In RtcpChunk::decodeRtcpChunk, there is a possible out of bounds read due to a heap buffer overflow. This could lead to remote information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is needed for exploitation.
CVE-2026-0132 1 Google 1 Android 2026-10-25 N/A 8.8 HIGH
In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a heap buffer overflow. This could lead to remote code execution with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2026-56789 1 Rtklib 1 Rtklib 2026-10-25 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
RTKLIB through 2.4.3 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the readrnxobsb function in src/rinex.c that allows attackers to trigger memory corruption by failing to clamp satellite count values from RINEX epoch headers. Attackers can craft malicious RINEX files declaring more than 64 satellites per epoch to cause heap buffer overflow writes and out-of-bounds stack reads, crashing RTKLIB-based applications including rnx2rtkp and RTKPOST.
CVE-2026-12844 2026-10-25 N/A 7.5 HIGH
List::SomeUtils::XS versions before 0.59 for Perl have a heap buffer overflow in the pairwise function. pairwise() collects the values returned by the block into a heap buffer sized to the longer input array, then grows the buffer before each copy with a single quadrupling (alloc <<= 2) instead of a loop. A block call that returns more than four times the current allocation in one invocation outgrows that one quadrupling, and the copy writes past the end of the buffer. Any caller of pairwise() whose block returns, for a single pair, more than four times the longer input array's length writes past the buffer and corrupts the heap.
CVE-2026-13590 2026-10-25 5.1 MEDIUM 5.6 MEDIUM
A security flaw has been discovered in seladb PcapPlusPlus 25.05. This impacts the function pcpp::ModbusLayer::getLength in the library Packet++/header/ModbusLayer.h of the component Modbus Protocol Handler. The manipulation of the argument length results in heap-based buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. The exploitability is said to be difficult. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The patch is identified as 4c90c3e3418a2b09dc82b7ca5775e9c1e22fe454. Applying a patch is advised to resolve this issue.
CVE-2026-13589 2026-10-25 5.1 MEDIUM 5.6 MEDIUM
A vulnerability was identified in seladb PcapPlusPlus 25.05. This affects the function pcpp::TelnetLayer::getSubCommand of the file Packet++/src/TelnetLayer.cpp of the component Telnet Subnegotiation Packet Handler. The manipulation leads to heap-based buffer overflow. The attack can be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is reported as difficult. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The identifier of the patch is 98e671010bc7c87b95898c22ae289220ae92542b. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
CVE-2026-13587 2026-10-25 2.6 LOW 3.7 LOW
A vulnerability was found in seladb PcapPlusPlus 25.05. The affected element is the function parse_by_block_type of the file light_pcapng.c of the component LightPcapNg Parser. Performing a manipulation of the argument captured_packet_length results in heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The attack's complexity is rated as high. The exploitability is described as difficult. The exploit has been made public and could be used.
CVE-2026-13574 2026-10-25 1.7 LOW 3.3 LOW
A vulnerability was determined in llvm llvm-project up to 22.1.6. This impacts the function GCRelocateInst::getBasePtr in the library llvm/lib/IR/IntrinsicInst.cpp of the component Bitcode File Handler. This manipulation causes heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. There are still doubts about whether this vulnerability truly exists. The LLVM project explains, that the reported behavior is outside its documented security scope and therefore not considered a security vulnerability.
CVE-2026-13976 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-25 N/A 5.8 MEDIUM
Insufficient data validation in Storage in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-14427 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-25 N/A 8.3 HIGH
Heap buffer overflow in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.46 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
CVE-2026-13588 2026-10-25 5.1 MEDIUM 5.6 MEDIUM
A vulnerability was determined in seladb PcapPlusPlus 25.05. The impacted element is the function pcpp::SSLClientHelloMessage::getHandshakeVersion of the file Packet++/src/SSLHandshake.cpp of the component TLS Hello Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument handshakeVersion can lead to heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. This attack is characterized by high complexity. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. This patch is called 98e671010bc7c87b95898c22ae289220ae92542b. It is best practice to apply a patch to resolve this issue.

CVE-2026-58471 1 Gnu 1 Wget 2026-10-25 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
GNU Wget through 1.25.0, fixed in commit c2640fe, contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the convert_fname() function within src/url.c that allows remote attackers to trigger memory corruption through a server-supplied filename requiring character set conversion. When the output buffer is too small during iconv E2BIG reallocation, the reallocation logic miscalculates the remaining space, leading to a heap buffer overflow that can be exploited via a maliciously crafted server response.
