CVE-2026-46331 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-02 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: fix pedit partial COW leading to page cache corruption tcf_pedit_act() computes the COW range for skb_ensure_writable() once before the key loop using tcfp_off_max_hint, but the hint does not account for the runtime header offset added by typed keys. This can leave part of the write region un-COW'd. Fix by moving skb_ensure_writable() inside the per-key loop where the actual write offset is known, and add overflow checking on the offset arithmetic. For negative offsets (e.g. Ethernet header edits at ingress), use skb_cow() to COW the headroom instead. Guard offset_valid() against INT_MIN, where negation is undefined.
CVE-2026-66758 2 Gimp, Redhat 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-02 N/A 7.8 HIGH
A flaw was found in the file-fits plugin in GIMP. When processing a FITS image file, the plugin calculates memory allocation sizes using signed 32-bit integers for width and height. If a crafted file sets both values to large values, their product exceeds 2^31 and overflows, resulting in an undersized heap-based buffer allocation. This integer overflow issue results in a heap-based buffer overflow when cfitsio subsequently writes a full row of pixels in the buffer, causing memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service.
CVE-2026-82737 2026-09-01 N/A N/A
Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability in ash-project ash lets an attacker corrupt a stored vector and crash later reads of it by submitting a vector with more than 65,535 elements. Ash.Vector.new/1 (lib/ash/vector.ex) encodes a vector as <<dim::unsigned-16, 0::unsigned-16>> followed by the element floats, packing the element count into a 16-bit field without checking its range. A list of more than 65,535 elements wraps the dimension modulo 65,536, so the encoded header records a dimension that disagrees with the number of stored floats. from_binary/1 later reads binary-size(dim)-unit(32) from the wrapped header, so every read of the corrupted value misparses and raises, denying access to the affected record. The fix rejects any vector whose dimension exceeds 65,535. This issue affects ash: from 2.14.13 before 3.32.2.
CVE-2026-9621 2026-09-01 N/A N/A
A denial-of-service security issue exists within RSLinx® Classic. The security issue stems from improper handling of a malformed packet. A crafted CIP packet can cause the RSLinx® Classic service to crash, requiring a restart of the service to recover
CVE-2026-82908 2026-09-01 6.8 MEDIUM 8.8 HIGH
A vulnerability was found in MSI Dragon Center up to 2.0.155.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function MmioWritePath in the library NTIOLib_X64.sys of the component MMIO Write Path Handler. Performing a manipulation of the argument count/elementSize results in integer overflow. The attack requires a local approach. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-70628 1 Ffmpeg 1 Ffmpeg 2026-09-01 N/A 7.8 HIGH
FFmpeg versions from 0.5 up to, but not including, 9.0 contain a signed integer overflow vulnerability in the DVB subtitle parser in libavcodec/dvbsub_parser.c that allows attackers to trigger a heap buffer overflow by supplying a crafted WTV file. The overflow causes the bounds-check guard expression to wrap to INT_MIN, bypassing the PARSE_BUF_SIZE comparison and invoking memcpy() with attacker-controlled data into a heap buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds heap write and potential memory corruption or code execution.
CVE-2026-78465 1 Gimp 1 Gimp 2026-09-01 N/A 7.0 HIGH
A flaw was found in the file-pcx plugin in GIMP, affecting 32-bit builds only. When processing a PCX image file, the plugin calculates memory allocation sizes based on the image dimensions and the number of color planes. If a crafted file sets the number of planes to 4 alongside sufficiently large dimensions, the calculation exceeds the 32-bit integer limit and overflows, resulting in an undersized heap-based buffer allocation. This integer overflow issue results in a heap-based buffer overflow when the plugin subsequently writes image data into the undersized buffer, causing memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service.
CVE-2026-79902 1 Gimp 1 Gimp 2026-09-01 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
A flaw was found in the Seattle FilmWorks plugin in GIMP. When processing a specially crafted SFW image file, the plugin allocates a Variable-Length Array (VLA) on the stack without integer overflow checks, causing an unbounded stack allocation. This issue leads to an application crash, resulting in a denial of service.

A security vulnerability has been detected in libssh2 up to 1.11.1. The impacted element is the function userauth_password of the file src/userauth.c. Such manipulation of the argument username_len/password_len leads to integer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The name of the patch is 256d04b60d80bf1190e96b0ad1e91b2174d744b1. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue.
CVE-2026-43618 1 Samba 1 Rsync 2026-09-01 N/A 8.1 HIGH
Rsync version 3.4.2 and prior contain an integer overflow vulnerability in the compressed-token decoder where a 32-bit signed counter is not checked for overflow, allowing a malicious sender to trigger an overflow that causes the receiver process to read and return data from outside the intended buffer bounds. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to disclose process memory contents including environment variables, passwords, heap and stack data, and library memory pointers, significantly reducing ASLR effectiveness and facilitating further exploitation.
CVE-2025-5916 2 Libarchive, Redhat 3 Libarchive, Enterprise Linux, Openshift Container Platform 2026-09-01 N/A 3.9 LOW
A vulnerability has been identified in the libarchive library. This flaw involves an integer overflow that can be triggered when processing a Web Archive (WARC) file that claims to have more than INT64_MAX - 4 content bytes. An attacker could craft a malicious WARC archive to induce this overflow, potentially leading to unpredictable program behavior, memory corruption, or a denial-of-service condition within applications that process such archives using libarchive. This bug affects libarchive versions prior to 3.8.0.
CVE-2025-14512 2 Gnome, Redhat 3 Glib, Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-09-01 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
A flaw was found in glib. This vulnerability allows a heap buffer overflow and denial-of-service (DoS) via an integer overflow in GLib's GIO (GLib Input/Output) escape_byte_string() function when processing malicious file or remote filesystem attribute values.
CVE-2026-5121 2 Libarchive, Redhat 4 Libarchive, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 1 more 2026-09-01 N/A 7.5 HIGH
A flaw was found in libarchive. On 32-bit systems, an integer overflow vulnerability exists in the zisofs block pointer allocation logic. A remote attacker can exploit this by providing a specially crafted ISO9660 image, which can lead to a heap buffer overflow. This could potentially allow for arbitrary code execution on the affected system.
CVE-2026-30045 2026-08-31 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An integer overflow in the /nnrf-disc/v1/nf-instances component of open5gs v2.7.6 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted HTTP/2 GET request.
CVE-2026-43629 2026-08-31 N/A 8.1 HIGH
llama.cpp builds b4882 through b9058 contain a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the KV cache state restore path where the state_read_data() function computes write size without overflow checking, allowing attackers with write access to the slot_save_path directory to corrupt heap memory. Attackers can craft malicious state files where cell_count multiplication overflows or exceeds tensor buffer allocation to write attacker-controlled bytes past buffer boundaries, potentially resulting in heap metadata corruption, model weight corruption, or arbitrary code execution via function pointer overwrite.
