CVE-2026-33805 1 Fastify 2 Fastify\/http-proxy, Reply-from 2026-10-26 N/A 8.6 HIGH
@fastify/reply-from v12.6.1 and earlier and @fastify/http-proxy v11.4.3 and earlier process the client's Connection header after the proxy has added its own headers via rewriteRequestHeaders. This allows attackers to retroactively strip proxy-added headers from upstream requests by listing them in the Connection header value. Any header added by the proxy for routing, access control, or security purposes can be selectively removed by a client. @fastify/http-proxy is also affected as it delegates to @fastify/reply-from. Upgrade to @fastify/reply-from v12.6.2 or @fastify/http-proxy v11.4.4 or later.
CVE-2026-4096 1 Hcltech 1 Devops Plan 2026-10-26 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
IBM DevOps Plan 3.0.0 through 3.0.6 is vulnerable to HTTP header injection, caused by improper validation of input by the HOST headers. This could allow an attacker to conduct various attacks against the vulnerable system, including cross-site scripting, cache poisoning or session hijacking
CVE-2026-55791 2026-10-25 N/A N/A
Craft CMS is a content management system (CMS). Versions 4.0.0-RC1 and above, prior to 4.18.0 and 5.0.0-RC1, and above, prior to 5.10.0, are vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) and Arbitrary JavaScript Injection through the /actions/app/resource-js endpoint. By exploiting the default permissive trustedHosts configuration, an attacker can poison the Host or X-Forwarded-Host header to manipulate the application’s $baseUrl. This bypasses the endpoint’s internal URL validation, forcing the backend Guzzle client to fetch a malicious payload from an attacker-controlled server and reflect it to the client with a Content-Type: application/javascript header. The vulnerability manifests when assetManager.cacheSourcePaths is set to false. This issue has been fixed in versions 4.18.0 and 5.10.0.
CVE-2026-21762 1 Hcltech 1 Devops Loop 2026-10-24 N/A 3.7 LOW
HCL DevOps Loop is affected by missing HTTP security headers. Missing security headers may reduce browser protections against common web-based attacks such as clickjacking, MIME-type sniffing, and cross-site scripting.
CVE-2026-67179 2026-10-24 N/A 7.8 HIGH
Genkit does not properly validate host request headers. Any host on the developer's network, and any website the developer visits (via DNS rebinding), can reach POST /api/runAction on the Dev UI server (default port 4000) and execute any registered Genkit action and read the result. Fixed on 2026-06-18.
CVE-2026-66778 1 Sap 1 Approuter 2026-10-24 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
SAP Approuter does not sufficiently sanitize certain request headers before forwarding traffic to internal components. An unauthenticated attacker could send a specially crafted request to obtain limited unauthorized access to information. This results in a low impact on confidentiality. There is no impact on integrity and availability.
CVE-2026-72574 2026-10-24 N/A 6.1 MEDIUM
A host header injection vulnerability in picocms/Pico through 2.1.4 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to control the origin of JavaScript and CSS assets loaded by the default theme. When base_url is unset (the default), Pico::getBaseUrl in lib/Pico.php builds the base URL from unvalidated Host, X-Forwarded-Host, X-Forwarded-Proto, and X-Forwarded-Port request headers.
CVE-2026-48061 2026-10-23 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
Litestar is an Asynchronous Server Gateway Interface (ASGI) framework. In versions prior to 2.22.0, an attacker can bypass the allowed hosts validation by omitting the Host header and supplying an X-Forwarded-Host header set to a whitelisted domain. The AllowedHostsMiddleware trusts the X-Forwarded-Host header as a fallback when the Host header is absent. Since X-Forwarded-Host is a client-controllable header, this enables host header injection attacks such as password reset poisoning, cache poisoning, and server-side request routing manipulation. Any application using AllowedHostsConfig is affected when deployed without a reverse proxy that strips X-Forwarded-Host, or when accepting HTTP/1.0 connections. This issue has been fixed in version 2.22.0.
CVE-2026-0516 2026-10-23 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
A improper neutralization of HTTP Headers for Scripting Syntax vulnerability in SonicOS could allow a remote attacker to manipulate the Host header and redirect firewall management users to arbitrary web domains.
CVE-2026-69183 2026-10-18 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Monkeytype is a minimalistic and customizable typing test. In 26.26.0 and earlier, the backend rate-limit key generator in backend/src/middlewares/rate-limit.ts uses client-controlled cf-connecting-ip and x-forwarded-for headers before the trust-proxy-derived req.ip value. An unauthenticated attacker can rotate either header to create a new bucket for each request, bypassing rootRateLimiter, badAuthRateLimiter, getKey(), and the getKeyWithUid() fallback used by public endpoints. This permits repeated POST /users/forgotPasswordEmail and verificationEmail requests, mail bombing registered users, consuming Firebase or SMTP quota, evading brute-force protection, and enabling resource exhaustion. Exploitability of cf-connecting-ip depends on deployment topology, but x-forwarded-for and direct-to-origin paths remain affected when those values are not overwritten by a trusted proxy. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2025-13434 1 Jameschz 1 Hush 2026-10-18 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
A weakness has been identified in jameschz Hush Framework 2.0. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file Hush\hush-lib\hush\Util.php of the component HTTP Host Header Handler. This manipulation of the argument $_SERVER['HOST'] causes improper neutralization of http headers for scripting syntax. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be exploited. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2025-36223 1 Ibm 1 Openpages 2026-10-18 N/A 5.4 MEDIUM
IBM OpenPages 9.0 and 9.1 is vulnerable to HTTP header injection, caused by improper validation of input by the HOST headers. This could allow an attacker to conduct various attacks against the vulnerable system, including cross-site scripting, cache poisoning or session hijacking.
CVE-2025-13803 2026-10-18 7.5 HIGH 7.3 HIGH
A vulnerability was identified in MediaCrush 1.0.0/1.0.1. The affected element is an unknown function of the file /mediacrush/paths.py of the component Header Handler. Such manipulation of the argument Host leads to improper neutralization of http headers for scripting syntax. The attack can be launched remotely.
CVE-2026-110723 2026-10-15 N/A 7.5 HIGH
In `api-gateway` versions till `1.7.3`, The default rate-limit key resolver, `ClientIpKeyResolver`, derives the per-client bucket key from the leftmost element of the `X-Forwarded-For` request header. That element is supplied by the originating HTTP client and is not validated against any trusted-proxy list. A single attacker can therefore obtain an unlimited number of independent rate-limit buckets — one per unique header value — and completely bypass the gateway's request-rate limiting on every route that uses the shipped default configuration.
CVE-2025-52647 2026-10-08 N/A 6.1 MEDIUM
The BigFix WebUI application responds with HOST information from the HTTP header field making it vulnerable to Host Header Poisoning Attacks.
CVE-2025-67724 1 Tornadoweb 1 Tornado 2026-10-07 N/A 5.4 MEDIUM
Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. In versions 6.5.2 and below, the supplied reason phrase is used unescaped in HTTP headers (where it could be used for header injection) or in HTML in the default error page (where it could be used for XSS) and can be exploited by passing untrusted or malicious data into the reason argument. Used by both RequestHandler.set_status and tornado.web.HTTPError, the argument is designed to allow applications to pass custom "reason" phrases (the "Not Found" in HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found) to the HTTP status line (mainly for non-standard status codes). This issue is fixed in version 6.5.3.
CVE-2025-64425 1 Coollabs 1 Coolify 2026-10-07 N/A 8.1 HIGH
Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. In Coolify versions up to and including v4.0.0-beta.434, an attacker can initiate a password reset for a victim, and modify the host header of the request to a malicious value. The victim will receive a password reset email, with a link to the malicious host. If the victim clicks this link, their reset token is sent to the attacker's server, allowing the attacker to use it to change the victim's password and takeover their account. As of time of publication, it is unclear if a patch is available.
CVE-2025-66485 1 Ibm 1 Aspera Shares 2026-10-07 N/A 5.4 MEDIUM
IBM Aspera Shares 1.9.9 through 1.11.0 is vulnerable to HTTP header injection, caused by improper validation of input by the HOST headers.  This could allow an attacker to conduct various attacks against the vulnerable system, including cross-site scripting, cache poisoning or session hijacking.
CVE-2024-51454 1 Ibm 1 Engineering Workflow Management 2026-10-02 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
IBM Engineering Workflow Management 7.0.2 through 7.0.2 Interim Fix 035, 7.0.3 through 7.0.3 Interim Fix 017, and 7.1 through 7.1 Interim Fix 004 is vulnerable to HTTP header injection, caused by improper validation of input by the HOST headers. This could allow an attacker to conduct various attacks against the vulnerable system, including cross-site scripting, cache poisoning or session hijacking.
CVE-2026-48126 2026-07-24 N/A 8.2 HIGH
Algernon is a small self-contained pure-Go web server. Prior to 1.17.8, when algernon is started with --domain (or --letsencrypt, which silently turns on --domain at engine/flags.go:372), the request handler resolves the served directory by joining the configured --dir with the value of the client-supplied Host header. The join is performed by filepath.Join with no validation, so a Host: .. header walks one level above the document root. Subsequent file resolution then exposes everything in that parent directory — arbitrary file read, full directory listing, and, if any .lua file is present, server-side Lua execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.17.8.
