| CVE-2026-102844 | 2026-09-30 | 3.3 LOW | 2.7 LOW | ||
| A weakness has been identified in gedelumbung HospitalManagement up to c2d45543789a3887067d3915f69d44cfc2cf76a8. This vulnerability affects the function detail of the file application/modules/admin/controllers/laporan_data_pasien.php. Executing a manipulation of the argument id_param can lead to authorization bypass. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. This product does not use versioning. This is why information about affected and unaffected releases are unavailable. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | |||||
| CVE-2025-6431 | 2 Google, Mozilla | 2 Android, Firefox | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| When a link can be opened in an external application, Firefox for Android will, by default, prompt the user before doing so. An attacker could have bypassed this prompt, potentially exposing the user to security vulnerabilities or privacy leaks in external applications. *This bug only affects Firefox for Android. Other versions of Firefox are unaffected.*. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 140. | |||||
| CVE-2026-49446 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 6.1 MEDIUM | ||
| Cosmos provides users the ability self-host a home server by acting as a secure gateway to your application, as well as a server manager. Prior to 0.22.19, tokenMiddleware in src/proxy/routerGen.go can return through the Constellation tunnel bypass before removing x-cosmos-user, x-cosmos-role, x-cosmos-user-role, and x-cosmos-mfa headers and before invoking AdminOnlyWithRedirect. An attacker with a valid x-cstln-auth API key for an enrolled device who reaches Cosmos through the Constellation Nebula tunnel can supply a chosen x-cosmos-user value to a route with AuthEnabled enabled when the upstream application trusts that forward-auth header. The request can bypass Cosmos JWT, password, MFA, and AdminOnly checks, allowing user impersonation and admin-tier reads or writes exposed by the proxied application. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.19. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54178 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Prior to 6.8.12 and 7.0.35, HasUploadFields::uploadMultipleFilesToDisk in src/app/Models/Traits/HasUploadFields.php trusts disk-relative paths from clear_<attribute>[] and passes them to Storage::disk()->delete without confirming that the paths are persisted on the current model record. An authenticated user with Update access to a CRUD using this mutator through src/app/Models/Traits/CrudTrait.php can delete another record's attachment, a shared asset, or another operational file on the configured disk by submitting its path. The newer MultipleFiles uploader is not affected because it intersects requested deletions with the record's persisted file list. This flaw does not permit reading the deleted files. The 5.x line remains affected through its final releases. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.12 and 7.0.35. | |||||
| CVE-2026-45052 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the Liberty Web Services SOAP receiver permits unauthenticated remote requests to write persistent entries through SOAPReceiver and DiscoveryService into a user's Liberty Discovery store and the shared root-realm Discovery branch. The server-side handlers bypass requester LDAP and identity ACLs, and the global path uses an internal administrative token. Deployments that consume Liberty discovery data can subsequently use manipulated service-routing or security-mechanism records. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61833 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH | ||
| zot is a container image and artifact registry based on the Open Container Initiative Distribution Specification. Prior to 2.1.18, the bearer authentication handler in pkg/api/authn.go maps every HTTP method other than GET and HEAD to the push action, so DELETE requests are not checked for the distinct delete permission. Bearer-authenticated requests also bypass the fine-grained DistSpecAuthzHandler path in pkg/api/authz.go, while DeleteManifest and DeleteBlob perform no independent delete-permission check. A remote attacker with a bearer token limited to pull and push actions can therefore delete manifests and blobs within the token's repository scope, making images unavailable and allowing repository history to be altered despite the token lacking delete authorization. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.18. | |||||
| CVE-2026-63330 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH | ||
| Warpgate is an open source SSH, HTTPS and MySQL bastion host for Linux. Prior to 0.25.6, api_get_recording_stream in warpgate-admin/src/api/recordings_detail.rs protects /@warpgate/admin/api/recordings/{uuid}/stream only with session authentication and omits require_admin_permission for AdminPermission::RecordingsView. Any authenticated regular user who identifies an active recording can subscribe to its WebSocket and receive real-time terminal input and output from proxied SSH, MySQL, or PostgreSQL sessions, including credentials, commands, and other sensitive data belonging to users and administrators. This issue is fixed in version 0.25.6. | |||||
| CVE-2026-61604 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The ixo Blockchain is a Layer 1 blockchain that runs on both Testnet and Mainnet. Prior to version 8.0.0, the x/bonds module moved funds from an address that was resolved from a DID verification method, without verifying that the resolved address belonged to the transaction signer. Affected handlers included MsgMakeOutcomePayment, MsgBuy, MsgSell, MsgSwap, and MsgWithdrawShare, as well as the batch order processor. Because any account may list an arbitrary blockchainAccountID as a verification method on a DID it controls (without the consent of that address's owner), an attacker could register victims' addresses as verification methods on their own DID and then move the victims' balances into a bond the attacker controlled — later withdrawing and bridging the proceeds off-chain. This was exploited on ixo mainnet (ixo-5) on 2026-06-20. The attack required no victim keys, signatures, or system compromise — any account holding a balance in a token a bond could use was at risk. This was fixed in v8.0.0, delivered via the on-chain v8 software-upgrade. The x/bonds module is disabled: every bonds message is rejected on all routes (top-level, authz, CosmWasm, and ICA), and the bonds batch EndBlocker is a no-op so no further reserve movements can occur. All node operators and validators must upgrade to v8.0.0. The flaw is in chain state-machine logic and can only be remediated by running the patched binary. There is no application-level workaround. The vulnerability is in consensus logic; remediation requires the network to run the patched (v8.0.0) binary. The bonds module remains disabled in v8.0.0 and will only be re-enabled in a future release once the signer-authorization model has been corrected. | |||||
| CVE-2026-13720 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM | ||
| An Editor can set file-provisioning metadata (the grafana.app/managedBy, grafana.app/managerId and grafana.app/sourcePath annotations) when creating a dashboard through the dashboard API, because these fields were stored without an authorization check. The dashboard then appears file-provisioned, and administrators can no longer update or delete it through Grafana. The impact is limited to the same organization and no data is exposed. | |||||

| CVE-2026-55519 | 1 Snipeitapp | 1 Snipe-it | 2026-09-30 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
| Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.4.1, an authenticated user with generic asset edit permission can delete files attached to assets outside the user's ownership or company assignment. The destroy() methods in app/Http/Controllers/Api/UploadedFilesController.php and app/Http/Controllers/UploadedFilesController.php authorize update against the object class instead of the resolved object instance, creating an insecure direct object reference. This issue is fixed in version 8.4.1. | |||||
| CVE-2026-53628 | 2026-09-30 | N/A | N/A | ||
| GLPI is a free asset and IT management software package. From 0.84 until 10.0.26 and 11.0.8, an administrator holding the Update auth and sync or Update auth, sync and 2FA right can change the authentication method and disable two-factor authentication for user accounts outside the administrator's entity scope. The affected user-account administration flow did not consistently enforce the target user's entity-scoped update permission. This issue is fixed in versions 11.0.8 and 10.0.26. | |||||

| CVE-2026-81569 | 2026-09-29 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| An improper authorization vulnerability exists in the handling of sub-workflow tasks. An authenticated user who does not have permission to access a target project can reference and invoke a workflow belonging to that project through a sub-workflow task. The system does not properly verify whether the user has permission to execute the referenced workflow or access its project. As a result, the user can bypass project-level authorization controls and cause workflows in unauthorized projects to be executed. Successful exploitation may allow unauthorized execution of workflow tasks and access to the resources or data available to the target workflow. This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue. | |||||
