| CVE-2026-18963 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| A flaw was found in the reset-credentials flow of the keycloak-services component, which is the core engine for identity and access management in Red Hat Build of Keycloak. The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker to force the password reset process for any user without needing to click the required email verification link. This can result in the attacker gaining full control over target user accounts by directly setting new credentials. | |||||
| CVE-2026-43845 | 2026-10-20 | N/A | N/A | ||
| A vulnerability in the password reset mechanism could allow an attacker to bypass the authentication mechanism. | |||||

| A security vulnerability has been detected in aircheng-org iWebShop-5 up to 5.16. This affects the function send_message_mobile of the file controllers/simple.php. Such manipulation of the argument user_id leads to weak password recovery. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | |||||
| CVE-2025-62406 | 1 Piwigo | 1 Piwigo | 2026-10-19 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Piwigo is a full featured open source photo gallery application for the web. In Piwigo 15.6.0, using the password reset function allows sending a password-reset URL by entering an existing username or email address. However, the hostname used to construct this URL is taken from the HTTP request's Host header and is not validated at all. Therefore, an attacker can send a password-reset URL with a modified hostname to an existing user whose username or email the attacker knows or guesses. This issue has been patched in version 15.7.0. | |||||
| CVE-2025-64101 | 1 Zitadel | 1 Zitadel | 2026-10-19 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Zitadel is open-source identity infrastructure software. Prior to 4.6.0, 3.4.3, and 2.71.18, a potential vulnerability exists in ZITADEL's password reset mechanism. ZITADEL utilizes the Forwarded or X-Forwarded-Host header from incoming requests to construct the URL for the password reset confirmation link. This link, containing a secret code, is then emailed to the user. If an attacker can manipulate these headers (e.g., via host header injection), they could cause ZITADEL to generate a password reset link pointing to a malicious domain controlled by the attacker. If the user clicks this manipulated link in the email, the secret reset code embedded in the URL can be captured by the attacker. This captured code could then be used to reset the user's password and gain unauthorized access to their account. It's important to note that this specific attack vector is mitigated for accounts that have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Passwordless authentication enabled. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.0, 3.4.3, and 2.71.18. | |||||
| CVE-2025-61977 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 7.0 HIGH | ||
| A weak password recovery mechanism for forgotten password vulnerability was discovered in Productivity Suite software version v4.4.1.19. The vulnerability allows an attacker to decrypt an encrypted project by answering just one recovery question. | |||||
| CVE-2025-12866 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| EIP Plus developed by Hundred Plus has a Weak Password Recovery Mechanism vulnerability, allowing unauthenticated remote attacker to predict or brute-force the 'forgot password' link, thereby successfully resetting any user's password. | |||||
| CVE-2025-62709 | 1 Oxygenz | 1 Clipbucket | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 6.8 MEDIUM |
| ClipBucket v5 is an open source video sharing platform. In ClipBucket version 5.5.2, a change to network.class.php causes the application to dynamically build the server URL from the incoming HTTP Host header when the configuration base_url is not set. Because Host is a client-controlled header, an attacker can supply an arbitrary Host value. This allows an attacker to cause password-reset links (sent by forget.php) to be generated with the attacker’s domain. If a victim follows that link and enters their activation code on the attacker-controlled domain, the attacker can capture the code and use it to reset the victim’s password and take over the account. This issue has been patched in version 5.5.2#162. | |||||
| CVE-2025-66225 | 1 Orangehrm | 1 Orangehrm | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| OrangeHRM is a comprehensive human resource management (HRM) system. From version 5.0 to 5.7, the password reset workflow does not enforce that the username submitted in the final reset request matches the account for which the reset process was originally initiated. After obtaining a valid reset link for any account they can receive email for, an attacker can alter the username parameter in the final reset request to target a different user. Because the system accepts the supplied username without verification, the attacker can set a new password for any chosen account, including privileged accounts, resulting in full account takeover. This issue has been patched in version 5.8. | |||||
| CVE-2025-53704 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| The password reset mechanism for the Pivot client application is weak, and it may allow an attacker to take over the account. | |||||
| CVE-2026-109204 | 2026-10-18 | N/A | 6.3 MEDIUM | ||
| LogicalDOC Community Edition through 9.3 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the PswRecovery servlet that fails to bind password recovery tickets to the requesting user. Attackers can obtain a ticket for their own account and reuse it with any userId, including administrators, to reset victims' passwords, lock them out, and reveal their email addresses. | |||||
| CVE-2026-108337 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| An administrator could retrieve the password reset code for any user and take over the account. The password reset codes were included in the output of an API and could be used to reset the password of any account. The API is limited to use by administrator accounts only. An attacker who already has administrative access to the application could compromise the credentials of other accounts on the application. Device credentials and customer data cannot be accessed with this vulnerability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-108335 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | N/A | ||
| When the password reset functionality is enabled, and email is configured, an attacker could take over any account using a brute-force attack. There is no rate limiting on the attempts to enter the reset code, leading to the possibility of a brute force solution to the password reset challenge. An attacker could gain administrative access to the application and perform actions like configuring the service or requesting log collection. Device credentials and customer data cannot be accessed with this vulnerability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53997 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH | ||
| Netherman Portal del Hermano (portaldelhermano.es) before 2026-10-06 contains a broken authentication vulnerability in its password-recovery flow at the POST /password/create-access and POST /password/email endpoints, allowing unauthenticated attackers to take over any member account across all tenants by exploiting the lack of rate limiting and distinct error messages that act as oracles for each of the four identity-verification factors (DNI, date of birth, phone number, last four IBAN digits). Attackers can confirm the DNI via the oracle, brute-force the date of birth and IBAN digits, obtain the phone number through open-source intelligence, then submit an attacker-controlled email field so the password reset link is delivered to them, enabling full account takeover including profile data, full IBAN, and fiscal documents. | |||||
