| CVE-2026-47192 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | N/A | ||
| kas is a setup tool for bitbake based projects. Starting in version 4.8 and prior to version 5.3, kas checks out and processes repositories regarding configuration includes prior to validating signatures of those repositories. This may allow to replace on original repository with one under the control of an attacker under very specific conditions. First of all, the attacker must have gained control of a repository that a kas file of the victim is referencing. Furthermore, the following conditions must be fulfilled: the victim's kas configuration must include a configuration file from the attacked repository; the repository state is referenced by tag, and no commit ID is specified (this is triggering a warning, though); the key used for validating the tag or commit signature is stored as file in a repository; no fingerprint for the key is specified; and the `_source_dir` key must not be set by the victim when calling kas (e.g. by avoiding a local `.config.yaml`). Given these conditions, the attacker could modify the included kas configuration in way that the key used to validate the tag signature of the attacker's repository could be replaced by an attacker-chosen key. No other exploit possibilities have been identified so far, but this does not rule out that those may exist. All patches have been released along with kas version 5.3. As a workaround, pin the expected signature key via its fingerprint, also when storing it as file in a repository. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86585 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The lack of signature verification of firmware update packages in VEO and VEO-XS Wi-Fi monitors, in versions prior to 01.48.001, allows an attacker who controls the delivery of an update to install unauthorised firmware. | |||||
| CVE-2026-80469 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | 8.3 HIGH | ||
| An attacker may achieve arbitrary code execution on a target system by uploading a malicious device driver package, bypassing driver verification mechanisms, and triggering the execution of attacker-controlled code. User interaction is required. | |||||
| CVE-2026-28198 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| An authenticated, low-privileged user with access to the NetBackup Flex OS management shell could bypass the cryptographic signature verification step of a privileged support command by supplying a specially formed access credential. Successful exploitation grants the attacker an unrestricted root shell with full control over the Flex appliance host and all hosted containers, completely compromising confidentiality, integrity, and availability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-28199 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | 3.3 LOW | ||
| An authenticated user with access to the NetBackup Flex OS management shell could read arbitrary files from the underlying operating system by supplying a specially crafted path argument to a diagnostic command. Successful exploitation could expose sensitive system configuration and credential material stored on the appliance. | |||||
| CVE-2026-78223 | 2026-09-18 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows a caller of the token revocation action to neutralise a revocation or write arbitrary rows into the token resource. AshAuthentication.TokenResource.RevokeTokenChange.change/3 reads the :token argument and decodes it with AshAuthentication.Jwt.peek/1, which delegates to Joken.peek_claims/1 and performs no signature check, unlike Jwt.verify/4. The jti, exp and sub claims it returns are written straight onto the revocation record, guarded only by byte_size(token) > 0. Because expires_at derives from the attacker-chosen exp, a forged copy of a genuine token that keeps the real jti but backdates exp yields a revocation row that is already expired: expunge_expired removes it and the genuine token passes revoked? again. Arbitrary jti and sub values can be inserted the same way. This issue affects ash_authentication: from 0.2.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14. | |||||
| CVE-2026-50010 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-09-18 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, SimpleTrustManagerFactory.engineGetTrustManagers() and related paths wrap any user-supplied plain X509TrustManager in X509TrustManagerWrapper, which extends X509ExtendedTrustManager but implements the 3-arg checkServerTrusted(chain, authType, SSLEngine) by discarding the SSLEngine and calling the 2-arg delegate. Because the object now IS an X509ExtendedTrustManager, neither SunJSSE's internal AbstractTrustManagerWrapper nor Netty's own OpenSslX509TrustManagerWrapper will re-wrap it to add endpoint-identification. Consequently, even though Netty 4.2 sets endpointIdentificationAlgorithm="HTTPS" by default, a client built with `SslContextBuilder.forClient().trustManager(somePlainX509TrustManager)` performs no hostname verification at all. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54581 | 2026-09-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, the mport_fetch_bootstrap_index() function in libmport/fetch.c could return success when bootstrap index hash verification encountered a missing or invalid hash because the failure path did not preserve a fatal result. A network attacker or compromised mirror able to alter bootstrap index content or its transport path could therefore cause mport to proceed with an unverified or tampered bootstrap package index. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86109 | 2026-09-17 | N/A | 6.6 MEDIUM | ||
| The VeloCloud Edge software update workflow may accept update bundles without properly validating their signatures because the workflow does not restrict the digest algorithm used for artifact verification. An attacker with either sufficient privileges to upload packages to VeloCloud Orchestrator or credentials permitting direct access to an Edge may be able to install unauthorized software. | |||||
| CVE-2026-57098 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Remote Desktop Client | 2026-09-16 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Improper verification of cryptographic signature in Windows RDP Client allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. | |||||
| CVE-2026-69646 | 1 Microsoft | 2 Skype For Business Server, Skype For Business Server Subscription Edition | 2026-09-16 | N/A | 8.3 HIGH |
| Improper verification of cryptographic signature in Skype for Business allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over an adjacent network. | |||||
| CVE-2026-79970 | 1 Dell | 1 Secure Connect Gateway | 2026-09-16 | N/A | 5.6 MEDIUM |
| Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance versions prior to 5.36.00.16 and Dell SCG 5.0 Application versions prior to 5.36.00.00, contains an Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to protection mechanism bypass. | |||||
| CVE-2026-39829 | 1 Golang | 1 Crypto | 2026-09-16 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| The RSA and DSA public key parsers did not enforce size limits on key parameters. A crafted public key with an excessively large modulus or DSA parameter could cause several minutes of CPU consumption during signature verification. This could be triggered by unauthenticated clients during public key authentication. RSA moduli are now limited to 8192 bits, and DSA parameters are validated per FIPS 186-2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-57122 | 2026-09-15 | N/A | 8.6 HIGH | ||
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.6.59, the WhatsApp and Linear bot webhook handlers verify HMAC signatures only when WHATSAPP_APP_SECRET or LINEAR_WEBHOOK_SECRET is configured and otherwise parse and dispatch unsigned request bodies. A remote unauthenticated client that reaches the webhook route can forge messages, comments, or agent-session events, impersonate platform users, influence agent prompts and actions, and disrupt bot processing. This issue is fixed in 4.6.59. | |||||
| CVE-2026-28590 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2026-09-15 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| In multiple locations, there is a possible improper encryption key validation due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | |||||
| CVE-2026-87802 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| Improper verification of cryptographic signature vulnerability in Apache Syncope. When SRA is configured for OAuth 2.0 without JWKS set URI assigned, an attacker can forge arbitrary JWTs to impersonate any user identity and permissions, gaining full access to services proxied by SRA. This issue affects Apache Syncope: from 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, from 4.0.0-M0 through 4.0.7, from 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.2. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.8 / 4.1.3, which fix this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-79389 | 2026-09-14 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH | ||
| Trueview T18161 S 6.0.23.4 contains an improper verification in MQTT command processing. An attacker with network access can replay or modify captured MQTT messages, including security-related nonce, timestamp, and signature fields, and the device accepts the modified messages and executes the associated commands. | |||||
| CVE-2026-89042 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| passport-saml-encrypted through 0.1.13 makes SAML signature verification conditional on an optional cert option, allowing attackers to bypass authentication by submitting unsigned SAML responses. Attackers can post forged SAML responses with arbitrary NameID and attributes to the assertion consumer service endpoint to receive authenticated profiles without valid signatures. | |||||
| CVE-2026-86080 | 1 N8n | 1 N8n | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 1.123.76, 2.37.7, and 2.38.2, the GitHub Trigger generated a webhook secret but discarded it when GitHub returned HTTP 422 and the node reused an existing webhook. Workflow static data then retained webhookId without webhookSecret, and X-Hub-Signature-256 verification accepted deliveries without a stored secret. The affected logic includes packages/nodes-base/nodes/Github/GithubTriggerHelpers.ts and the 422 webhook reuse path. This issue is fixed in versions 1.123.76, 2.37.7 and 2.38.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-73784 | 2026-09-11 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| A potential security vulnerability in HPE IceWall products could be exploited to tamper SAML response, allowing an attacker to impersonate another user. | |||||
