CVE-2025-42876 2026-10-07 N/A 7.1 HIGH
Due to a Missing Authorization Check vulnerability in SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud (Financials General Ledger), an authenticated attacker with authorization limited to a single company code could read sensitive data and post or modify documents across all company codes. Successful exploitation could result in a high impact to confidentiality and a low impact to integrity, while availability remains unaffected.
CVE-2025-42874 2026-10-07 N/A 7.9 HIGH
SAP NetWeaver remote service for Xcelsius allows an attacker with network access and high privileges to execute arbitrary code on the affected system due to insufficient input validation and improper handling of remote method calls. Exploitation does not require user interaction and could lead to service disruption or unauthorized system control. This has high impact on integrity and availability, with no impact on confidentiality.
CVE-2025-42873 2026-10-07 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
SAPUI5 (and OpenUI5) packages use outdated 3rd party libraries with known security vulnerabilities. When markdown-it encounters special malformed input, it fails to terminate properly, resulting in an infinite loop. This Denial of Service via infinite loop causes high CPU usage and system unresponsiveness due to a blocked processing thread. This vulnerability has no impact on confidentiality or integrity but has a high impact on system availability.
CVE-2026-103880 2026-10-05 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Asymmetric Resource Consumption vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API. Storing a password using the bcrypt algorithm with a high force like 30 in a LDAP server that supports this algorithm will cause the server CPU to  run for hours checking the credentials. A bounded cost should be enforced to avoid a server DOS. This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 2.1.0 before 2.1.9. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.1.9, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-84310 1 Pypdf Project 1 Pypdf 2026-10-05 N/A 3.3 LOW
pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.16.1, an attacker can craft a PDF that causes pypdf/_doc_common.py _get_outline to consume long runtimes and large amounts of memory when retrieving document outlines with large numbers of entries or deeply nested reused paths because the traversal lacked global entry-count and nesting-depth limits. This issue is fixed in version 6.16.1.
CVE-2026-104425 2026-10-02 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
ZcashFoundation Zebra before 6.1.0 contains a resource exhaustion vulnerability that allows unauthenticated peers to degrade block processing by pushing transactions with invalid Orchard proofs without being misbehavior-scored. Attackers can repeatedly push invalid proofs into the shared halo2 batch verifier, forcing honest block proofs onto the slow individual-verification path and slowing block processing roughly sevenfold.
CVE-2026-104423 2026-10-02 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Zebra (zebrad) before 6.2.1 contains an asymmetric resource consumption vulnerability that allows unauthenticated peers to stall block verification by pushing V6 mempool transactions with invalid Halo2 proofs. Attackers can flood the shared unprioritized Halo2 verification queue with zero-fee transactions carrying zero-filled Orchard and Ironwood proofs, causing nodes to fall behind the chain tip.
CVE-2026-104431 2026-10-02 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Zebra before 6.0.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated peers to stall Tokio workers by submitting mempool transactions requiring expensive synchronous script verification. Attackers can send non-standard high-sigop P2SH transactions that reach CachedFfiTransaction::is_valid() before standardness checks, saturating the verifier buffer and rendering the node unresponsive.
CVE-2025-32394 2026-09-29 N/A N/A
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.32, there is a DoS vulnerability in AITextSummarizerBlock. Malicious users can amplify their input. For example, if a malicious user inputs 10K of content, the server will consume 50G of memory, eventually causing memory resources to be exhausted, resulting in DoS. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.32.
CVE-2025-49643 1 Zabbix 1 Frontend 2026-09-26 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
An authenticated Zabbix user (including Guest) is able to cause disproportionate CPU load on the webserver by sending specially crafted parameters to /imgstore.php, leading to potential denial of service.
CVE-2026-23934 1 Zabbix 1 Zabbix 2026-09-23 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
An authenticated user is able to cause disproportionate CPU load on the Frontend webserver by sending specifically crafted requests to the Frontend validate.api.exists action, leading to potential denial of service.
CVE-2026-68531 2026-09-16 N/A N/A
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 did not escape SQL LIKE wildcard characters in the keyword search filters used by the file manager, file folders, and page list, allowing an authenticated user with editor-level or higher privileges to submit a crafted search containing many single-character wildcards. Because the keyword input was placed into the LIKE clause without neutralizing its wildcard metacharacters, a short request could force the database to evaluate every row and perform a full-table scan, and repeated or wildcard-dense searches could sustain elevated database CPU and I/O, degrading responsiveness for other users on large installations. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks noivan for reporting.
CVE-2026-87011 1 Openwebui 1 Open Webui 2026-09-15 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.0 until 0.11.1, the unauthenticated POST /oauth/backchannel-logout handler in backend/open_webui/utils/oauth.py fetched the OIDC discovery document and signing keys before validating a submitted logout token. Each request repeated uncached network fetches, and the signing-key lookup blocked the async event loop, so requests carrying invalid tokens could stall the single-worker instance and amplify traffic to the identity provider when ENABLE_OAUTH_BACKCHANNEL_LOGOUT was enabled. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1.
CVE-2026-54874 1 Openssl 1 Openssl 2026-09-11 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Issue summary: Receiving a DTLS record for a future epoch while a handshake is in progress causes OpenSSL to buffer far more memory than the record itself requires. Impact summary: A peer can use a small amount of network traffic to make an OpenSSL DTLS endpoint retain a disproportionately large amount of memory, which may lead to a Denial of Service. CWE: CWE-405: Asymmetric Resource Consumption (Amplification) Description: While a DTLS handshake is in progress, a peer may legitimately have already moved on to the next epoch (for example, having sent its ChangeCipherSpec and Finished messages) before the local endpoint has processed the same transition, typically because of reordering on the underlying UDP transport. OpenSSL buffers such early records so that they can be processed once the local endpoint catches up. Buffering a record currently retains the entire read buffer it arrived in, which is sized to hold the largest possible DTLS record (around 16 kilobytes), rather than just the bytes that make up the record itself. Up to 100 such records may be buffered per connection. As a result, a peer that sends a stream of small forged records claiming to belong to the next epoch can cause an OpenSSL DTLS endpoint to retain around 1.7 megabytes of memory, despite sending only a small fraction of that amount of data over the network. An attacker therefore gains a memory amplification factor of around 1200, and can multiply the effect across as many associations as it is able to open, making this a remote memory exhaustion Denial of Service risk for DTLS servers. Since the memory retained per connection remains bounded, and any limit an application already places on the number of concurrent associations also bounds the total exposure, this issue has been assessed as Low severity. FIPS impact: no No FIPS modules are affected by this issue as the affected code is outside the OpenSSL FIPS module boundary. OpenSSL 4.0, 3.6, 3.5, 3.4, 3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.0.2 are vulnerable to this issue. OpenSSL 4.0 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 4.0.2. OpenSSL 3.6 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 3.6.4. OpenSSL 3.5 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 3.5.8. OpenSSL 3.4 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 3.4.7. OpenSSL 3.0 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 3.0.22. Premium support customers only: OpenSSL 1.1.1 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.1.1zi OpenSSL 1.0.2 users should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.2zr This issue was reported on 18 May 2026 by Amazon Web Services. CVE-2026-72914 2026-09-09 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Mastodon is a free, open-source social network server based on ActivityPub. Prior to 4.4.21, 4.5.14, 4.6.4, and 4.7.0-beta.1, the administrative statistics endpoints handled by Api::V1::Admin::MeasuresController and Api::V1::Admin::RetentionController checked authorization only after beginning expensive calculations. Anonymous callers could submit keys, start_at, and end_at parameters that caused long-running SQL queries in Admin::Metrics::Measure, Admin::Metrics::Retention, and Admin::Metrics::Dimension::BaseDimension, allowing repeated requests to exhaust server resources. This issue is fixed in versions 4.4.21, 4.5.14, 4.6.4, and 4.7.0-beta.1.
CVE-2026-82309 2026-09-08 N/A 4.3 MEDIUM
Robots::Validate versions from 0.3.2 before 0.3.11 for Perl allow unbounded outbound DNS queries per validation via a forward-confirmation loop that does not bound the names it queries. _check_dns issues one PTR query for the client address, keeps the returned names matching the rule's domain, and issues a forward query for each until one resolves back to that address. Nothing bounds that list, and a client controls the reverse zone for its own address, so it chooses how many names the PTR answer holds. Net::DNS refetches a truncated answer over TCP by default, so the 512-byte UDP payload does not cap it either. Any client whose User-Agent matches a rule with a domain reaches _check_dns. Each forward name is distinct and client-chosen, so every query misses the local cache and is resolved against the authoritative servers for that domain. The queries are synchronous, so the caller is held until all of them answer or time out.
CVE-2026-23930 1 Zabbix 1 Zabbix 2026-09-08 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An unauthenticated user is able to cause disproportionate CPU load on the Frontend webserver by sending specifically crafted requests to the Frontend popup.testtriggerexpr action, leading to potential denial of service.
