| CVE-2026-54504 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| MCP Documentation Server is a local-first document management and semantic search server for AI coding agents. From 1.13.0 until 1.13.1, the automatically started Web UI in src/server.ts calls startWebServer in src/web-server.ts with START_WEB_UI enabled by default and WEB_PORT set to 3080. startWebServer uses app.listen(PORT) without a host, which binds the unauthenticated document-management API to all interfaces rather than localhost. A network-reachable client can invoke GET /api/documents, GET /api/documents/:id, POST /api/documents, POST /api/search-all, DELETE /api/documents/:id, and GET /api/config without credentials to enumerate and read documents, search the corpus, insert or delete documents, and tamper with the MCP assistant's knowledge base. The service must be reachable from the attacker's LAN, VM network, container bridge, VPN, or another routed network, and the issue does not provide remote code execution. This issue is fixed in 1.13.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53714 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH | ||
| Envoy Gateway is an open source project for managing Envoy Proxy as a standalone or Kubernetes-based application gateway. Prior to 1.7.4 and 1.8.1, the xDS gRPC server in GatewayNamespaceMode, configured through provider.kubernetes.deploy.type=GatewayNamespace, installs a JWT StreamInterceptor but no UnaryInterceptor, leaving every unary Fetch RPC unauthenticated. The streaming interceptor also authenticates only discoveryv3.DeltaDiscoveryRequest messages; a discoveryv3.DiscoveryRequest used by the State-of-the-World protocol fails the type assertion and returns success without JWT validation. Any pod that can reach port 18000 can use the unauthenticated unary or State-of-the-World paths to retrieve TLS private keys through StreamSecrets, all xDS resources through StreamAggregatedResources, backend endpoints through StreamClusters or StreamEndpoints, and routing configuration through StreamRoutes or StreamListeners. This issue is fixed in versions 1.7.4 and 1.8.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-59971 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 10.0 CRITICAL | ||
| MySQL MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol server that enables secure interaction with MySQL databases. Prior to 0.4.2, setting MCP_TRANSPORT=sse causes src/mysql_mcp_server/server.py to construct SseServerTransport without security_settings or enable_dns_rebinding_protection, while the Starlette routes /, /sse, and /messages/ have no authentication and the service binds to 0.0.0.0 by default. A network attacker can directly reach execute_sql, or can use DNS rebinding to make a victim's browser relay same-origin requests to a locally bound service, and supply a query that reaches cursor.execute(query). This allows unauthenticated disclosure and modification of the configured database; when the MySQL account has FILE privileges, the same access can read or write server files and may enable code execution. The default stdio transport is not affected. This issue is fixed in 0.4.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54460 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| OpenReception's appointment booking software provides an end-to-end encrypted appointment booking platform. Prior to 1.1.1, POST /api/auth/passkeys accepts a request-body userId and attacker-supplied passkey without an authenticated session, does not call WebAuthnService.verifyRegistration, and does not bind enrollment to locals.user.id. An unauthenticated attacker who knows the public tenant ID and the target staff email can use the public booking bootstrap and GET /api/tenants/[id]/appointments/staff-public-keys to obtain candidate userId values. The attacker first causes UserService.addAdditionalPasskey to store a controlled public key for a candidate userId, then attempts login with the target email; the login check compares verificationResult.userId with the email-resolved account and reveals whether the injected credential belongs to that target. Repeating this injection-before-login sequence identifies the matching userId, and the normal login endpoint accepts the attacker's assertion for the stored key and creates a STAFF session. The session can expose tenant data and reveal TENANT_ADMIN identifiers for further takeover; GLOBAL_ADMIN accounts are not reachable through this tenant-scoped path. A hijacked TENANT_ADMIN can modify or delete tenant resources and key shares, potentially making appointment data permanently undecryptable and taking booking services offline. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-103057 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| AiSOC versions 5.1.0 before 12.0.0 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in the realtime service internal endpoints POST /internal/agent-event and POST /internal/push. Attackers can post arbitrary events with spoofed tenant identifiers to broadcast malicious content over WebSocket and Redis SSE channels or send unauthorized notifications to registered devices. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61742 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Versions prior to 0.22.5 expose an unauthenticated HTTP MCP endpoint when started with the documented HTTP transport mode, for example `--transport http --port 8080`. The HTTP server attempts to protect browser-origin access by checking whether the `Origin` hostname equals the `Host` hostname, then reflecting the validated `Origin` into `Access-Control-Allow-Origin`. This does not stop DNS rebinding. After an attacker-controlled hostname rebinds to a victim-accessible DBHub HTTP server, both `Origin` and `Host` can contain the attacker-controlled hostname, so DBHub accepts the request and dispatches MCP tool calls. As a result, a malicious website can deterministically invoke DBHub MCP tools from the victim's browser without prompt injection or model involvement. With the default demo configuration this can read and write the demo SQLite database; with a real configured database, the same primitive can read, enumerate, and potentially write database contents depending on DBHub's configured tool permissions and database credentials. Version 0.22.5 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102811 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH | ||
| Marmite through 0.4.2 contains missing authentication in the development server endpoints /__marmite__/content, /__marmite__/config, and /__marmite__/file/, allowing unauthenticated attackers to create, modify, and overwrite site content and configuration. Attackers can exploit unsanitized path parameters in handle_create_content and handle_clone_content to write files outside the project directory via directory traversal. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102362 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| mall4j through 4.0 fails to implement authentication controls on the DELETE /prodComm endpoint in ProdCommController. Unauthenticated attackers can delete arbitrary product reviews by supplying the prodCommId parameter without authorization checks. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54618 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 9.4 CRITICAL | ||
| Obsidian Web MCP is a secure remote MCP server for Obsidian vaults. Prior to 0.2.0, /oauth/authorize issues an authorization code without a login, consent, or session check, and /oauth/token can exchange that code for the static VAULT_MCP_TOKEN without authenticating a client. An unauthenticated remote caller who can reach the intended tunnel deployment can therefore call /mcp and use vault_read, vault_write, vault_search, vault_list, vault_move, and vault_delete against the entire vault. Optional PKCE does not prevent an attacker-initiated flow, and unauthenticated /oauth/register also exposes a client_credentials path by returning the configured VAULT_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET. This issue is fixed in version 0.2.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-103053 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM | ||
| AiSOC versions 9.0.0 before 12.0.0 fail to enforce authentication on the response-action API endpoints when AISOC_DEV_MODE is enabled and AISOC_ACTIONS_SERVICE_TOKEN is empty in the default Docker Compose deployment. Unauthenticated attackers can list response-action integrations, submit and approve actions on behalf of arbitrary principals, and dispatch containment actions using vendor credentials. | |||||
| CVE-2026-102363 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 3.7 LOW | ||
| mall4j through 4.0 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the DeliveryController checkDelivery endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to read shipment tracking information by supplying an order number parameter. Attackers can access carrier names, waybill numbers, and complete logistics trails for any order without authentication or ownership verification. | |||||
| CVE-2025-58434 | 1 Flowiseai | 1 Flowise | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. In version 3.0.5 and earlier, the `forgot-password` endpoint in Flowise returns sensitive information including a valid password reset `tempToken` without authentication or verification. This enables any attacker to generate a reset token for arbitrary users and directly reset their password, leading to a complete account takeover (ATO). This vulnerability applies to both the cloud service (`cloud.flowiseai.com`) and self-hosted/local Flowise deployments that expose the same API. Commit 9e178d68873eb876073846433a596590d3d9c863 in version 3.0.6 secures password reset endpoints. Several recommended remediation steps are available. Do not return reset tokens or sensitive account details in API responses. Tokens must only be delivered securely via the registered email channel. Ensure `forgot-password` responds with a generic success message regardless of input, to avoid user enumeration. Require strong validation of the `tempToken` (e.g., single-use, short expiry, tied to request origin, validated against email delivery). Apply the same fixes to both cloud and self-hosted/local deployments. Log and monitor password reset requests for suspicious activity. Consider multi-factor verification for sensitive accounts. | |||||

The HTTPPublishAdapterTestServlet is specifically meant for testing purposes to be used in a non-production environment. | |||||
| CVE-2026-8065 | 2026-09-29 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| An authentication bypass vulnerability in the firmware update endpoint of Hitachi Energy RTU500 end-of-life versions allows an unauthenticated attacker to upload arbitrary firmware through a crafted POST request. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to modify device functionality or compromise the integrity or availability of the device. | |||||
| CVE-2026-91154 | 2026-09-29 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) in the product cache revalidation Server Action (src/app/actions.ts, revalidateProducts) in MarcosCamara01 Ecommerce Template before commit ec97209 allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to force expiration of the entire storefront product cache at will. The file declares "use server" at file scope, so every exported function compiles into a POST-invokable Server Action; revalidateProducts calls updateTag("products") with no session or role check, unlike the read-only actions in the same file which are safe by construction. Two client components under src/components/admin import the function, which causes its Server Action id to be compiled into a public /_next/static chunk that the application's admin middleware (proxy.ts) does not gate, so any unauthenticated user can extract that id from the public bundle and invoke the action directly. With cacheComponents enabled, the entire storefront (home, categories, product pages, search) is served from "use cache" entries produced by getAllProducts, getCategoryProducts and getProduct, all tagged products with an hours-long cacheLife. Repeated unauthenticated invocation of revalidateProducts keeps that cache permanently cold, forcing every visitor's request to read the full product catalog from Postgres instead of serving from cache, degrading storefront availability at near-zero attacker cost. | |||||
