| CVE-2026-62160 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Daptin is a GraphQL/JSON-API headless CMS. Prior to 0.12.26, the global `LanguageMiddleware` in `server/language.go` passes the raw `Accept-Language` header from `LanguageMiddlewareFunc` through `GetLanguagePreference` to `golang.org/x/text/language.ParseAcceptLanguage` without a size or shape filter. The guard for CVE-2022-32149 counts hyphens but not underscores, even though the internal parser normalizes underscores to hyphens. Long lists of underscore-separated language subtags longer than eight characters bypass the guard. These subtags fail the `len <= 8` length check in `golang.org/x/text/internal/language/parse.go`, causing repeated `gobble` operations to move the entire remaining buffer through `runtime.memmove`. With many invalid subtags, this repeated buffer movement takes quadratic work. Unauthenticated requests to the public landing page or `/api` can consume disproportionate CPU, with a 256 KiB header already causing seconds of processing and larger input permitted by the default 1 MiB header ceiling. `resource.CheckErr` also logs the entire invalid header, amplifying cost, while normal successful HTTP responses can conceal the denial-of-service traffic. Repeated requests can saturate server CPU. This issue is fixed in version 0.12.26. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61850 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Kargo manages and automates the promotion of software artifacts. From 0.6.0 until 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8, two authorization flaws in the `project-scoped RBAC API` let an authenticated user with delegated permission to manage a Project's `Roles` or `ServiceAccounts` confer permissions exceeding the user's own. A user authorized to edit `Roles` can create, replace, or add rules granting permissions not held by the user; a user authorized to edit a Role's ServiceAccount can bind an identity, including the user's own, to a more powerful Role. A Kargo Role comprises a `ServiceAccount, Role, and RoleBinding` in the Project namespace. Changes are written using the API server's broadly privileged credentials after only a coarse resource-kind edit check, rather than checking each permission being conferred. This permits escalation to Project-administrator access, disclosure of `Project Secrets` and credentials, and modification or deletion of Project resources. Stolen Git, container-registry, or Helm-registry credentials can extend confidentiality and integrity impacts to those external systems. Escalation remains limited to Projects where the attacker already has RBAC-management delegation and does not itself grant cluster-wide or cross-Project access. Default non-administrator roles do not permit these operations; exploitation requires an `administrator-created custom role` granting the relevant permissions and control of an account assigned that role. This issue is fixed in versions 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61845 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass converts `CSS scientific notation` number values with unbounded exponentiation before clamping the result to `Float::MAX`. Applications that use Crass to parse attacker-controlled CSS strings can be forced to spend disproportionate CPU and memory parsing a tiny input, potentially resulting in a crash. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61694 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 3.7 LOW | ||
| go-xrpl is a Go implementation of the XRP Ledger protocol. In versions through the June 18, 2026 revision identified by the advisory, `ParseMPTAmountBinary` in `internal/ledger/state/ripple_state.go` converts the eight-byte MPT magnitude using `num.Int64()` without checking that it fits in 63 bits. A positive magnitude of at least 2^63 silently wraps into a negative amount without an error. `ParseEscrow` passes 33-byte `sfAmount` fields to the parser and stores `MPTRaw()` in `EscrowData.MPTAmount`, causing incorrect downstream calculations and divergence from rippled's interpretation of the same escrow entry. Independently, `readMPTAmount` in `internal/tx/ledgerfields/decode_stream.go` accepts over-limit magnitudes and surfaces large decimal strings without enforcing the maximum signed 64-bit value. The public codec in codec/binarycodec/types/amount.go already rejects these values, leaving the internal decoders inconsistent with that safe path. A source fix is available in commit 9dbd3935ed6c54f0232f2291edf9c012a0900dd5. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61618 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| SNARK Verifier is a generic (S)NARK verifier. Prior to 0.2.5, KZG accumulator public-instance limbs are decoded without consistently enforcing canonical limb bounds before elliptic-curve coordinate reconstruction. `PlonkProof::read` selects scalars using `accumulator_indices` and passes them to `AccumulatorEncoding::from_repr`. For the EVM loader, `LimbsEncoding::from_repr` forwards them to `EvmLoader::ec_point_from_limbs` in `snark-verifier/src/loader/evm/loader.rs`, where `shl` and `add` reconstruct coordinates before `validate_ec_point` checks the resulting affine point rather than the original limb bounds. The related native path in `snark-verifier/src/pcs/kzg/accumulator.rs` can reach assertion- or unwrap-based decoding and panic instead of returning a verification error. This allows noncanonical encodings at the verifier boundary and can crash the native verifier. Standard SDK aggregation circuits are expected to constrain accumulator limbs before this boundary, which limits practical exploitability. This issue is fixed in version 0.2.5. | |||||
| CVE-2026-60881 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools product of Oracle PeopleSoft (component: Meta Data). Supported versions that are affected are 8.61-8.63. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:H). | |||||
| CVE-2026-59978 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| AdminNeo is a full-featured database management tool written in PHP. From 4.6.2 until 5.5.0, the unauthenticated `?script=version` endpoint accepts POST data without origin, CSRF or parameter-type validation. A `version[]` parameter becomes a PHP array that `bootstrap.inc.php` serializes into the shared `adminneo.version` cache. On later page loads, `design.inc.php` passes that cached value to `cookie()` and `rawurlencode()`, causing a `TypeError` rather than encoding a version string. A remote attacker can make the instance return HTTP 500 to all users for the cache's twenty-four-hour lifetime or until the poisoned cache is removed. Exploitation requires the web server to be able to write that shared cache; making it unwritable is an interim workaround. The issue retains the underlying type-validation defect reported previously in Adminer despite changes to AdminNeo's version-checking flow. This issue is fixed in version 5.5.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-59396 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.9 MEDIUM | ||
| A denial-of-service vulnerability exists in UAA's private_key_jwt client-authentication mechanism. When UAA retrieves a remote JWKS URI, it caches the response. Invalid authentication attempts can trigger full deserialization of this cached data. An attacker with prerequisites (write access to clients or a compromised endpoint) can send anonymous requests that force repeated parsing of large cached objects, causing excessive CPU usage and potential Java heap exhaustion via OutOfMemoryError, resulting in service unavailability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-59387 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| The Nginx routing configuration for Cloud Controller blocks unauthenticated access to /internal/v4/ and /internal/v5/ endpoints but omits an equivalent deny rule for /internal/v3/. As a result, the staging callback endpoints /internal/v3/staging/:guid/droplet_completed and /internal/v3/staging/:guid/build_completed are reachable from the public API listener without OAuth or mutual TLS. An attacker with a valid build or droplet GUID can submit a forged staging callback, transition a droplet to STAGED, and persist arbitrary process metadata and sidecar data with no associated package or actor. A SpaceAuditor can enumerate GUIDs without write permissions, making this an effective privilege escalation beyond the intended role boundary. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55598 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| PinePods is a complete, self-hosted podcast management system written in Rust. Prior to 0.9.0, an authenticated user can subscribe to an attacker-controlled RSS feed through `POST /api/data/add_podcast` in `rust-api/src/handlers/podcasts.rs`. `get_podcast_values` and `add_episodes` in `rust-api/src/database.rs` parse the feed with `feed-rs` and store the `<enclosure url>` verbatim in `Episodes.episodeurl` without destination host/IP validation. `POST /api/data/download_podcast` invokes `spawn_download_podcast_episode` and `download_episode_and_wait()` in `rust-api/src/services/tasks.rs`, which sends a `reqwest` GET to the stored URL and saves and records the response in `DownloadedEpisodes` for later retrieval. The `estimate_duration_from_audio_url_async()` path in `rust-api/src/database.rs` also sends an unvalidated HEAD during feed add/refresh. Default redirect following permits an initially external enclosure URL to redirect to an internal target. A low-privilege user can make server-side GET/HEAD requests to reachable loopback, private-network and cloud metadata services and read downloaded internal responses, enabling internal-service enumeration, confidential-data disclosure and possible metadata credential theft. Episode downloading requires server downloads to be enabled, which is the default; self-service signup is supported. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55493 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| HotCRP is conference review software. Starting with 2.101, the `cmt:` search term checks whether a comment is visible to the searching user but fails to check whether the commenter's identity should be visible. A `cmt:USER` search can therefore match a paper with a visible comment authored by USER even when the comment is supposed to be anonymous. An authenticated user with access to the search can infer the author of an anonymous comment, compromising reviewer anonymity. Comments that the user cannot see remain excluded from search results. The advisory prose identifies 3.3 as fixed, its affected-version metadata excludes 3.3, and the verified repository tag 3.3 already contains the identity-check fix; however, its patched-version metadata instead lists 3.3.1. This fixed-version source conflict remains unresolved. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55098 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| Arc is an open, SQL-native time-series database for telemetry. Prior to the repository-verified 26.06.2 repair, the remediation of `CVE-2026-47735` leaves a cross-database authorization bypass through DuckDB table-valued I/O functions. In `internal/database/sandbox.go`, `allowed_directories` uses `cfg.LocalStorageRoot`, configured by `storage.local_path`, while `enable_external_access=false` blocks access outside that entire multi-tenant root. `GetStoragePath` in `internal/storage/util.go` stores all databases beneath it. In `internal/api/query.go`, `extractTableReferences` skips names followed by an opening parenthesis and `checkQueryPermissions` allows queries with no extracted table references, including tokens with `permissions: []`. The `userSQLReadParquetPattern` denylist catches literal `read_parquet(` and the earlier protection also blocks `arc_partition_agg(`, but misses the `parquet_scan` alias and `glob`, `parquet_metadata`, `parquet_schema`, `read_blob`, `read_csv_auto`, `read_json` and `read_text`. A request to `POST /api/v1/query` using these unblocked functions passes `ValidateSQLRequest` and `convertSQLToStoragePaths` without tenant authorization, allowing reads and enumeration of other databases' time-series data, schema and per-column value-range statistics within the allowlisted root. The sandbox still blocks out-of-root OS files and HTTP SSRF, and the sibling SQLite token database outside the root is not exposed by this mechanism. The earlier 26.06.1 remediation does not comprehensively deny these I/O functions. Repository tag 26.06.2 contains the I/O-function repair and supplies the provisional remediation boundary; conflicting advisory affected-version statements require curator adjudication. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54532 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.9 MEDIUM | ||
| CloudPirates Open Source Helm Charts is a collection of Helm charts. Prior to commit 271d415, pull_request_target workflow is vulnerable to cache poisoning and OIDC token theft. A pull_request_target workflow checks out fork code using github.event.pull_request.head.sha or .head.ref. This gives attacker-controlled code access to base repository secrets and tokens. A pull_request_target workflow writes to a shared Actions cache. A subsequent release or publish workflow restores from the same cache scope, allowing a poisoned cache entry to execute during release. This issue has been patched via commit 271d415. | |||||
| CVE-2026-49442 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Cacti is an open source performance and fault management framework. Prior to version 1.2.31, a User Enumeration vulnerability allows an attacker to identify valid usernames on the Cacti service. When a user attempts to log in, the application returns slightly different error messages depending on whether the provided username exists in the system. When username exists on Cacti, in the response, they see Access Denied! Login failed. When it does not exist on Cacti, they see Access Denied! Login Failed. The only difference between the responses is the capitalization of the letter "f" in the word failed. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.31. | |||||
| CVE-2026-120007 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| NodeBB 1.18.0 through 4.16.5 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated visitors to act on other accounts by supplying a uid during POST /register. Attackers can submit an empty email at the /register/complete interstitial to clear a victim's email and confirmation state and revoke all their sessions. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119777 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH | ||
| A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad H.266/VVC parser. When processing a malformed H.266 media file or stream, an integer overflow while parsing profile, tier, and level fields can lead to a stack-based buffer overflow. An attacker could cause an application to crash and may be able to execute code in the context of the affected application. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119763 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| changelog.com before commit 7b35e829 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read unpublished content via preview routes in PostController, NewsIssueController and NewsItemController. Attackers can enumerate hashid post IDs, sequential newsletter slugs and integer news IDs against preview endpoints to read draft posts, unsent newsletters and declined news items. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119730 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Maxthon Browser for Android before 7.5.8.103 contains an address bar spoofing vulnerability that allows remote attackers to misrepresent a page's origin by exploiting the lack of a persistent fullscreen notification or trusted origin indicator when the Fullscreen API is invoked. Attackers can craft a malicious web page that renders a counterfeit address bar showing a trusted domain while displaying attacker-controlled content, tricking users who perform a single tap to enter fullscreen into disclosing credentials via phishing. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119729 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM | ||
| A flaw was found in GStreamer. An integer overflow vulnerability in the AV1 LEB128 variable-length integer parser allows a remote attacker to cause a crash in applications that process AV1 media content. By crafting a malformed AV1 bitstream containing an invalid LEB128-encoded value, an attacker can cause integer overflow in the parser, resulting in incorrect length values being used during stream processing, which can lead to a denial of service. | |||||
| CVE-2026-119728 | 2026-10-30 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM | ||
| A flaw was found in the H.264 video parser in gst-plugins-bad. When processing a specially crafted H.264 video file with malformed Multiview (MVC) Sequence Parameter Set data, the parser can dereference a NULL pointer during the cleanup of partially allocated internal structures after a parse failure. This can cause the application using GStreamer to crash, resulting in a denial of service. | |||||
