Zmodem and Trzsz transfers. In src/app/server/zmodem.js, prepareReceiveFile() joins the filename to the user-selected save path, and in src/app/server/trzsz.js, getUniqueFilePath(), the openSaveFile() callback, and the savedFilePaths mapping construct destinations without sanitization. A malicious SSH server or remote shell can provide a filename containing traversal components such as ../escaped.txt or ../../.bashrc. When the victim accepts the transfer and selects a download directory, electerm can write outside that directory and overwrite files accessible to the desktop user, potentially changing sensitive configuration or impairing availability. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.11.
CVE-2026-61607 2026-09-09 N/A 4.6 MEDIUM
Grav API Plugin is a RESTful API for Grav CMS that provides full headless access to your site's content. Prior to 1.0.2, the Grav API plugin POST /api/v1/media pipeline in HandlesMediaUploads::processUploadedFile() validates an SVG filename extension but does not invoke Security::sanitizeSVG(). An attacker with api.media.write permission can store an SVG containing JavaScript, and the server returns the file as Content-Type: image/svg+xml so the script executes when a victim opens it, allowing session data theft and authenticated actions. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2.
