| CVE-2026-101861 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 4.1 MEDIUM | ||
| Langflow 1.0.16 before 1.12.0 and 0.0.94 before 1.12.0 contain an unsafe eval() vulnerability in schema.py that allows authenticated attackers to achieve code execution by placing a Python object with a malicious __repr__ method into component input options lists. The eval() sink is triggered when a component is converted into a LangChain tool via ComponentToolkit.get_tools(), including during custom component saves through the API, by interpolating options into a Literal type string that is passed directly to eval() without safe evaluation controls. | |||||
| CVE-2026-55107 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| Kobako is a Ruby gem that embeds a Wasm-isolated mruby interpreter inside applications, allowing execution of untrusted Ruby scripts (LLM-generated code, user formulas, student submissions, third-party plugins) in-process without giving them access to host memory, files, network, or credentials. From version 0.1.0 to before version 0.9.1, a guest mruby script running inside the Kobako sandbox can execute arbitrary Ruby in the host process, fully escaping the sandbox. This issue has been patched in version 0.9.1. | |||||

| Taskcluster is the task execution framework that supports Mozilla's continuous integration and release processes. Prior to version 100.3.0, Taskcluster is vulnerable to unauthenticated RCE on Taskcluster deployments with an anonymous role that exposes the GraphQL endpoint and parses filter arguments using the sift library. This issue has been patched in version 100.3.0. | |||||

| CVE-2026-57583 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 3.3 LOW | ||
| OpenZeppelin Contracts Wizard is a web application to interactively build a contract out of components from OpenZeppelin Contracts. Prior to @openzeppelin/wizard 0.10.11, @openzeppelin/wizard-cairo 3.0.1, @openzeppelin/wizard-stellar 0.6.2, and @openzeppelin/wizard-stylus 0.3.1, the setInfo code path prints info.securityContact and info.license verbatim into single-line comments in generated Solidity, Cairo, Stellar/Soroban, and Stylus source. A line terminator ends the comment and causes following input to be emitted as source declarations. Exploitation requires an integration to populate these fields from untrusted input and a user to consume the generated source; normal self-service web, AI assistant, CLI, and self-hosted API use does not cross that trust boundary, shared links cannot set the fields, and no code executes on a Wizard service. This issue affects generated-source integrity only and is fixed in versions 0.10.11, 3.0.1, 0.6.2, and 0.3.1 of the respective packages. | |||||
| CVE-2026-88062 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| OmniRoute is an open-source AI gateway providing a single endpoint for multiple model providers. In 3.8.49 and earlier, the OmniRoute POST /api/acp/agents custom ACP agent endpoint accepted attacker-controlled binary and versionCommand values and used only a self-consistency check before execFileSync executed the selected interpreter and arguments. The same request called refreshAgentCache, and resolveVersionProbe accepted the matched command before the execFileSync sink ran it. The tokenizeVersionCommand function and DISALLOWED_VERSION_COMMAND_CHARS filter rejected a limited set of shell metacharacters but still allowed interpreter evaluation arguments. The isAuthenticated function relied on isAuthRequired, which accepted anonymous requests when requireLogin was false, while api/acp/ was absent from LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES and SPAWN_CAPABLE_PREFIXES. With requireLogin=false or during a fresh-instance bootstrap window, a remote anonymous request could supply an interpreter evaluation argument and execute arbitrary code in the server container. With requireLogin=true and a configured management password, exploitation instead required a management session or management-scoped API key. No fixed version is available as of this review. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102847 | 2026-09-30 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||

The affected element is the function kirim of the file application/modules/web/controllers/buku_tamu.php of the component Guest Book. This manipulation of the argument nama/email/pesan causes cross site scripting. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been published and may be used. This product follows a rolling release approach for continuous delivery, so version details for affected or updated releases are not provided. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53710 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| MCP Context Forge is an AI gateway, registry, and proxy for MCP, A2A, REST, and gRPC APIs. Prior to 1.0.2, the python_sandbox_server in mcp-servers/python/python_sandbox_server/src/python_sandbox_server/server_fastmcp.py exposes raw getattr through safe_builtins, omits a required _getattr_ guard, and relies on validate_code checks for literal dangerous dunder strings. An attacker can construct dunder names at runtime, traverse the Python class hierarchy, reach subprocess.Popen, and execute OS commands with the server process privileges through the execute_code MCP tool. The HTTP/SSE transport can expose this tool without authentication, while stdio-only deployments have reduced network reachability. The issue affects the python_sandbox_server subproject and does not directly affect the core Context Forge gateway or proxy components. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-47252 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 9.0 CRITICAL | ||
| Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, authenticated users with INSERT or UPDATE access to affected macOS virtual tables can execute operating-system commands because the Chrome plugin and equivalent Brave, Edge, and Safari variants interpolate a SQL-controlled URL into AppleScript or JXA source passed to osascript. In plugins/chrome/tabs.go, tabsTable.Insert() passes the URL through fmt.Sprintf(newTabScript, url), and tabsTable.Update() uses fmt.Sprintf(setURLScript, pk, url). A URL containing quote and newline characters can break out of the intended string or property record and append script statements, resulting in arbitrary command execution with the privileges of the anyquery process on the macOS host. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.5. | |||||
| CVE-2026-93348 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| Unsloth Zoo versions 2025.9.9 before 2026.8.14, as implemented in Unsloth 2025.9.9 through 2026.8.19, contains a code injection vulnerability in the model-loading compile path where the get_transformers_model_type() function in hf_utils.py collects model_type values from nested model configurations without enforcing a character allowlist, allowing newlines and arbitrary Python source to survive normalization. Attackers can embed a newline in a nested model_type value within a malicious model's config.json to terminate the generated import statement and execute arbitrary Python code via exec() in unsloth_compile_transformers(), achieving remote code execution as the loading user when the model is loaded for training or inference. | |||||
| CVE-2026-77177 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| Open GenAI Stack (aka ogx-ai) 2026-06-11, as used in the Meta AI backend for WhatsApp and other products, allows code execution because prompt injection (with Jinja2 template syntax) can be used to achieve server-side expression evaluation without sanitization. | |||||

| Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution (RCE) in AcyMailing SMTP Newsletter <= 11.0.5 versions. | |||||
| CVE-2024-42002 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 8.4 HIGH | ||
| A code injection vulnerability has been discovered in the Robot Operating System 2 (ROS 2) 'ros2topic' command-line tool, affecting all ROS 2 distributions from Crystal Clemmys up to and including Lyrical Luth and Rolling Ridley. The vulnerability lies in the 'hz' verb, which reports the publishing rate of a topic and accepts a user-provided Python expression via the --filter option. This input is passed directly to the eval() function without sanitization, allowing a local user to craft and execute arbitrary code. | |||||
