| CVE-2026-25930 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the Layout-Based Form (LBF) printable view accepts `formid` and `visitid` (or `patientid`) from the request and does not verify that the form belongs to the current user’s authorized patient/encounter. An authenticated user with LBF access can enumerate form IDs and view or print any patient’s encounter forms. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25929 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the document controller’s `patient_picture` context serves the patient’s photo by document ID or patient ID without verifying that the current user is authorized to access that patient. An authenticated user with document ACL can supply another patient’s ID and retrieve their photo. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25927 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the DICOM viewer state API (e.g. upload or state save/load) accepts a document ID (`doc_id`) without verifying that the document belongs to the current user’s authorized patient or encounter. An authenticated user can read or modify DICOM viewer state (e.g. annotations, view settings) for any document by enumerating document IDs. Version 8.0.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25877 | 1 Depomo | 1 Chartbrew | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Chartbrew is an open-source web application that can connect directly to databases and APIs and use the data to create charts. Prior to version 4.8.1, the application performs authorization checks based solely on the project_id parameter when handling chart-related operations (update, delete, etc.). No authorization check is performed against the chart_id itself. This allows an authenticated user who has access to any project to manipulate or access charts belonging to other users/ project. This issue has been patched in version 4.8.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25758 | 1 Spreecommerce | 1 Spree | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Spree is an open source e-commerce solution built with Ruby on Rails. A critical IDOR vulnerability exists in Spree Commerce's guest checkout flow that allows any guest user to bind arbitrary guest addresses to their order by manipulating address ID parameters. This enables unauthorized access to other guests' personally identifiable information (PII) including names, addresses and phone numbers. The vulnerability bypasses existing ownership validation checks and affects all guest checkout transactions. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.10.3, 5.0.8, 5.1.10, 5.2.7, and 5.3.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25757 | 1 Spreecommerce | 1 Spree | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| Spree is an open source e-commerce solution built with Ruby on Rails. Prior to versions 5.0.8, 5.1.10, 5.2.7, and 5.3.2, unauthenticated users can view completed guest orders by Order ID. This issue may lead to disclosure of PII of guest users (including names, addresses and phone numbers). This issue has been patched in versions 5.0.8, 5.1.10, 5.2.7, and 5.3.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25745 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. In versions up to and including 8.0.0, the message/note update endpoint (e.g. PUT or POST) updates by message/note ID only and does not verify that the message belongs to the current patient (or that the user is allowed to edit that patient’s notes). An authenticated user with notes permission can modify any patient’s messages by supplying another message ID. Commit 92a2ff9eaaa80674b3a934a6556e35e7aded5a41 contains a fix for the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25744 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.0.0.2, the encounter vitals API accepts an `id` in the request body and treats it as an UPDATE. There is no verification that the vital belongs to the current patient or encounter. An authenticated user with encounters/notes permission can overwrite any patient's vitals by supplying another patient's vital `id`, leading to medical record tampering. Version 8.0.0.2 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25654 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| A vulnerability has been identified in SINEC NMS (All versions < V4.0 SP3). Affected products do not properly validate user authorization when processing password reset requests. This could allow an authenticated remote attacker to bypass authorization checks, leading to the ability to reset the password of any arbitrary user account. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25574 | 1 Payloadcms | 1 Payload | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. Prior to 3.74.0, a cross-collection Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability exists in the payload-preferences internal collection. In multi-auth collection environments using Postgres or SQLite with default serial/auto-increment IDs, authenticated users from one auth collection can read and delete preferences belonging to users in different auth collections when their numeric IDs collide. This vulnerability has been patched in v3.74.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25530 | 1 Kanboard | 1 Kanboard | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| Kanboard is project management software focused on Kanban methodology. Prior to 1.2.50, the getSwimlane API method lacks project-level authorization, allowing authenticated users to access swimlane data from projects they cannot access. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.50. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25497 | 1 Craftcms | 1 Craft Cms | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| Craft is a platform for creating digital experiences. In Craft versions from 4.0.0-RC1 to before 4.17.0-beta.1 and 5.9.0-beta.1, there is a Privilege Escalation vulnerability in Craft CMS’s GraphQL API that allows an authenticated user with write access to one asset volume to escalate their privileges and modify/transfer assets belonging to any other volume, including restricted or private volumes to which they should not have access. The saveAsset GraphQL mutation validates authorization against the schema-resolved volume but fetches the target asset by ID without verifying that the asset belongs to the authorized volume. This allows unauthorized cross-volume asset modification and transfer. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.17.0-beta.1 and 5.9.0-beta.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25324 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability in ExpressTech Systems Quiz And Survey Master quiz-master-next allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects Quiz And Survey Master: from n/a through <= 10.3.4. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25220 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, the Message Center accepts the URL parameter `show_all=yes` and passes it to `getPnotesByUser()`, which returns all internal messages (all users’ notes). The backend does not verify that the requesting user is an administrator before honoring `show_all=yes`. The "Show All" link is also visible to non-admin users. As a result, any authenticated user can view the entire internal message list by requesting `messages.php?show_all=yes`. Version 8.0.0 patches the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25147 | 1 Open-emr | 1 Openemr | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to version 8.0.0, in `portal/portal_payment.php`, the patient id used for the page is taken from the request (`$pid = $_REQUEST['pid'] ?? $pid` and `$pid = ($_REQUEST['hidden_patient_code'] ?? null) > 0 ? $_REQUEST['hidden_patient_code'] : $pid`) instead of being fixed to the authenticated portal user. The portal session already has a valid `$pid` for the logged-in patient. Overwriting it with user-supplied values and using it without authorization allows a portal user to view and interact with another patient's demographics, invoices, and payment history—horizontal privilege escalation and IDOR. Version 8.0.0 contains a fix for the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-25120 | 1 Gogs | 1 Gogs | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 2.7 LOW |
| Gogs is an open source self-hosted Git service. In versions 0.13.4 and below, the DeleteComment API does not verify that the comment belongs to the repository specified in the URL. This allows a repository administrator to delete comments from any other repository by supplying arbitrary comment IDs, bypassing authorization controls. The DeleteComment function retrieves a comment by ID without verifying repository ownership and the Database function DeleteCommentByID performs no repository validation. This issue has been fixed in version 0.14.0. | |||||

| CVE-2026-24901 | 1 Getoutline | 1 Outline | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Outline is a service that allows for collaborative documentation. Prior to 1.4.0, an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the document restoration logic allows any team member to unauthorizedly restore, view, and seize ownership of deleted drafts belonging to other users, including administrators. By bypassing ownership validation during the restore process, an attacker can access sensitive private information and effectively lock the original owner out of their own content. Version 1.4.0 fixes the issue. | |||||
