| CVE-2026-5445 | 1 Orthanc-server | 1 Orthanc | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the `DecodeLookupTable` function within `DicomImageDecoder.cpp`. The lookup-table decoding logic used for `PALETTE COLOR` images does not validate pixel indices against the lookup table size. Crafted images containing indices larger than the palette size cause the decoder to read beyond allocated lookup table memory and expose heap contents in the output image. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5441 | 1 Orthanc-server | 1 Orthanc | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.1 HIGH |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the `DecodePsmctRle1` function of `DicomImageDecoder.cpp`. The `PMSCT_RLE1` decompression routine, which decodes the proprietary Philips Compression format, does not properly validate escape markers placed near the end of the compressed data stream. A crafted sequence at the end of the buffer can cause the decoder to read beyond the allocated memory region and leak heap data into the rendered image output. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5437 | 1 Orthanc-server | 1 Orthanc | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in `DicomStreamReader` during DICOM meta-header parsing. When processing malformed metadata structures, the parser may read beyond the bounds of the allocated metadata buffer. Although this issue does not typically crash the server or expose data directly to the attacker, it reflects insufficient input validation in the parsing logic. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5393 | 1 Wolfssl | 1 Wolfssl | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| Dual-Algorithm CertificateVerify out-of-bounds read. When processing a dual-algorithm CertificateVerify message, an out-of-bounds read can occur on crafted input. This can only occur when --enable-experimental and --enable-dual-alg-certs is used when building wolfSSL. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5392 | 1 Wolfssl | 1 Wolfssl | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
| Heap out-of-bounds read in PKCS7 parsing. A crafted PKCS7 message can trigger an OOB read on the heap. The missing bounds check is in the indefinite-length end-of-content verification loop in PKCS7_VerifySignedData(). | |||||
| CVE-2026-5315 | 1 Nothings | 1 Stb Truetype.h | 2026-06-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability was determined in Nothings stb up to 1.26. The affected element is the function stbtt__buf_get8 in the library stb_truetype.h of the component TTF File Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to out-of-bounds read. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5314 | 1 Nothings | 1 Stb Truetype.h | 2026-06-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| A vulnerability was found in Nothings stb up to 1.26. Impacted is the function stbtt_InitFont_internal in the library stb_truetype.h of the component TTF File Handler. Performing a manipulation results in out-of-bounds read. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | |||||
| CVE-2026-5292 | 4 Apple, Google, Linux and 1 more | 4 Macos, Chrome, Linux Kernel and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| Out of bounds read in WebCodecs in Google Chrome prior to 146.0.7680.178 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) | |||||
| CVE-2026-5282 | 4 Apple, Google, Linux and 1 more | 4 Macos, Chrome, Linux Kernel and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Out of bounds read in WebCodecs in Google Chrome prior to 146.0.7680.178 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) | |||||
| CVE-2026-52859 | 1 Vim | 1 Vim | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.2 HIGH |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to version 9.2.0565, the update_snapshot() function in src/terminal.c copies the visible terminal screen into the scrollback buffer when a snapshot is taken. For each screen cell it walks the cell's chars[] array with no upper bound, stopping only when it encounters a NUL terminator. When a cell legitimately fills all VTERM_MAX_CHARS_PER_CELL (6) slots — a base character plus five combining marks — the bundled libvterm returns the array without a terminating NUL, so the loop reads past the fixed six-element array and appends the out-of-bounds values to a buffer reserved for only six characters. A program whose output is rendered inside a :terminal window can trigger this with a short byte sequence and no Vim scripting, leading to a crash. This issue has been patched in version 9.2.0565. | |||||
| CVE-2026-52721 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM | ||
| Multiple out-of-bounds read vulnerabilities were found in GStreamer's pcapparse element. Malformed PCAP records can trigger reads beyond buffer boundaries during IPv4/TCP header parsing. This element is primarily used in debugging pipelines, limiting real-world exposure. A local attacker could trick a user into processing a specially crafted PCAP file, potentially leading to a crash or information disclosure. | |||||
