| CVE-2026-17348 | 1 Pgadmin | 1 Pgadmin 4 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| In SERVER mode, pgAdmin 4 enforces authentication per route via the @pga_login_required decorator; the application's before_request hook only handles desktop-mode auto-login and the Kerberos/Webserver-auth redirect, so any route shipped without the decorator is reachable without authentication (CWE-306). This is the same defect class previously fixed as CVE-2026-12046 (the sqleditor close/update_connection routes). A follow-up sweep, prompted by a report describing an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-12046, found further routes missing @pga_login_required: the Constraints blueprint's nodes and proplist (object listing) routes and its delete route (a state-mutating DELETE that removes table constraints); preferences.get_all_cli (GET, discloses all CLI-settable preference values); debugger.close (DELETE); and schema_diff.close (DELETE). An unauthenticated network client could therefore enumerate constraint metadata, delete table constraints, read preference values, and force-close debugger or schema-diff sessions belonging to other users, without ever authenticating. Fix adds the missing @pga_login_required decorator (and the corresponding import to the Constraints module) to each of these routes. The change is decorator-only; no behavioral changes to the underlying handlers. This issue affects pgAdmin 4 in SERVER mode: the Constraints and Debugger routes from 1.0, the Schema Diff close route from 4.18, and preferences.get_all_cli from 8.2, all before 9.17. | |||||

| CVE-2026-62325 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL | ||
| goshs is a feature-rich single-binary file server for red teamers and developers. From 2.1.3 until 2.1.4, the sftpserver/sftpserver.go password handler used Username != "" && Password != "", so running goshs with -b 'admin:' -sftp and no -fkf left both SFTP authentication handlers unset and allowed unauthenticated file access. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.4. | |||||
| CVE-2026-14446 | 1 Ibm | 1 Websphere Application Server | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |

| CVE-2026-13164 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) in the RegisterView (apps/accounts/views.py), exposed at POST /api/auth/register/, in MailerUp <1.0.1 allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to self-register a working account on instances where registration is intended to be restricted, because the endpoint applies the AllowAny permission with no email verification, CAPTCHA, or administrator approval. Any account created this way can read all email stored by the instance, resulting in full disclosure of stored messages to an arbitrary unauthenticated attacker | |||||
| CVE-2026-16771 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH | ||
| In firmware versions 2.7.7 and earlier, the Arris BGW210‑700 gateway fails to enforce any server‑side authentication on its /cgi-bin/*.ha management endpoints, relying solely on client‑side CSS/JavaScript gating that can be bypassed by any HTTP client. This allows unauthenticated attackers on the LAN to read sensitive configuration data, modify persistent device settings, or trigger backend diagnostic operations. The issue appears systemic across the CGI handler chain. | |||||
| CVE-2026-105944 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Apache Pulsar Manager is a web console for administering Apache Pulsar clusters. It has its own user accounts and login, and it can be configured with an HTTP authentication credential, such as a token, that it uses to call the Pulsar admin API on behalf of its users. Pulsar Manager has the following security issues: - The operation for creating the initial administrator (superuser) account is available without authentication, and it remains available after the instance has been initialized. Anyone who can reach Pulsar Manager can create an additional administrator account at any time and log in with it. This issue affects versions 0.3.0 and later. - Requests to the Pulsar admin API that Pulsar Manager proxies to the configured Pulsar cluster are not subject to Pulsar Manager's authentication. Version 0.2.0 checks the caller's permissions for some of these requests, but not for all of them. An unauthenticated user can therefore use Pulsar Manager to send requests to the Pulsar admin API, which the cluster processes with the credential configured in Pulsar Manager. - The destination of a proxied request can be chosen by the requester, and Pulsar Manager attaches its configured Pulsar admin credential to the request. An unauthenticated user can make Pulsar Manager send this credential to a host of the user's choosing, and the credential can then be used directly against the Pulsar cluster. - In versions 0.3.0 and later, Pulsar Manager does not distinguish between privilege levels of its accounts. Every account, including one created through the first issue, effectively has full administrative privileges in Pulsar Manager. The impact depends on the version and the deployment. In versions 0.3.0 and later, any user who can reach Pulsar Manager over the network can take full control of Pulsar Manager. In all versions, when Pulsar Manager is configured with an HTTP authentication credential for a Pulsar cluster, any user who can reach Pulsar Manager can perform the Pulsar admin operations that this credential permits and can obtain the credential itself. When Pulsar Manager is configured with the token signing key of a Pulsar cluster, an administrator of Pulsar Manager can create tokens for the cluster. Apache Pulsar Manager is no longer maintained and is completely unsupported. The Apache Pulsar PMC has retired it. There are no supported versions, and no further releases, fixes or security updates will be made for any version. These issues will not be fixed. Using Pulsar Manager is not recommended. Users should stop using Pulsar Manager, remove existing deployments, and move to one of the alternatives described in the Administration UI documentation (https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/administration-ui). Users who have exposed Pulsar Manager configured with a Pulsar credential or token signing key should also consider replacing that credential or key. Until a deployment is removed, users should not expose Pulsar Manager to untrusted networks, and should restrict network access to it to trusted administrators. | |||||

| CVE-2026-68502 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| LazyOwn RedTeam/APT Framework is an AI-powered C2 and red-team operations framework. Prior to 0.2.154, LazyOwn's lazyc2.py registers an unauthenticated Socket.IO input event handler that dispatches data.get('value') to LazyOwnShell.one_cmd, reaching LazyOwnShell.do_cmd and subprocess.call(command, shell=True), allowing unauthenticated remote code execution in the C2 process. This issue is fixed in 0.2.154. | |||||
